what is my understanding like that, I ask for your opinion from all of you?
Bitcoin is not a magical stick that fixes all the problems in one country, and I doubt it can help entire country as long as there is corruption and other problems. It can certainly help some individuals in that country, and maybe slowly spread and expand circle of adoption to more and more people. We have few examples of countries with bad economy trying Bitcoin experiments, but making Bitcoin a legal tender in some country can certainly attract bitcoin oriented investors.

1. So with Ledger, for instance, it’s a “24-word recovery phrase.” I was wondering when and how the recovery phrase was determined on a Ledger device for example? It’s not possible that the company itself knows it before they deliver it with DHL? I’ve heard the best way to buy a Ledger is from the company itself, because Amazon/eBay Ledgers could be compromised.
Ledger wallet is using closed source secure element to generate seed words, and user is doing that when they start device for the first time. You can also generate your seed words offline and import them in ledger if you don't trust their closed source generation. Devices are not delivered with pre-generated seed words, and if someone receives device like that, that is a scam. There is always a possibility for hidden backdoors, but that is the case with all other devices. 2. Just these 24 words in the right order are pretty much secure and it’s like a “count all the atoms on planet Earth” thing so it’s impossible that somebody else uses the same phrase or finds out about it? I’m not the smartest guy in town, but there are no brute force attacks possible by combining 24 words from this BIP39 list? https://github.com/bitcoin/bips/blob/master/bip-0039/english.txtGo ahead and try to brute force it. You can always make it more secure with multiple passphrases and with multisig setup. 3. The 24-word recovery phrase in universally compatible (whether other hardware wallets, software etc), so if a thief knows my recovery phrase, he can also use it with Electrum obviously? Yes, he can use it with any compatible wallet, including Electrum and other hardware wallets. 5. If I go for a Ledger, I would probably purchase the Nano S Plus because it doesn’t have any bluetooth? Does anyone have experiences with this particular device? This device is better than model X that has many battery issues, and you don't need bluetooth when you can connect device with cable just fine. I am not recommending anyone to buy any closed source ledger devices, but ledger S plus is probably best of all their junk devices. 6. I can setup a Ledger also completely offline with Linux/Ubuntu DVD and just Electrum? Just asking because most tutorials are based on Ledger Live, but I’m not sure? Probably. There are thousands of Linux OS, and I don't know if all of them will work with ledger, but most distributions will work. 9. So the Ledger device in general is pretty much 100% secure and the only known hacks and 100% of the time it was the user who put the phrase up on Google drive, told their partner etc.? Just asking because I went to like 50 Reddit threads and there is like “Help! Someone stole my Bitcoin from my Ledger” almost every single day. Ledger support also says on Reddit:
Nothing is 100% secure, especially not when you keep anything on some cloud drive. 10. As far as my understanding goes, there are only 2 ways to “hack” (not the right word of course) a Ledger device: 1. someone knows 24 word seed or 2. Ledger device and someone knows pin code. That’s correct? No, and this is not a hack. 11. If anyone has other good recommendations for a good hardware wallet, I would like to hear it. Maybe less controversial than Ledger although they still seem to be pretty popular, even after the data breach. Passport, Keystone, Bitbox, Trezor, are all open source and much better and more reliable than ledger. PS You are asking too many questions...

Therefore, my question is, what are some other alternative methods to access the funds in my legacy Coinbase Vault 2/3 multisig wallet? Note, that the options should be prioritized in terms of technical complexity, with less technical methods preferred.
Have you by any chance tried contacting Coinbase exchange and BitPay support for help? Coinbase probably removed all vaults since 2018 but I see they still have page about that multisig vault available on their website, so they could help you to overcome unavailable Bitpay API. https://www.coinbase.com/blog/multisig-vaults-on-coinbaseYou can also download files and tried doing everything locally instead web tool, just follow this instructions: https://github.com/coinbase/multisig-tool

Well, when you send a transaction, you sign it first, don't you? While the wallet hides these operations from you it doesn't mean they are not done at your side.
You don't have to pay and transaction fees to send and verify message using any Bitcoin wallet, unlike regular transactions that obviously needs fees to be paid. Why not? If I can construct my transaction manually on a machine not connected to the Internet, I can also hash transaction data and put it in a 'sign' function to produce a correct signature to make nodes believe that I am actual owner of a private key. I just don't know how to do all that.
I don't understand what you are saying and what you want to do? You can already send a message with Bitcoin transaction, but I don't understand why you would pay fees for that. There are bunch of hidden messages posted in bitcoin blockchain for years.

