1381  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: FORTUNEJACK SCAM 1825$ on: June 23, 2023, 03:13:25 PM
Do you think it is highly probable they already know what those patterns are and they are not willing to divulge them in a public forum out of fear that others will attempt to follow suit? If they have evaluated the case and concluded they will not pay on the basis of fraud taking place as well as the OP willingly sign up to terms and conditions that he is now (allegedly) in breach of, there is not much he can do.

FortuneJack seem to have paid back deposits but are not willing to pay winnings based on fraud. If the OP wants to take this to a complaints tribunal then he really should proceed if he believes he is in the right.

The Behavioral Analysis team discovered a common pattern among these three accounts, including similar depositing methods, participation in a specific sports event, and matching geographical locations. Consequently, the Behavioral Analysis team has determined that there have been two violations of our terms: Multi-Accounting and Bonus Abuse. In simpler terms, it appears that arbitrage betting has taken place, which involves placing bets on the same sportsbook event and abusing the Welcome Deposit Cashback Offer (20%).
Is this really considerable? Only three factors and someone will be considered "the same" to others?
People who live the same country probably of higher chance to use the same deposit method, and that's already 2/3 of the factors you've mentioned. The the last factor as OP mentioned it's only for big event/sports and made only 4 bets (based on the screenshot).

And again, what are the other factors that affects in case of OP that he was considered as multi-accounting because i'm not convinced that those 3 of them is enough considering you have thousands of users to check especially if the the device, browsers, connection/isp, screen size are not the same.
1382  Economy / Gambling / Re: 1XBIT.COM ᐉ 7 BTC WB ᐉ Altcoin Betting ᐉ no KYC ᕗ Instant payouts on: June 22, 2023, 12:56:56 PM

This might be a timely reminder to those that are thinking of sending funds to 1xbit/1xbit to take a look at their reputation within the forum. THere cannot be a doubt that not all of the scam allegations against them are genuine but what can be said is there are a substantial number of allegations that are backed up with some form of credible evidence.

I request that those that find their way to this thread and this post, please refrain from using their website.
1383  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: FORTUNEJACK SCAM 1825$ on: June 21, 2023, 10:11:15 PM
They have not stated it is unacceptable or mentioned that it is in breach of any rules or code of conduct therefore maybe using a VPN is not related to the specific case. As far as FortuneJack is concerned, is using a VPN really problematic in any capacity after reading this link: How do Gamblers benefit from VPN

It is safe to conclude the OP using a VPN is probably not at the heart of this story.

You’ve got a point here and I smell something is really wrong here on handling your case. They complete already the KYC after the first deposit then allows you to deposit multiple times then bust your account when you are already in profit.

Do you use VPN while playing on all the day recorded on your deposit history? There’s a chance that you use an IP from known scammer then it connected to you after you use the VPN. Casino usually make an audit during withdrawal and not during deposit. But one thing I’m confused was your account is already verified so it means that they already check your account for this potential problem. Let’s wait the representative to join here @Fortunejack

Yes, I use vpn. I am sure that for the bookmaker this is already perfectly clear, because the IP address is constantly changing, which immediately indicates this. Perhaps it coincided with another user who had previously placed bets with this bookmaker. But does the coincidence of the IP address give the right to steal money?
I am sure that identity verification is also done for a reason. You agree with me? My IP address is not written in my passport, it does not belong to me and cannot be used for identification!!! I'm already silent about public Wi-Fi ...
1384  Other / Meta / Re: My password was changed on this forum on: June 21, 2023, 09:45:14 PM
If the OP has claimed a phantom change of password took place yet on the same the day he applied to a signature campaign using an address he has used on at least 8 different occasions while applying for various campaigns, then I cannot see the benefit. If there is another option then that would be interesting to see.

What exactly he thought he would achieve with this thread is the real question now.

As a result, always think about what you write about; sometimes innocent stupidity can lead to serious consequences. Grin

You are right, what would happened to op if couldn't be able to prove himself or herself as people demanded. Any bad effect of what it would results to the account owner? Because i believe op may only get justice if all those things said by some people here are being carried out to sign a message with the said address mentioned earlier by @JollyGood.
1385  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Duelbits, $500,000 scam alert. on: June 21, 2023, 08:13:44 PM
I would like to remind those posting in this thread that the Duelbits forum representative has posted a reply to this allegation. They posted the reply on 2nd June 2023 and last logged in on 8th June 2023. Though some members may find the reply incomplete because they have not added an update, I would say that without disclosing in full the situation to anybody (as they have seen it unfold) what more are they supposed to do?

