3341  Local / Pamilihan / Re: GCash is planning to add cryptocurrencies! on: June 03, 2021, 10:21:30 PM
This is actually great news especially for someone who uses GCASH at least every day sa mga transactions!

The convenience lang na binibigay ni GCASH, its interface and interconnectivity makes it really easy for me to purchase BTCs. Question is, magkakaroon din ba ng sariling wallet si GCASH parang coins.ph or bibili ka lang BTC tapos i-tratransfer ito sa third-party na wallet?

3342  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Online gambling becomes popular on: June 03, 2021, 09:53:12 PM
It was inevitable to reach these levels of online gambling, I mean let's face it going to a casino is not something most of us can do, it is not available, in many nations where even sportsbooks and lottery is allowed, regular casinos are not allowed, many places are doing that, which means even though you can gamble in some ways in other ways you can't gamble; which is why online gambling always had that option of giving people the freedom to gamble like they can't in normal life.

To be honest, even if the pandemic is over, most people have already adjusted to this "new-normal" wherein going back to the casinos would be considered weird. The convenience of online gambling provides so much to the person where you can stay at your home while be entertained! You get the best of the both worlds while being safe also.

The popularity of online gambling will increase through the years and this may also be considered the future of gambling. It's like online gambling would be the general rule, and going to physical casinos would be the exception.
3343  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Would you bet on climbing challenges on: June 03, 2021, 07:36:35 AM
I feel like this is one of those sports who does not gain the recognition it warrants. It is mostly overlooked due to its complexity and lack of advertisements. But for people who actually do rock-climbing, it is one of those experiences that you really have to at least try.

To think that rock-climbing will be considered as an option to gambling would most likely be puzzling to most. The fanbase and popularity would make it a risky challenge for most viewers especially if you do not know any of those players or participants.

Nevertheless, this is a good opportunity to create a separate fanbase that may attract people onto watching the sport. In the long-run, as it attracts viewers, most people would actually try it out.
3344  Other / Off-topic / Re: Slapping Tournament on: June 01, 2021, 10:12:03 PM
The fanbase of a sport depends upon the number of people watching it daily. The slapping tournament, although first of its kind, is starting to create its name on the sports world as a dangerous, yet exciting one which involves a simple step of slapping another opponent and whoever backs out or becomes unconscious  is declared the loser.

While many seem to doubt its entertainment value, I personally see this sport flourishing in the near future, or if not, have a steady fanbase and watchers. To see a huge dude getting unconscious after getting slapped is entertaining, well at least for me.
3345  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Online Gaming Scams during Pandemic. How to Stay Safe. on: June 01, 2021, 05:21:27 PM
Those pointers shared by the OP are actually common. Generally, those aren't just applied to online gaming but for our other private stuff as well.

The best security is still using our common sense. I hope newbies today aren't newbies in the past where everything is spoonfeed.

That is true. However, even if such rules are common and can be applied to at least anything, there are still people who fall in the same trap of scams in the internet.

The best way in order to prevent from being scammed is by being vigilant by your personal information. Lots of phishing and fake websites cloaked themselves with 'legitimate' information but then are rotten to their very core.

Remember, anything that exists in the internet is always prone to scamming. Prevention is always better than solving this problem; that is why you should always be vigilant and aware of the information you post on the internet.

Hi in addition to this very messy and convoluted ANN, the wallet software that you posted on your github link contained some malicious and dubious files injected. I recommend that you check this out as failure to do so will compel me to report your ANN containing malicious files. Kindly check the reference below, thanks.

3347  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Donaire vs Oubaali - May 29 on: June 01, 2021, 02:06:15 PM
I watched the game and I am amazed on how the Filipino Flash controlled the fight until Round 3. What surprises me the most is that, this may be a candidate for K.O of the year! Man, Donaire managed to K.O. him after the last second of Round 3 and Oubaali was not able to recovered from those punches.

