Ebay is really unreliable. a lot of sellers who sell used shit don't put proper descriptions. recently bought a laptop and the details weren't very accurate.
I have stopped purchasing anything of value from Ebay, even when they are offering steep discounts. What is the use in getting a 30% discount, when the product itself can be unreliable? i don't like ebay's fees for selling either. exorbitant fees. it's going to be something like 14% of your revenues. I don't really sell that much on eBay anymore due to the high fees, but it's still unfortunately pretty much the best place to sell stuff, though I wish it wasn't. As for having trouble with buying on eBay, you've just got to pick the sellers wisely. A major chain could also easily just say you broke it and it's not covered under the warranty too. If you ever buy something that isn't as described you can send it back and you'll get your money back off PP in most cases. use craigslist mate.. if you are trying to get rid of your junk. i don't sell junk though, just stuff i buy from a wholesaler to re-sell. |

I bet people are just pissed since he was talking about Magic Johnson. magic has already stated that he is open to the idea of purchasing the clippers. and there are rumors that oprah will team up with larry elison (i think he's the guy who made his fortune from oracle) to buy the clippers.

She could buy the LA Clippers on her own, without any partnership with other billionaires such as Larry Ellison. she would need to sell big part of her business first. I bet she doesn't keep necessary amount of money to buy it in cash. I very much doubt Oprah would shell out all that money on her own. Why we should even want to buy it? She's just probably getting involved in the whole debacle to have something to talk about. probably because NBA franchises are extremely profitable. and you do know that it makes her a more interesting person right? there's some sort of allure that comes with being a celebrity and owning a franchise... and that only helps her profit even more. |

yep, this is basically what i said earlier in the thread. being in the LA market is big, so there will be plenty of bidders. Of course, the "who is bidding now" will happen before, during, and after the court case(s) This might remain unsettled even after the 2016 political elections....? it will likely drag on, and if stern is battling cancer, he probably won't make it past the conclusion.. in which case his bequeathed will inherit the franchise. the NBA has said they want a sale and no inheritance - isn't that a bit extreme btw? |

Donald Sterling sure is fucked, all around fucked. He's going to die now not as a legend but a rich racist loser. He was complaining about his little golddigger taking a picture with the legend Magic Johnson. I mean, he must really have some pent up aggression if he's going to flip out about a black guy with his chick when that black guy is one of the biggest names to ever play the sport he was involved on for most of his life! So sad, I hope the other owners vote him out and sell off his stake. It would be awesome if someone like like Dennis Rodman or Jay-Z bought his portion! btw, i only care about may 20th, when the lakers get their pick. clippers can burn in hell for all i care. we have something like a 20% chance to land a top 3 pick.. which means a franchise-type player. i consider wiggins, embid, and exum to be franchise type players, so i really hope we land a top 3.

Me too. It was so funny when it first started, but the past few seasons have been bad. This season so far is suprisingly much better than the last season IMO. Maybe because Hank's daughter hasn't been in it. She annoys me. House of Lies is the same way. Started off good, already out of material. yeah she's kind of annoying. but i'm not an extremist like some crazy fans of tv shows. for example, the actress who plays skylar has received death threats from fans.. for portraying her character. what makes californication stupid is its repeating cycle over and over. hank tries to get back with karen, and then some unforeseen shit happens, and that plan gets nixed. karen gets mad at hank, other shit happens, the daughter whines and bitches, hank goes on booze binges and bangs chicks, and then eventually he does something sweet or kind, and karen forgives him. then he tries to get back with her.. rinse and repeat. Wait which one is Skylar? Death threats??? What type of loser makes death threats about actors' roles.