Duelbits is not some selective scamming enterprise they are a highly respected organisation sponsoring international events which might not constitute a free licence absolving them of responsibilities but it certainly does give them a seal of respect and approval in the eyes of many. On the surface would they scam a customer over a $500,000 payout when they have paid out past winnings of over $500,000? I think they would not do it.

Keeping aside the golden rule to not believe that just because someone has never scammed before therefore they will/can never scam, I find it difficult to fully understand what the OP is complaining about when he signed up to their Terms and Conditions when he chose to enter in to a contract with Duelbits.

If the OP believes he will not receive any help from Duelbits then surely the logical step would be to try to get his funds if he believes they were unfairly seized from him. There are legal channels for taking his complaint forward therefore what will he do next?

We would like to address your concerns regarding withdrawal processing.

Firstly, we want to emphasise that we have always prioritised timely withdrawals and have consistently processed them promptly. It is not a problem for Duelbits to process a withdrawal of $500k or higher amounts almost instantly. We often process withdrawals of this magnitude as part of our normal day to day operations.

However, it's important to note that as a responsible gaming platform, we have certain measures in place to identify any activities that could potentially compromise the security and fairness of our platform. In rare instances, our dedicated verification team may detect certain anomalies or unusual patterns related to an account.

When such occurrences arise, our team may need to conduct a more thorough investigation to ensure the legitimacy of the transactions involved. This process is necessary to protect both our players and Duelbits as a whole. During this time, we rely on the user's assistance and understanding to provide any additional information or cooperation required.

While we value the privacy of our users and cannot disclose specific details regarding the detection of suspicious activity, we assure you that any delays experienced during this verification process are only to ensure the utmost security and transparency.

Our team works diligently to complete this process as efficiently as possible, minimising any inconvenience caused.
1386  Other / Meta / Re: My password was changed on this forum on: June 21, 2023, 07:00:04 PM
After reading this the first thing that came to mind were a couple of recent cases where threads were used to express disappointment at receiving a neutral or negative tag and as a result of that what followed were connections to alt-accounts and farming accounts and more neutral or negative feedback with trust exclusions too.

It could be a possible fabricated story which might later be used to justify a claim of denying it's original involvement in the Plagiarism case
1387  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: 1XBIT SCAMMED for 30.69mBTC on: June 21, 2023, 03:30:25 PM
What happened was that you started the thread because it had some meaning and/or value to you however like a huge number of other newbies (that start threads complaining and alleging misdemeanours) you did not revisit to read what was being said.

Keeping the obvious aside which would be related to you being busy or otherwise pre-occupied, I along with others would wonder why you did not make time to post again two day after you created your bcquiet account.

What happened::
1388  Other / Meta / Re: My password was changed on this forum on: June 21, 2023, 03:12:50 PM
Attention seeking is not out of the question in this wonderful forum of ours because we seem to attract people of all dispositions here  Grin

Whether the OP is doing exactly that or whether he is doing else remains unknown but it seems he applied to join a signature campaign using a previously used BTC address on the same day this thread began.

Pretty funny situation. After reading all the posts, I got the impression that the OP just decided to draw attention to himself, not at all thinking that people could easily check if the password was previously changed or not. Topic from the category "just to write something"
But the situation now is that the OP has created even more fuss with his account, and people are demanding that he prove if the OP is the real owner or if the cheater is trying to protect himself from future claims.
As a result, always think about what you write about; sometimes innocent stupidity can lead to serious consequences. Grin
1389  Economy / Reputation / Re: I've been hacked (Electrum 4.3.2) on: June 21, 2023, 03:02:50 PM
With the greatest respect to everybody here especially to the OP, I think he should consider locking the thread and letting it move down the page listings. We can all see he has repaid the amounts that were involved and both affected businesses (Coinomize and YoMix) have moved on too therefore if the reputation of the OP is intact then he should probably consider locking this thread.
1390  Other / Meta / Re: My password was changed on this forum on: June 20, 2023, 10:42:21 PM
Well, the OP used an address today when applying to join a signature campaign. He used an address he has used previously for joining signature campaigns: bc1qalv6lg6qt7g72jx35th694zzfa98gc6d9zm0w5

He should be able to sign this address otherwise he would not have applied to join another campaign with it today therefore in this particular instance would it really matter?

Today when I tried to login, my  old password was not working. Was my account hacked ? Do I need to worry about it.

I was able to reset password as email was not changed.