I also think that the referee made the right choice on throwing the towel. Dude was confused and wobbly after several punches and hooks to his face. Even if it was the end of the round, Oubaali was just not able to recover and convince the referee that he can still fight.

3349  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: YOUR FAVORITE GAMBLING? on: May 28, 2021, 06:36:01 PM
My gambling journey started when I was in high school where the game Dota 2 was starting to get popular. As time went on, Valve introduced these 'creates' where you can get rare items from opening them via keys you can purchase for $2.99. When rare items started to plague the market, dota2lounge.com, a gambling website for Dota 2 games, rose up and I gambled most of my items from betting teams.

Fortunately enough, my initial capital of $10 yielded me at least $100 just from betting on the teams. I continued to gamble until I was able to garner 50 keys at that time. Unfortunately though, I lost those keys when I betted with a bot via blackjack.

Moral of the story: only bet the amount that you are willing to lose. When I was on a losing streak, I thought to myself to just bet everything in one go and that sped up the process of losing every item that I had.
3350  Economy / Reputation / Re: 1xbit is at it again with bounty and a signature campaign on: May 28, 2021, 05:57:18 PM
Participants without a red tag will not risk applying their account, maybe some DT will not tag but there's a risk that their account will still be tagged. I guess all of the accepted applicants have a red tag already and I believe 1xbit already sees this coming since in their rules they allowed a red-tagged account to apply.

The reward is quite attractive, but if it would result in the account getting tag, I guess it's not worth to risk.

I don't know how DT would treat this, I saw yobit ran a signature campaign before, and non of the members were tagged IIRC.
Greedy, that is the reason why some people are so interested in risking the reputation of their account and advertising scam site.
If a site can resolve previous scam accusation well then it is unlikely that they will have forum users and contributors going against them. So far the DT have done well and have informed everyone here with active fact and accusation. I thought this would help the community to avoid scammed from the site.

To be honest, most participants who applied (and subsequently got accepted) into the campaign are the ones who have a previously negative-tagged accounts due to their connection with alt account farming. They saw an opportunity to apply in a campaign that the owner is previously negative-tagged also.

I find it really appalling to see that they got accepted and they're probably sharing spam or plagiarized messages across the forum.
3351  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Degree in gambling? on: May 28, 2021, 03:15:11 PM
I think working in a casino is relatively fun at first, but it will somehow get stressful especially when you are exposed in an environment full of gamblers. Just imagine, you're the dealer and your handling thousands of dollars in a single hand just to see a person losing most of this resources. Personally, that would really affect me and ultimately cause me stress in some degree.

While the idea sounds exciting and fresh, personally, I wouldn't delve much deeper and consider a job in a casino.
3352  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Bigas PH are now accepting cryptocurrency? on: May 28, 2021, 10:14:49 AM
Actually, may nakita din akong ganitong ad sa Facebook. I also tried visiting yun website pero nakita ko na wala pa nga ang cryptocurrency as their mode of payment.

I also hope that businesses follow the same trend na nag didiversify sila ng payment options nila to include BTC. Not only does this help remove the stigma sa bitcoin but it also gives awareness about sa existence ng BTC sa bansa.
3353  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Online gambling risks during coronavirus pandemic on: May 27, 2021, 05:54:17 PM
  • Social distancing should not lead to social isolation, so talk to your friends and peers and discuss your gambling problem with them. Having support can make a big difference.

This is very interesting to the point that most people have associated social distancing to social isolation.

The COVID-19 pandemic really took everyone to their surprise. Many people have troubling adjusting due to the nature of the circumstances of the virus, catching people off-guard to their daily habits. While the pandemic has surely forced us to adjust a safe and cautious lifestyle, this does not necessarily mean that we must isolate ourselves from the whole world, including our families.

In fact, many addicts took this opportunity to be more addicted to their hobbies (i.e. drug use, online gambling, etc.) since they have a reason to rationalize their behavior. This is a very interesting study that addicts, in general, must know and take it from the heart.

