2361  Economy / Gambling / Re: How To Access Sportsbet.io or any kind of gambling without VPN on: February 28, 2022, 02:14:02 PM
Doesn't matter if you are using a VPN or not or some other loopholes to find a way around the restriction. If the casino has KYC policy, sooner or later they will ask you to verify your account. In that case, VPNs won't help you and you will lose access to your account, profits and/or your deposits. So yeah, an extra risk that you will be taking when doing things like this. Is it worth taking those risk?
The casino must have a policy regarding KYC if it is needed because the user violates or the account is suspicious, then KYC will definitely be implemented, this has become a system that has been tracked by their side if they find something odd.
Mak VPN is used only as necessary if the casino allows VP then it doesn't matter if it doesn't allow it then avoid it because something big risk will definitely happen to your account if the ban is ignored.

I am against the decision of looking for loopholes in order to gamble. it is as easy- if your country bans/prohibits a certain gambling website, then look for an alternative instead of looking for loopholes. In the event that you get caught, then you would have to suffer the consequences of losing your gambling proceeds. It is like you are always walking on fire and putting your proceeds at risks every time you gamble on a prohibited foundation and setting.
2362  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is now a good time to be investing in Bitcoin? on: February 28, 2022, 12:54:41 PM
Hi everyone I was wondering if the overall Russian-Ukraine situation in Bitcoin is now pretty low, will it soar if the whole war is resolved again? What is your opinion? Thank you.

It depends upon your goal but if you are planning on HODLing for long-term, it is generally a good time to invest into cryptocurrencies.

Prices of BTCs nowadays are fluctuating even before the Russia-Ukraine war. It has been steady at around $38-40,000 for about 1-2 months now but there are times were it jumps. If you plan on HODLing for long-term, then it is a good time to invest and purchase BTCs, if possible. But, if you plan on going short-term, then you have to prepare a definite plan on when to cash-out to at least maximize your profit in the end.
2363  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Another KYC requirements ng coins.ph? on: February 27, 2022, 10:36:03 PM

Like what I experienced last month, sobrang higpit ng coins.ph dahil sa kanilang 'enhanced KYC' feature where yung account limit and verification ko was put into hold. When I inquired na ma-lift yung restriction, I had to provide extra KYC documents (i.e. ITR, tax declaration, BTCTALK forum account details, GCASH transactions, etc.) just to prove na legitimate yung sources of my funds and kung saan nanggagaling yung proceeds of my BTCs.

What bothered me is yung time para ma-approve lahat ng ito. Siguro it roughly took me ~2-3 weeks before natapos yung buong process.
2364  Local / Pilipinas / Re: RUSSIA vs UKRAINE - EPEKTO SA PILIPINAS on: February 27, 2022, 10:27:17 PM

With regards to stocks, hold lang ako for my long term goal and since I do invest on both market, I still prefer stocks for my long term and crypto for trading and holding as well. You can have both, just have a good budgeting strategy.

I think nakikita na natin ang epekto ng gera between Ukraine and Russia lalo na't kung titignan natin yung prices ng gas ngayon. Grabe, from P50-P80 per liter ng gasolina ngayon. This makes me appreciate and think of buying a bicycle kasi sobrang mahal na talaga ang gas to the point na mas pipillin mo na lang din mag commute kesa mag dala ng sariling kotse.

2365  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: February 27, 2022, 10:14:45 PM
Looks like the details in the Harden drama are beginning to emerge.  Sounds a lot like Harden didn't fit in with Kyrie and Durant, specifically Kyrie.  I guess this is what happens when you try to build a team based on talent instead of chemistry.

https://www.newspostalk.com/kyrie-irving-seemingly-throws-shade-at-james-harden-while-talking-of-the-new-look-nets-when-youre-playing-with-guys-that-are-coming-off-the-ball-being-very-selfless-it-just-makes-my-job-a-lot-e/

James Harden is a player that can definitely improve the efficiency of a team along with his superb passing skills and court-vision. During his time with Houston, he has proven countless of times where he can always dish a tandem of 1-2 along with his center Capella. He somehow reminds me of this era where there was a PG+CENTER duo (i.e. stockton + malone, kobe + shaq, etc.).