This part is a little bit tricky... I think it'd be better to label this specific category as "compatibility" and also use the star symbols with a brief explanation at the end of the table to show what each of these stars means:
Thank you for help again. I selected Compatibility version with star symbols, and I think it looks much better. Now I have do to some checking, correcting, editing and adding other less popular hardware wallet. Do you have any ideas how I can make shorter version of MicroUSB/USB-C adapter category? I also don't know how to say that ✘ or ✔ symbols doesn't always mean that this is something good or bad :/ Having less options is sometimes better, to reduce risk of attacks.

Is there any working mobile wallet which allows TOR connection to custom Electrum server? I ask because until now BlueWallet was my favourite one (using normal IP), but using TOR server is impossible, connection fails. I have seen many complaints, apparently that feature is broken. At least for me it is unusable, so that's why I look for alternatives.
Are you looking for Android or iPhone mobile wallet? One wallet I know is using in-built Tor connection is called Unstoppable.money, it is decent open source wallet but I am not sure if you can connect custom electrum servers. Trezor Suite is currently working on mobile wallet that can be connected with Trezor hardware wallet, but meanwhile you can use their desktop wallet that has Tor switch, or maybe try their web version.

Do you have a bank account or do you use exclusively cash? Don’t you fly by plane? Don’t you order food delivery etc.? Why do you have such a biased attitude to KYC from crypto projects, although statistically there are more data leaks in other businesses, including from banks themselves or their partners. Not to mention social media and services.
I pay with cash most of the times including for food deliveries and anything else, and nobody can ''hack'' my cash payment anywhere. Only time I buy something with digital fiat money is when I buy stuff from online from other countries and continents. Data leaks of the passed KYC procedures are terrible! But what can you offer as an alternative? “Nothing" is not an answer, it is an unrealizable dream. Sure there is alternative, I can pay anyone with cash or bitcoin without any KYC crap, and there will be no trace who made payments. KYC leaks on fiat bankster system is happening much less, but don't you watch they are trying to announce global cyber attacks for some time, so I don't see why would I defend this system in any way. In the world of blockchain, you will be blamed for all the crimes that the coin that came to the exchange from your wallet managed to get into. Not if they don't know identity that is connected with addresses I used, or if I am like CZ kissing ass to regulators. This is a problem, and it needs to be solved. Ignoring strategy is a stupid one. When the officers of the secret service come to you, it will no longer be possible to close your eyes with your hands and say "There is no ''clean'' and ''dirty'' Bitcoin" so that they simply dissolve. They won't come for anyone if KYC verification is not done, and I didn't say we should close our eyes, but we shouldn't openly support this narrative. You criticize existing practices but do not propose a solution except to ignore laws because "crypto is above the law." This does not benefit the community and does not bring us closer to the protected alternative to the outdated KYC.
I gave you one working alternative people use now, but you decided to close your eyes, and made up some excuses, like it's not really decentralized etc.

I'm a bit pissed at this point and kinda feel lied to. I've been in here for over 2 weeks for possibly no goddamn reason. It's a total fucking circus dealing with this shit. They know I'm sick, they know I need a transplant, but they have to play the numbers game with the transplant committee.
Crazy... but I am sure they will charge you real good for this two weeks of medical circus show games Any grain of faith I had in our modern medical system and doctors is long gone, but I still want to believe there are few good people who care more about patients, not just about money. However, don't give up yahoo, everything will end up good in the end, just don't lose your nerves on this and try to remain calm as much as possible. I am not supporting anything illegal, but you can better understand why many people try to find transplant organs in grey area from shady source...