Nice found buddy !
I was looking at it yesterday also but have no time to check it more .
There are a lot of detections in there damn , for sure there are a few miner dections but also Malware and Trojan detections.
Dont know if it will bring something to write in the Thread and ask whats going on with the Wallet and things .

As always, thank you Lafu!

I mainly use my MacBook for my research and school purposes. Every time I scan wallet files using Virus total, I usually download the zip file that is compatible for windows in order to prevent any virus should I ever opt to download the macOS wallet.

When I saw the results of the virus scan, it nearly gave me a heart attack to see the amount of trojan virus contained on that wallet. I quickly deleted the file and I scanned my laptop. Fortunately, the scan went clean!

3356  Other / Meta / Re: ban appeal thread on: May 26, 2021, 07:53:06 PM
That's what I stated above. I shared info from tennisform ticker just to help those bettors/punters. So maybe someone should ban foxsports by that logic? Correct me if wrong?

p.s. how this works (mean this ban appeal thread), I need to wait moderators (will respond here or via e-mail). Or is it case closed?
why? they are not the ones who plagiarised. it is your responsibility to cite the source of your information. a lot of members have been banned because of plagiarism and the majority of them weren't able to get their ban lifted.

Info belongs to tennisform ticker so fox sports plagiarised. I shared a lot from ticker so I guess it would be silly to cite the source every single time.
Guys I don't want to argue with you, just want mods or whoever is in charge to come up with a verdict.

Unfortunately, it is indeed required for you to cite those resources as failure to do so implies that you are causing it to appear that you made those statements. Even if you shared lots of information and texts from ticker, failure to cite sources or to at least acknowledge that you got it from their site is against forum rules.

There are several cases here in the forum who has the exact case as yours and most of them did not get their bans lifted.
3357  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Donaire vs Oubaali - May 29 on: May 26, 2021, 07:03:21 PM
This match took me by surprise. I really though Donaire already retired on his boxing career but again, we are privilege to see the Filipino Flash perform once again in the boxing ring.

I honestly have no clue about his opponent but I think Donaire can seized the victory due to his combined speed and power. Although he is past his prime now, I think he still has the fighting spirit that can yield him this victory.

3358  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Bitcoin, papalo ba sa $100k ?? on: May 26, 2021, 05:22:23 PM
Yes, I personally think so. Kaya patuloy parin akong humahawak at nagiipon ng BTC. A better answer, is 'when'? Could be this year, or next year, or in 5 years. No one knows. Tongue

Hahahaha this is very true. It is a question of 'when' kung kailan talaga aabot ang presyo ng bitcoin sa future.

3359  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: To be honest about Investing on: May 26, 2021, 12:57:30 PM
Investing does not absolutely guarantee profit. But why do most people profit themselves from this method?

Let me give you an example, a week ago, the price of bitcoin crashed to as low as $34,700 and it dipped from its price. Currently, the price sits at $38,200 which changes constantly due to its volatility. If a person invested and risked on purchasing BTC during that time, one already has profited this time.

The point that I am trying it to make is, you have to risk it for the biscuit! You must be willing to risk such amount to profit. While I do understand that it is easier said than done (especially when you invest large amounts of money), then I guess you should switch to another form of investment which is less volatile.
3360  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] SpaceGrime - Intergalactic Crypto of the Future. on: May 25, 2021, 04:07:39 PM
Thank you very much for your question! Currently there is no information that any of team members are going to introduce their names and social networks any time soon. If there will be such data we will let you know as soon as possible! Thank you once again for checking out the project, do not hesitate to ask any questions you like Wink

While the idea of posting the pictures of your team members are not mandatory, it is highly recommended, however, that you provide in order to strengthen the claim that such project is real and genuine. Unfortunately, there have been lots of scam projects nowadays and it is imperative that we prevent people from falling from such trap.

Good luck on the project but I still want to push the idea of posting your team members, if possible.
