I am not sure how that's confusing.

Just so we can agree.

NMCBIT Fees:
- 6.6% PPS Fee (as you ponited out above).
- 3.0% Withdrawl Fee.
--------------------------
Total = 9.6% PPS Pool Fees.

Any chance of having the 'Private 26th row' return to the Hall of Fame, for those of us who want to still see how we measure up, even if we do not make the 'Public' Top 25 ?

And where do those User ID numbers come from?  I can't find any reference/correlation between my user name and what my User ID may be.
Sam
They used to be highlighted in light yellow (on my crappy monitor anyways....lol). I used to have a user-specific 26th row, because I wasn't fast enough or share count high enough to be top 25.

When I was top-25 (beta-PPS), my user ID# rows were still highlighted in light yellow. This should tell you what your user# is Wink

Also, the API link will tell you what your current user ID is.....the first part of the first line, mine looking like:
Quote
{"user":{"user_id":xxxx

https://www.btcguild.com/api.php?api_key= {your API key value}

Hope that helps,
Allan

WITH EVERYTHING CONSIDERED, I DON'T CARE ABOUT DECIMAL'd TOTALS......PERCENTAGES ONLY.

Get it ? NMCBIT is a 9.6% PPS Pool. The current OCT31, 2011 PPS FEE - 0.000041537620702

Users get 0.000041537620702 MINUS 9.6%
2144  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [149 GHs] NMCBit Merged Mining is here! PPS for NMC and BTC enabled on: October 31, 2011, 06:39:27 PM
Thus if you earned 1 share in PPS your balance would be...
0.00003878
If you could withdraw that amount the total transferred to your wallet would be...
0.00003762
Come on, really ? WHAT ELSE WOULD WE DO WITH A BALANCE ?

So, if I TRANSFER rather than WITHDRAW, the fee is NULL'd ?

Seriously.....

JUST BE STRAIGHT SO THAT USERS CAN MAKE A $$%% -to- %%$$ comparison of your pool against other's pools.

USERS see percentages.....that's it.
DeepBit is a 10% PPS Pool.
BTCG is a 5% PPS Pool.

3% is the fee, that will be given back many times to early adopters.

Get it ? NMCBIT is a 9.6% PPS Pool.

NOT a 3% pool as the main page of this thread and the pool itself's main/home page would have users believe......

THAT is clear.
2145  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [149 GHs] NMCBit Merged Mining is here! PPS for NMC and BTC enabled on: October 31, 2011, 06:28:12 PM
Another thing quite funny is the fact that the ONLY PERCENTAGE reference on your Pool's homepage is the mention of a 3% redemtption fee.

This essentially makes your pool look like a 3% Pool.....NOT A near-10% Fee Pool.

It's quite easy to hide fees when simply listing a 5-decimal point value to miners who don't care to do the math themselves.

VERY DIRTY.

Be clear......

WHAT IS THE FINAL WITHDRAWL RATE OF EACH SHARE ON YOUR POOL ?
Not 'before this fee', or 'before that'.....

FINAL IN MY WALLET PPS BTC RATE = ...............

DavinciL, please add the following, along with completing it....to the FIRST POST.

OCT31, 2011 PPS FEE - 0.000041537620702
NMCBIT POOL FEES:
3% withdrawl fee
6.6% PPS fee
etc.
etc.
NMCBIT MINERS ARE SUBJECT TO A TOTAL OF x.xx% IN FEES.

Final PPS NMCBIT =
2148  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [149 GHs] NMCBit Merged Mining is here! PPS for NMC and BTC enabled on: October 31, 2011, 06:18:42 PM
Simple way to verify "full PPS amount before fees" is

PPS = (Block Reward)/(Current Difficulty)
PPS = (50.0)/( 1,203,728.07)
PPS = 0.000041537620702  or ~4154 satoshis.

http://dot-bit.org/tools/nextDifficulty.php

I knew all that......PLEASE EITHER USE QUOTE OR ADDRESS THE PERSON YOU ARE POSTING IN REGARDS TO.
I laid all that out above....the BTC share price, anyways.

You are aware difficulty just dropped (as in < 12 hours ago).  The PPS rate now would be ~20% higher than yesterday.
Was that directed to me ? .....the one asking WHY HE IS NOT GETTING PAID ENOUGH ? AS IN A HIGHER RATE ?