Now that Harden has an center that is arguably the best one in the league right now, it is nothing but obvious that he will fit Philly's team chemistry and composition which will make them a contender for this year's playoffs.
2366  Economy / Gambling / Re: Best Online Casino Bonus for Crypto Players at Casitsu Online Casino on: February 27, 2022, 09:57:04 PM
This casino is not newly created, I came to know various information that their activities have been going on for almost a year now. However, after visiting the casino, I saw that it is very slow which does not seem to get a good response from the players, so it would be a good idea to pay more attention to the development of the website than the bonus. And you don't have any detailed information in this ann thread about this casino which will fail to attract the players. So after purchasing copper membership, create an informative ann thread.
You're right, it didn't go very well. Not according to what the OP said, even the reputation of the casino is very minimal to be more trustworthy. I'm not sure this casino can develop smoothly. There are many things that Op needs to work on if he really wants to take his casino more seriously. Either way, it will show seriousness.

Too bad if this casino has a somehow complicated reputation- I really like the cartoonish purple design of the overall gambling website. It is something that is pleasing to the eye and the animations are somehow liquid and fluid throughout my observation.

Though what I noticed is a lack of any chat boxes where I can see people socializing and communicating to each other. In that way, you would see on how lively the website is along with all the people that visit it.

If OP wants to increase further its reputation, I suggest that he may try to advertise it through the use of campaign signatures in the forum.
2367  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Basically do something to improve this forum on: February 27, 2022, 09:45:22 PM
The most popular platforms we have seen so far are Bitcoin and Etherium. The price and popularity of these two coins is much higher all over the world. Considering this, our forum is very good but we are lagging behind in many ways. That is why I would like to say that those who are in a very good position like Legendary Member, Hero Member, I am seeking your cooperation. So what to do to improve this forum.
Which issues need to be emphasized the most? Please share everyone's opinion. Then maybe there will be some encouragement among all the other users on how to survive in this forum and move forward.

Personally, I think the forum looks fine- an old-school designed forum with old-school features. Though I also want some improvements on its user-interface (i.e. easier methods to apply pictures and/or GIFS; simpler codes or shortcuts, etc.) I think making this kind of feature will not hurt in any way.

This is indeed, the biggest cryptocurrency forum around the world, so you are definitely right that this forum is lagging behind implementing some new features and improvements. Let's take reddit for example- over the years there had been vast improvements in terms of its UI. But one thing that I consider essential is having an online application in the phone.
2368  Economy / Economics / Re: China says it will trade normally with Russia on: February 27, 2022, 05:54:15 PM
China makes more money by exporting goods all around the world so they never going to announce sanctions to any countries because it is going to affect their economic growth. And China is doing this for very long time with the neighbouring countries so they can't really speak out this is immoral.

I definitely agree with your statement.

With China being the number one country for exporting not only products but also manpower, I doubt that countries would impose sanctions as they also benefit from this country. With manpower and labor relatively cheap for doing business, countries around the world rely on China in assembling their products or doing labor for the production of their goods.

China has all the power to at least trade normally with Russia as they are confident enough to understand that other countries need them also.
2369  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Binance donates $10 million to support Ukraine on: February 27, 2022, 05:40:55 PM
I hope  that bitcoin will get good.PR from this conflict e.g. crypto being used to help Ukraine, refugees etc.; and not bad PR, like Russian oligarchs using it to avoid sanctions and fuel war.

This will definitely affect the PR of cryptocurrencies in general. Given that BTC can be easily transacted under the blockchain, this would not only help boost the reputation of BTC but this will also support Ukraine in providing for relief and funds for the displacement of their citizens.

In this war, Russia successfully proved many things: they proved that despite their military expertise, they can be outclassed by Ukraine and NATO forces; that majority countries in the world condemned the aggression of Russia and on how people are united against them, etc.