Binance is paying for advertising from Google, with the word "bitcointalk".
If they paid for something then they probably paid for ads that included word Bitcoin, not Bitcointalk, but that ad could be posted by anyone. I am not aware of any active representative of Binance exchange that is registered in forum and I didn't saw them writing or talking anything about this forum. We should not really care what Binance exchange or anyone else is posting as ads, just use adblocker to hide them all, and this will save you much trouble down the line. Having real Binance signature campaign would be only real sign showing they are targeting people from this forum.

What's the best way to keep our accounts secure. I had this issue few years ago when someone logged into my account and scammed someone. This happened at night and in the morning when I saw emails about some transaction, I logged in right away and changed the password. There must be a simple way to secure account?
If you are talking about bitcointalk forum account, than you should first use unique strong password that was never used before for any other account. I would also choose new email account, or sub-account that is dedicated only for this purpose and it should have 2fa protection, maybe Proton mail would be good. You can also sign a message with your Bitcoin address that proves ownership of address and account connected with it. Most important thing is to never click on any links received in forum personal messages, even if it's coming from established members, to avoid phishing attacks.

Yes, yes and yes, you can use your built-in smart card reader with our Satochip products. In these laptops, you might also have a built-in NFC reader.
You think this could also work with older Thinkpad business laptops that have ID card readers and all other brands? I might have few of this laptops collecting dust and I never tested how this card readers work, but companies use this along with fingerprint scanners. This machines certainly don't have NFC support since this was invented later, but I I can always use smartphone for this.

Bitzlato has been hacked!
They are starting to target p2p trading websites, and funny thing is that CZ and Binance are the main snitches who helped identify and locate Bizlato owner and seize funds from them. Binance is now officially working as government agents and I wouldn't trust them with anything, especially if you are holding coins there or you have their cards... consider everything is directly reported to all governments. I never used Bizlato because they kept low profile and I see all their domains have been seized by authorities, but for people who are interested how Bitzlato looked before, you can check out their archived pages: https://web.archive.org/web/20230106055055/https://bitzlato.com/

I am just trying to know from forum members if there is anyone who has ever had their bitcoin payments from signature advertising get blocked by an exchange, citing "suspicious transaction"?
This never happened to me, but I almost never use centralized exchanges, or when I use them I only use those that work without KYC verification. Bisq is most popular decentralized p2p exchange that will never ask you anything and it can freeze your coins, but there are many other non-kyc instant exchanges you can use. I know about people who had some issues because transaction history of their coins had some connection with gambling, but there are always things you can do with coins using address management to avoid this issues.

I tried that in another topic. Conclusion: I'm a bot Since I'm obviously human, the detection is unreliable. You didn't say what was the percentage showing text was AI generated on all 3 websites... but some people have been saying you are a bot for years Based on a third-party tool? I doubt it.
How do you think we are detecting plagiarized text by other members? We certainly don't have super powers, and I was always using two website to detect source and PERCENTAGE of plagiarism... it worked well most of the times. EDIT: Here is one test I did with this post from member Techdev generated by AI (it was later deleted by moderators after my report): https://ninjastic.space/post/61619530GPT-2 Output Detector is showing 99.98% that this is AI generated: GPTZero is saying that text is most likely to be AI generated:

This is nothing new and we saw scam extensions like this many times before, and only thing we could do is to report them Chrome Web Store, and download wallets only from official websites. I think it's much safer to use Firefox, fork called Librewolf, or Tor browser to avoid scams like this, since most scam extensions are released for Chromium based browsers. It's better to keep installed browser extensions at minimum, and maybe use uBlockOrigin to hide phishing scam ads.

Mnogi ljudi žive normalno bez kofeina, cigareta, rafiniranog šećera i kockanja, ali neka probaju koliko dugo mogu bez vode i hrane Ne poznam nikoga ko voli kavu a da nije ovisan o njoj, by the way.
Znam jednog tipa koji je ne voli, ali ne može funkcionirati bez nje. i stlano traži biljne alternative