Can you sign a message using an address you posted a while ago ? You can use the below format  Grin

-----BEGIN BITCOIN SIGNED MESSAGE-----
My account krishnaverma is OK and I have no more issues. The current date is <date>
-----BEGIN SIGNATURE-----
<insert address here>
<insert signature here>
-----END BITCOIN SIGNED MESSAGE-----

1391  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: 1XBIT SCAMMED for 30.69mBTC on: June 20, 2023, 10:12:58 PM
If you received back your total deposited funds but did not receive any winnings (because they were contested by 1xbit/1xbit1) then that is something of an event for you hold on to. Such is the scale of allegations regarding selective scamming by 1xbit/1xbit1 that it would be easy to forget things but reading they actually returned deposited funds after they alleged fraud in the first place, it really is not a common move by them.

You should be happy you managed to get something back from them because not many people do.

UPDATE while writing this: It seems that I can log into my account again, they refunded all my bets and I have only deposit amount of my account.
So basically they stole 28.69mBTC, everything I made over this day they decided to not pay me out, I bet on 7 events at all and every bet got refunded, I did not use any software or I did not abuse any bug with odds, most of bets were live-bets based on what I saw watching cs:go matches.
1392  Economy / Reputation / Re: I've been hacked (Electrum 4.3.2) on: June 20, 2023, 09:58:55 PM
Congratulations, it must be a very big stress and pressure finally off your shoulders to be told you are no longer liable to be paying funds for the hack. The fact that you and Coinomize have also settled the issue is truly remarkable. From being in the dire situation you were in when the funds were no longer in your wallet (to where you find yourself today), it is a day for you to be proud of.

You may have unfortunately lost one of the two to a competitor campaign manager but at least you carried on managing one of them.

Rather than simply walk away from the issues in the aftermath of the incident you posted about it to inform us and then you made amends by repaying those that initially trusted you with their funds before they went missing therefore congratulations once again.

I just received a piece of great news from the Yo!Mix team.
I honestly do not know how to phrase it so I am just going to quote what they've said here.

Quote
i mean lets consider the case is closed, we no longer need payments from you for that hack

While this is unprecedented, I can wholeheartedly say that it's news I welcome with open arms.
I'm not gonna lie, these past few months have been a struggle trying to keep up with the reimbursements, and judging by my slow pace, it might even take more than a year for me to fulfill the full reimbursement for Yo!Mix.
So far, I have only been able to reimburse $1347 worth of BTC.

The generosity of both Coinomize and Yo!Mix team for understanding my situation and what had happened; I am forever in their debt.
The same goes for numerous members of this forum who pushed me not to give up.

Thank you.
1393  Economy / Reputation / Re: 'John Abraham ≈ naim027' Coincidence or Connection? on: June 20, 2023, 09:47:18 PM
As the John Abraham is no longer in a signature campaign the person using the account will probably let it fade away soon because if it cannot generate any income (or money) for the person controlling the account, it will be of no use.

That at the very least is one positive to appear from this thread that naim027 was posting using strong religious beliefs as a way of conducting himself as well posting complete paradoxical explanations certain opposite conduct. Add to the compulsive lying and attempted manipulations along with the using of profanities then it is a reminder of the reasons why he was distrusted by many members (and it was not just because he had many alt-accounts).
1394  Other / Meta / Re: Please permaban naim027 on: June 20, 2023, 09:33:45 PM
Somethings to say, first of all i think the forum NEEDS to ban the Naims account the most fast as possible because he is going to make new accounts (or maybe he has a few more in the shadows) and its gonna send all the smerits remaining in that accounts to the farm.
Without a doubt the moderators should take a tough stance against him and ban him then look at banning his known alt-accounts too.

I think they are exploiting the generosity of some users, we can see a ton of accounts from the south asian (indonesia/Bangladesh) and Nigeria, who are making this movement of multiplir between them the merits.
There are many good members that from local boards you mentioned therefore it would be difficult to support the theory you have about merit abuse but on the subject of naim027 I think the moderators should have kept the original ban.

First they have some good or primary account, who took merits from serious post, second their have a secondary account or third account and when a pizza or pumpking event appears they op up and collect all the merits in a big ammount from very reputed merits sources.
After that they go to the "ladder" of local board and redistribuied the merits between them.

So like Naim are a few guys behind some accounts.

How you can detect them? Easy, you can see they have a very low activity but a very high merits (they have like 1 activity 1 merit rate). And when you see from where that merits comes its allways the same, pizza BTC or events related, local boards redistribution of merits, beg for merits on the threads when you can put your best posts/threads and received merits to reach X rank.