2370  Economy / Gambling / Re: Top 5 Slots Games to Play in 2022 on: February 27, 2022, 05:30:54 PM
can anyone recommend to me how much is the capital or starting money is good for slot games?
Are you serious about wanting to know the capital in the King Kong Cash slot game, I thought you knew the King Kong Cash slot and had played there, in fact I was wrong.

You simply see below the capital in need.

If you want to try, maybe you can do that, what is clear is that every game has loss and luck.

I had the privilege of visiting a physical casino recently and it seems that most people avoid using such. Generally, most of the gamblers I have witnessed focused more on card games. Rarely do I see people gambling on slots.

The question is- why do people avoid gambling into slots? Though I do understand that the jackpot is indeed high, is the risk of losing money too high that it outweighs its winnings compared to gambling on card games?
2371  Economy / Gambling / Re: Vulnerabilities in gambling websites in past on: February 27, 2022, 10:06:46 AM
Well said mate there have been a lot of vulnerabilities in so many gambling sites in the past and a good number of them could not survive the attacks and are forced to close down or pack up, both to aid further discussion on the subject of vulnerability we need to narrow it down to a particularly vulnerable aspect, e.g hack, scam and exit game this all mean different things but link to one thing which is a vulnerability in gambling.
The problem with hacks is that it's evolving together with the improvement of the security because some hackers aren't malicious, they just want to improve the security because there's going to be a fault in there eventually and thus they end up trying to improve it in advance so it's a never ending chase with hacks unlike scams that can easily be solved if people just think twice.

This is one of those problems that everything that exists in the internet faces- hacking through the cyberweb.

Imagine, Mt. Gox, the largest exchange which handled 70% of all the BTC transactions, were hacked and majority of the BTCs stored were stolen by scammers. Since the nature of cryptocurrency transactions can only be traced through wallet addresses (though this can easily be remedied by using mixers), those hackers were able to run with a hefty amounts of BTC in their pocket.

Similar to gambling websites, they should at least have a contingency when faced with this problem. Some banking institutions have insurance to their current members though I doubt that gambling websites would offer this kind of privilege to its members (but it's more than welcome!).
2372  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [CHESS] World Championship 2021: Carlsen Vs. Nepomniachtchi on: February 27, 2022, 09:15:27 AM
So Magnus was able to win the entire Airthings Master Finals 2022 when he managed to beat Ian Nepomnaitchi in the final day of the match.

Surprisingly, Magnus won two (2) games both as white and black. On the first game, Ian terribly blundered/sacrificed his horse which costed him the match. On the second game, however, Magnus was able to produce winning ideas in which Ian failed to spot. A lot of people are saying that Magnus was not in shape in this tournament, but the fact that he won shows his continued dominance throughout.
2373  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Beware of Emotional Scam on: February 26, 2022, 08:19:18 PM
It is very unfortunate that you were scammed in order to learn your lesson. But anyway, a lesson is a lesson no matter how costly it might be. Since you now have the experience of dealing with scammers who take advantage of such emotion, you now have the responsibility of at least letting others know on how such scam operates in this field.

Again, like other similar scams, any person, who is a stranger, that asks for a hefty sum of money for 'investment purposes' should always raise a red flag about their authenticity. If they keep on asking for more money without even providing any actual results or data, this should trigger and alert you that one might be actually a scam on your end.
2374  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Ukraine is now accepting cryptocurrency donations. Bitcoin, Ethereum and USDT on: February 26, 2022, 08:15:16 PM
The address is the same https://www.open.online/2022/02/26/ucraina-richieste-donazioni-bitcoin/
as reported by this Italian online newspaper.
It actually looked like a scam (like so many already seen) but it seems that its origin is real and more third party confirmation have been received.

BTW This is an impressive news, a sign of our times. an example of superiority of BTC versus FIAT.

Things like these are the perfect avenue for scammers to take advantage of an unfortunate scenario. Unfortunately, there are scammers who spread and create fake addresses on the internet posing as donations for Ukraine, but in reality, are scams.

Before people should decide to invest, proper research and responsibility must remain. Be vigilant and remain suspicious until all other sources confirm that such addresses posted are the genuine ones that are created by the government of Ukraine itself.

