i've messaged stunna 4 times now and he hasn't responded. hasn't paid me from january, will PM him one last time before i look elsewhere.
Did you send your PM properly at the time? Including all the info he asked for? Check his posts. He hasn't even signed up since in 2014. And, if he did before, he might have been a Jr Member.. (I haven't checked all his posts, but I don't think Stunna is wrong). it was for the month of january.. i messaged him on the 8th since i wasn't going to be around for some time. he told me to message him back on the 18th (when i was free). i did it, and got no response. i then waited until february (i think) and messaged him again. and another time in march. still have not received an answer. i message him today one last time. if he's not going to pay for that period, that's fine.. i'll just go elsewhere. Yeah but it doesn't seem like you made the 50 required posts for the month. i had about 400 from the period 12/17 to 1/17. will wait another day or two, if i get no response, i'll have to find a new place to advertise my sig. anyone know who's the second best paying advertiser? |

Renting out properties is not as easy as it sounds. A friend of the family used to rent houses out, but a couple of people competently trashed some of them or continually broke shit so he had to constantly repair stuff. People don't look after shit when it isn't there's and it also takes a hell of a long time before you start seeing any profit on your investment.
Maybe one day I'd like a holiday home and rent it out to friends and family, but only if I was very well off and money wasn't an issue.