Obviusly im not putting all in the same box, i know we have some very usefull users here who makes a big effort and really good post, but for example the account of LDL i was following that account for farming a lot of merits, and ended up being one more account of naim......

So in resume their break the rule of not share merits between your own accounts and also exploit the generosity of the communitty to give them merits in the contests.
You are right they have been exploiting the generosity of the community for far too long but as long as the process of banning and then possibly removing the ban on appeal is concerned, it gives hope to account farmers that even their banned accounts stand a small chance of reprieve.

Thank you for not putting all members that are posting particular threads (and in particular boards) in the same box.
1395  Economy / Reputation / Re: 'John Abraham ≈ naim027' Coincidence or Connection? on: June 20, 2023, 03:28:12 PM
Blah, blah, blah.

This is my answer:

That is a good answer considering the circumstances Grin

I know Royse777 had a good relationship with naim027 and probably still does, but the rest of us can't view the latter through the former's eyes.  Homeboy naim027's actions and words made in public are all we can go by, and it does seem like he's probably got a stable of alt accounts that have yet to be sniffed out.  Luckily the forum detectives can be as persistent and focused as an Adderall-sniffing, crack smoking fiend who can only pay extremely close attention to one thing, i.e., one or more of them is gonna be laser-focused on finding those alt accounts.  And they will, I've no doubt.
From time to time some alt-account or another belonging to naim027 will eventually be found out and tagged, you are right about that. Whatever the real relationship between them it does not interest many of us here, they both can trust each other as much as they want but most of distrust one because of his compulsive lying and farmed alt-accounts while the other one has outgrown his ego and shown levels of increasing narcissism as he began managing multiple signature campaigns.

Personally, I trust neither of them.
1396  Other / Meta / Re: Please permaban this scumbag. on: June 19, 2023, 06:02:04 PM
Honestly, this is a piss poor excuse for administration/moderators. It would take 1 hour max to review this case. The guy admitted his alts and ban evasion, CASE CLOSED. They fucked up unbanning him and don't wanna look foolish, or just being lazy about it.
If they thought he was that much of a problem they probably would have banned (again) him by now and added all of his known alt-accounts to the ban list too. Maybe they do not see him as too much of a nuisance but I would request they re-evaluate their decision.

Bump.

Honestly, this is a piss poor excuse for administration/moderators. It would take 1 hour max to review this case. The guy admitted his alts and ban evasion, CASE CLOSED. They fucked up unbanning him and don't wanna look foolish, or just being lazy about it.

Why does everyone act like admins and mods are toooooo busy and running multi billion dollar corporations? Most are regular people not too busy doing much of anything.

I agree 100%.

Mods, theymos, we are still waiting for a reply on why the rules have not been applied in this case. He is now engaged, again, in trying to manipulate people in the Reputation section. As if it wasn't enough that when he gets banned he continues to create alts, to leave his main account active and go around messing around even more.
I hope the moderators actually look at what is being said in these previous posts and hope they will take action because naim027 and his known alt-accounts are not productive to the wider community.
1397  Other / Meta / Re: Ban Appeal For DiMarxist on: June 19, 2023, 05:53:41 PM
I am against lifting the ban too regardless of the OP citing begging for mercy. I wonder how many accounts the OP is using in the forum.

This is yet another example (as you put it) of paradoxical conduct. What has to be said is that it is not the only post that shows the strange manner in which the mind of some people works.

Another so-called Marxist, who has not read Marx's ideas and if he has read them he has not understood them. For Marx religion is the opium of the people, a consequence of the material conditions and the organization of private property, which according to him would eventually disappear as societies move towards the dictatorship of the proletariat. In other words, using Dimarxist as a nickname and appealing to God as he is doing is paradoxical to say the least.

That aside, I do not support a lift to the ban. I don't quite see how a half year old account that has been plagiarizing like this can have any significant, positive importance to the forum.
1398  Other / Meta / Re: Ban Appeal For DiMarxist on: June 18, 2023, 10:41:23 PM
So he actually knew what he was doing and even pointed out the post that he was sure could have led to his ban. What is worse is trying to lie that it was a one-off mistake. This is clearly not a mistake and there could be more posts he copied and paraphrased

Perhaps a lesson learned for OP, though a little too late now, since it's a permanent ban.
The OP has lost the DiMarxist account and it will be rendered useless as far as making any income from signature campaigns and bounties are concerned even if for reason the ban is lifted in future. This is most probably not his only account therefore it is safe to say he will concentrate on being far more careful with his remaining accounts as he tries to maximise income from bounties and signature campaigns.