2375  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [CHESS] World Championship 2021: Carlsen Vs. Nepomniachtchi on: February 26, 2022, 11:04:24 AM
The game between Magnus and Nepo in Airthings Masters Finals 2022 was just a privilege to watch!

We get to see an action between the former candidates challenger Nepo and Magnus battling each other in rapid format. Though 4 games ended in a draw, there were missing chances on both players on all of those games. As you can see, Nepo clearly wants to play chess and avoid any classical variations as he is exploring different opening repertoire to his disposal.
2376  Economy / Economics / Re: Who gain's from War ? on: February 25, 2022, 07:01:32 PM
I'm right here, Argument with my mate about the current invasion by Russia in Ukraine.
He just told me countries make money from war, could it be the journalist alone ? Government who please, I'm juvenile at this.

No one. In a state of war, all countries that are involved suffer as it would deplete all the resources of such that would also create a turmoil and disrupt the world economy.

In a state of war, countries would have to invest into military infrastructure, manpower, and weapons. All of the resources that are supposed to be allotted to projects would be turned converted to military resources in order to at least save the country. The war between Russia and Ukraine would definitely suffer the global market as it would be a domino effect in a full-scale invasion.
2377  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Banning Bitcoin is Like Banning the Internet, Says Russia’s Finance Minister on: February 25, 2022, 06:13:21 PM
I doubt that by prohibiting BTC, it will stop the dominance that it effects produced on the market nowadays.

With a currency that can be transacted without the need of any third-party consensus, it is obvious but to see that cryptocurrencies will soon dominate the era of conventional and traditional currencies. People would soon migrate to this kind of transaction where everything is reflected in a public ledger in which no one can even alter or change.

I really do think that BTC is the future of payments whether countries prohibit or ban it or not. Regardless of what countries see it, slowly, its legalization and utilization is felt throughout the world.

Pero to be honest, this could actually make or break cryptocurrencies sa ating bansa, but then again, this implies regulation and control to the government.

I just hope lang na madami pang mga tao ang malaman tungkol sa mga cryptocurrencies kasi baka nga ito ang next generation of payments in the very near future.
2379  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it just me or people are out of liquidity ( money ) ? on: February 21, 2022, 04:43:18 PM
Is it just me or people are out of liquidity ( money ) ?

From what i see : market , malls etc no people,or if they buy something...they buy basic stuff... in my area ...slow biz ...same in your country ?

This question is purely subjective on the fact that it depends on one's country.

Personally here in my country, money is very liquid. Businesses are thriving and prices (inflation) is growing from time-to-time. Gasoline prices are all spiked up and prices of general goods have been steadily increasing in the past few months. Though this may be the case, the government has implemented various financial projects to at least address this issue.

OP, if you are living in a country where there are financial challenges due to various concerns/reasons, then I would understand your scenario as majority of the funds are being allotted somewhere else.
2380  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: scammers with their everyday strategies on: February 21, 2022, 04:32:46 PM
I was going  through my Facebook when a message pop up on my messenger  then when I go through the message, it's was all about a platform where I can grow my ETH , and invest as well ,  so I followed up  pretending as if I was interested on the so call platform, so I can detect the pattern of  which he want to use in  scamming.
Anything that involves money offered from an unknown person is somewhat alarming. Even it was from the legit site, it can't be possible to have that kind, OP. I think we should need to be more vigilant about what pop-ups on our phone, PC/laptop. We should have to read it carefully and think even twice before giving a reply or ignoring it.
We can't get scammed if we don't. Even we don't have to pretend that we know their plan, that was clear enough what is their intention.

I highly agree with you. If there is an unknown person who contacted with you stating that they are an investing firm and required you to invest a minimum amount of money, then it is highly likely that such is a scam. No matter how pleasing the rates they may offer, you could never really trust anyone on the internet until you have verified all their documents supporting their project/investments.

OP, good thing you were able to avoid this kind of scam on Facebook. Normally, lots of newbies tend to be persuaded by scammers who offer significantly high rates in hopes of attracting them.