Considering the Pool's current round is about 13.6hrs long and the rate is about 12 hours old...averaging doesn't even work as an argument.....especially with the Pool owner saying above, that the rate changed PRIOR TO THE LAST ROUND ENDING, yet I am still making less.

Code:
The last PPS was 0.0000317852781277
The current is              0.00003877729626660837
Am I missing something?  How are you getting less?
again, minus an additional 3%, correct ?
2150  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [149 GHs] NMCBit Merged Mining is here! PPS for NMC and BTC enabled on: October 31, 2011, 06:13:58 PM

Yes I am sure things are correct, the amount for PPS is 0.0000387772965451 /share not 0.00004154680413673219.
I charge a 6.6% amount on PPS plus a tax of 3% that totals almost 10% this was discussed earlier in this thread.

You will find the updated share amount on the front page.
at www.nmcbit.com
I guess that's what happens when I just get 'the cliff notes' as to what you post, because in the past, your anti-Deepbit percentage comparisons along with your 'mine with me because...' posts were always an inspring read.....but in the end it's all bullshit as it were.

BE CLEAR AND POST WHAT PEOPLE ACTUALLY GET FROM YOUR POOL. Not what they get during each part of the ming process....THEN SUBJECT TO THIS AND THAT.....

WHAT IS THE FINAL WITHDRAWL RATE OF EACH SHARE ON YOUR POOL ?

Well, there's obviously a problem then, atleast in my control panel.....

My current reporting says:

1.59642251 BTC  ...for... 41,169 shares.

Correct me if my math is a bit off, but, that is 0.00003877729626660837/share ....and you take your tax during withdrawl (so remove another 3% from that).

It should report:

0.00004154680413673219 (current full amount, no tax removed).

Using BTCG as an example (who tax BEFORE share payment, not during withdrawl), their current rate is 0.00003946949672652458/share, again, which already includes the removal of their 5% tax.

Are you sure things are correct ?

has the new BTC PPS rate been updated yet ?

After comparing times to the 'Found NMC Block List' on the pool, it seems as though my NMC stats are in fact over 5 hrs off and I have not gotten credit for the last 5 blocks.

All the blocks on the Statistics page that have a " * "  behind them have not been paid yet

Has been like this for some time

Hope that helps,

Brat
LOL....I actually had no idea. That completely makes sense now. 5 blocks it is.

My previous difference between the block list and PPS NMC earnings has been about 2 minutes.....so definately a bit off for me.

Is there a problem with the stats ? The NMC stats in particular ?
Although I may or may not be on drugs, it seems as though I have less NMC shares each time I login and my totals have not increased in quite some time......since my last withdrawl 5.5hrs ago.
2158  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [NR 1] Triplemining.com <> BIG jackpot every week <> on: October 29, 2011, 08:03:30 PM
I will definately do that with the next block.

Have you had any problems lately?  You haven't responded yet...
No sorry. I actually began merged mining on another pool, but what I can tell you is oddly enough I ran into the exact SAME problem on the pool I am on now as I experienced on Triplemining (lots of stales, only helped using a short work scan time, making me very inefficient with lots of dropped/unsubmitted work) and it turned out to be a routing problem.....as in, the location of the server in question that I was connecting to. The Pool OP then provided me with an alternate server in a different geographical location and everything was solved, although others seemed to connect without consequence. ISP conflicts perhaps.

Just thought I would share, as it seemed to answer my question.....on both fronts.

Cheers,
Allan

Why such a sudden adjustment to the NMC-to-BTC rate ?
After checking exchange rates to compare, would it be safe to assume that the pools exchange rate now includes convenience overhead ?
2160  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: Slush and his relation to DDoS attackers on: October 27, 2011, 04:49:05 AM
Slush, face it......YOU ARE A DOUCHE BAG.

You completely fucked everyone mining in the NMC network, while you did your 'testing' using 2TH/s of power to do so, stealing blocks, while cranking up the difficulty for those who actually were in it from the beginning, completely killing their chances prior to merged mining - their last hoorah ! . DEFINATELY NOT UNDERHANDED OR SLIMEY.......idiot.

If I was a Namecoin miner prior to Merged Mining, your name would be on top of my SHIT LIST.......but then again, I don't need to be a NMC miner for that, do I ?