If you think that a ban should be ended, make your case in a new topic from a "good for the forum as a whole" perspective.
Have mercy everyone. Please it will never happen and repeat itself again. Please I am on my knees. I use the Almighty God (Jesus Christ) to beg everyone. My fellow Christ and Muslim, and other Religions Brothers and Sisters please! Please!! Please!!! have mercy and forgive me as the Holy Bible and Qur'an also forgive Sins. It will never happen again. 🙏🙏🙏
I literally am speechless after reading this Grin

1399  Economy / Reputation / Re: 'John Abraham ≈ naim027' Coincidence or Connection? on: June 18, 2023, 10:28:07 PM
I can understand it most probably would be account strength in the hope of getting more merits for when he took the account to Legendary but why would he do it now when he is far from that goal?
I am not sure why that surprises you so much, that someone who is far away from Legendary rank (activity wise) wants to reach that 1k merit mark asap, or that he wants to keep farming merit. I mean, we all know more merit earned in 120 days often means better signature campaign so its only natural for account farmer to keep on farming merit in every possble way he can, and he became pretty decent at that.
The Whirlwind signature campaign pays $125 with avatar for Snr Members and it moves to $150 for Legendary therefore I overlooked the crucial part. No doubt it would probably be the driving factor in this game of building up as many accounts as possible to be farmed to be used for either signature campaigns or for nefarious purposes.

Hello.
I am Seva from Paradice.in
Naim sent me a DM asking me to say something here.
I can only say that Naim and John worked for Paradice.in
John resigned on 26th March 2021. While Naim worked with us till 5th May 2023.
Both handled our BitcoinTalk profile. John handled our profile from 2020 to 2021, and Naim handled it from 2021 to 2023.
Naim asked me at least to say that they worked for us. Yes, they worked for us, and we never suspected they could be the same person. During their working time, they worked at different times while our support agents tried not to overlap.
A timely intervention from you therefore thank you for doing it (even if it was at the request of naim027) but all you have added by your own volition is that as far as you are concerned naim027 and John Abraham could effectively be the same person.

To clarify some things, John has been working with us since 2020 and resigned on March 2021. Naim worked for us from 2020 to 2023, and we had to remove him.

While we don't want to reveal anyone's nationality, John Speaks the native local languages of mine and the CEO.

John was getting more than 3x Salary than Naim when he resigned. It's not a good business for someone to leave the high-salary job and continue doing the same job for a 3x low salary. I don't think John could be Naim.

I have no idea if Naim was banned and if he has multiple accounts. I asked him today, and he said yes, he has. I am not an expert on Bitcointalk. We hire workers for their job. We don't know their personal life. This is non of our business being a crypto casino.

I am here on request of Naim. I am not here to prove anything. I just gave my statement, and it's official. If you don't believe me, I am sorry. I don't have time to convince anyone.
Another timely intervention from you once again at the request of naim027. In your opinion naim027 and John Abraham are not alt-accounts, we read it.

In theory: If anyone ask me to recommend Nain027 if he add me on his CV for reference then I don't think I am going to tell them anything negative as he worked very well in my business. I have no complain for the job he does for my service.

Oof. This guy obviously has no problem lying to anybody at any given time -- I'd think that would weigh on your decision to act as a reference for him. What would happen in the case that you vouched for him and then he went on to screw over a future employer?
The way naim027 and his alt-accounts have been operating in the forum, it seems at some point highly probable (if not inevitable) naim027 and his alt-accounts will do something like that but stranger things have happened.

Funny how this turned out to be somewhat prophetic:

I will create 100 more accounts as soon as I can.

I am certain he has more accounts currently at work but he'll be a bit more clever in masking them from hereon out.
Now that it is there in pixels on screen who can deny he ever said it? Having said that he is a compulsive liar and chief manipulator therefore would naim027 really stop at 100 alt-accounts or was he bluffing and would happily stop at 5,10 or 15?
1400  Economy / Reputation / Re: 'John Abraham ≈ naim027' Coincidence or Connection? on: June 17, 2023, 02:34:47 PM
What would you say to forum members (including myself) that are very much of thought that you are another accounts by naim027 and that you are making these comments to display a sign of anti-naim027 for misdirection and smokescreen purposes? Is there anything you can say that will give members any confidence in your conduct?

but why would he do it now when he is far from that goal?

I think the answer to this is very simple he did all of these simply because of Greed.

A liar and a cheat will never be satistified with what they have and will always seek more even if it involves deceiving others to get what they want.
