Im starting to think its only a matter of time till some of the major LTC BTC starts coming this way.. Could get very interesting.
CEX.IO DRK/LTC market has around 10% of DRK volume right now. Things could get very interesting if/when we get listed on a far eastern exchange with high LTC volume.

This week the wallet got stuck (out of sync) for 3 or 4 times. Restarting it solves the issue.
Are you running more than one DRK wallet on your computer (using different -datadir)? I was running multiple wallets, and also synced them simultaneously. This led to my ip getting banned by nodes (they probably thought I was trying to dos) so I had trouble syncing. I used to get this problem when syncing 10+ wallets at the same time. I used to use a batch file that loaded all my wallets at the same time. To get round the problem, I configured the batch file to pause for 90 seconds after starting each wallet. It might take a good few minutes to start them all but I find that giving each one a headstart with synching prevents them getting stuck. I'm running just one darkcoin wallet with the default install. If devs are interested I can share the debug.log. By the way, is it safe to share this log? Which OS are you running? windows 7 Home Premium 64 bits Debug.log doesn't contain any sensitive info as far as I know. Do you have an account on Darkcointalk? Probably best to ask for help there. You'll get a quicker response.

It seems some Darkcoiners are upset that we're badmouthing them. I haven't seen it in this thread, but I have pretty thick skin and sometimes miss such things. If you have been, please stop, there's no need to and doesn't help the cause. This of course doesn't mean you can't discuss what you feel Darkcoin is doing wrong or SPR can do better/different.
Examples:
"Darkcoin is a shitcoin" - Bad "Darkcoiners are idiots" - Bad "Due to reference nodes, Darkcoin is centralized. Spreadcoin can improve upon that." - Good "MyFarm is one sexy bitch" - Good
Lol. Its so petty. I think some people don't like seeing members of the Darkcoin team posting on this thread more than anything. Darkcoin will have removed reference nodes in a few weeks. They were an elegant and temporary solution to a problem that has now been solved subject to testing.

Guys, any change on protocol or so ? Transactions are taking much longer time for even for 1st confirmation (30 minutes). Yesterday newly created wallet. I did from console wallet rescan and rebroadcast the transaction. That helped after about 30 minutes. wallet v0.10.17.24-gee8174a-beta. Cannot get latest wallet, site down (somebody mentioned DDOS attacks ) I've sent and received a fair few DRK transactions this morning and I didn't have to wait more than 2mins (approx) for 1st confirmation...not sure what to suggest you should try.

Have anyone got any mn payments ?
Are you asking in general in which case the answer is yes, loads and loads. Or are you asking about recently to which my answer would be yes, four or five in the last 12 hours.

And for me, the strongest thing we have is SIX developers. Some of whom we actually know by name.

I know for lots of people it's all about the money, but it's sad to see former (maybe still current) Darkcoin supporters in the Spreadcoin thread badmouthing DRK (now that they own some SPR). I've invested in a lot of coins during this past year and made a lot of money doing it, never finding the need to badmouth darkcoin. Weird attitudes! Can't wait for 0.11
Can we please be clear that some Darkcoin supporters are over on that thread keeping up with their developments because anything they do better than us we can adopt into our code. Its also fascinating to see how no pools is going to work out for them. There has also been a concerted testing of the water throughout to gauge what their USP is. Its very interesting to see what will become of the first proper clone of Darkcoin. As for bad mouthing DRK, I haven't seen any of that yet and tbh if there is some of that going on and you don't like it then its easy enough to ignore users if you want to read the SPR thread.

hahahaha !! Very good one! Worth it for that link alone. Cheers Otoh!

Not particularly DRK related, but may be of interest if you haven't seen/heard: A nice collection of BTC links: http://www.bitcoinlinks.net& DPR trail within the next seven days. Pretty cool but that's way too much info per page for my attention span!

I know your view was wanting to buy 5 figures of the coin from me Just because somebody asks if they can buy some coins doesn't mean they want to buy some coins. They might be testing the water. Anyway..SPR talk to SPR thread and DRK talk here. Good luck with things.

Wow. That is awesome. Nice work!

Not in the forthcoming release so it will probably be a couple of months at a guess. I think the decision was made to refine and perfect the basics of darksend before going all Spaceballs on it.

I'll put a 300 SPR bounty on a miners hash chart.
Here is 2 miners chart: http://104.36.83.126/spreadcoin/- network hashrate
- top miners pie chart (>1000 mined coins)
Nice work! Crikey, SNYqcyEtXr5UWpxMds8mQ9x8jo8fWFJVKz must be running several hundred 290's... we really need more promotion to attract more miners to compete with this 700MH/s guy. Lets just hope lxp15 doesn't fire up their 3.5GH/s rig

The lack of clear and timely communication from Bitstamp is disconcerting.
I agree but sometimes it is necessary if you have been attacked or are still under attack. Law enforcement could be involved. There are all kinds of reasons why they might want to keep quiet for now. Better to speak occasionally and accurately than regularly and speculate.
