701  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the largest meme coin ever? on: July 23, 2023, 07:51:42 AM
Well I would have to say Dogecoin because it has biggest Marketcap of $10 Billion. And then Shibu Inu and it has a $4.6 Billion Marketcap.

Dogecoin was the icon of Twitter too. So I think it makes it the largest meme coin ever just for that reason and for the popularity.
702  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: XRP - yes or no? on: July 23, 2023, 07:37:39 AM
Some very 'bullish' news for Ripple. It has submitted a application to get registered as a crypto firm in the UK and as a VASP in Ireland.

The company is still riding off the sec victory. And currently is hiring people for the UK and other European operations.

703  Economy / Economics / Re: Elon Musk and the fall of Twitter on: July 23, 2023, 07:15:52 AM
Well Elon Musk has again tweeted about new name for Twitter, called X. He did say it is part to make his Super App and he did talk about this before.

He is just waiting for a good enough X logo. And then he will change it from the bird to the X logo.

704  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Shiba inu on: July 22, 2023, 07:18:15 AM

They will be working together at the Blockchain Futurist event in August. https://u.today/shiba-inu-shib-coming-to-canada-with-major-partnership
705  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Sam Bankman-Fraud connections to Epstein ? on: July 22, 2023, 07:06:37 AM
Well maybe SBF is not but his brother did do something like Epstein. Court documents revealed his bother Gabriel planned to purchase the island nation of Nauru.

To be ready for the apocalypse. https://www.theguardian.com/business/2023/jul/21/sam-bankman-fried-nauru-bunker-ftx
706  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is it advisable to invest on Solana? on: July 20, 2023, 10:16:14 AM
Well if you think Web3 games are going to be big, than I think it is still good to invest in Solana. It has launched Gameshift to make it easier for Web3 game development.

707  Economy / Speculation / Re: The ideal price of bitcoin is $557,714.00 on: July 20, 2023, 08:54:18 AM
Well I can only imagine a time in the world where price of Bitcoin is $557,714.00 per coin. I am just hoping we see a price of the all time high of 69k per coin. And then I can think about such bigger numbers like this one.

But for me the ideal price of Bitcoin is 100k. I think it is because this is a number amount we talk about very much, it has been discussed as a realistic number for Bitcoin for long time now.

There is many people that thought it is what the price would be by now. I am sure we will see this price, we just do not know when we will.
708  Other / Off-topic / Re: Want more BTC? Why not just stop drinking booze! on: July 20, 2023, 08:40:06 AM
The drink I do enjoy the most is a bourbon amaretto sour, but only for a special occasion. I have chose to live a more healthy lifestyle so I do not drink or smoke or do other harmful things to my body. For a party I will have a glass of wine for being social.

But that is good for you that you quit alcohol. We all make choices like this to better ourself. And you did it for Bitcoin which does make it more special.
709  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: XLM - yes or no? on: July 20, 2023, 08:32:17 AM
Well XLM is seeing huge gains of 23% in just last 24 hours. And it is up 75% in just the past 1 week which is more then Ripple gains for the week.
Some investors think this is having to do with Ripple news and the sec. And it will follow XRP with big gains.

710  Economy / Speculation / Re: $30000 is becoming the resistant price on: July 19, 2023, 11:18:22 AM
Yes you are right it does seem this way now for $30k is the lowest price we will see Bitcoin. But sometimes I check the price and it will be $29,700 for small time but does then goes back up to $30k.
But we know this can just change at any time for any reason. I do not think we are going to see a 'bull run' that soon. But I do think we can stay at price point of $30k and 30-30k is going to be a big test for future resistance.
711  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A idea from my home boy on: July 19, 2023, 11:03:10 AM
Ok, good day fellas, someone brought up an idea for storing his Electrum recovery seed to my notice and I feel it's not entirely still safe and I will like to share here for some feedbacks before I tell him my final answer about the idea.

If you get your recovery seed from any wallet, either those with 12 seed words or 24, and you decide to write down 10 out of 12 or 20 out of 24 and keep the other two words separately somewhere else, how stupid or cool is this? He claimed he will keep the two words in a safe location different from the other words and also store the two words off head.

Give your answers please, stupid? Cool? Not great? No need?

Well, I do not think this is a stupid idea. If he thinks it will give him sense of more security, than we are not the ones to judge for making him feel more safer. It is his Bitcoins so he can do what he feels.

I did do something like this in the past for my recovery seed. But the last word is so easy for me to remember so I did not write it down. Just so if someone some way stole my seed they would not know the last word. But I am still thinking this is not needed.
712  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: XRP - yes or no? on: July 19, 2023, 10:40:33 AM
Well more big news for Ripple now. It has invested in a Metaverse technology platform called Futureverse. Futureverse has raised already $54 Million in Series A funding.
https://www.futureverse.com/
Other big investors are FIFA and Mastercard. https://coinjournal.net/news/ripple-invests-in-54m-round-for-ai-metaverse-firm-futureverse/
713  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Im coutious about xrp warning on: July 18, 2023, 09:11:36 AM
Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse says it is a big victory for his company, who took a big position for crypto last week. He says Ripple won against a bully that is the sec.
And a big victory for the whole community especially the coins sec still calls security.  https://zycrypto.com/xrp-verdict-ripples-garlinghouse-on-taking-down-the-bully-amid-wake-up-call-for-congress-to-regulate/
714  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Celsius won $4.2B worth of customers funds on: July 18, 2023, 08:39:32 AM
Well there is some more good news for investors who are still owed money from Celsius. They have agreed to take $25 Million from GK8 and give $24 Million for legal expenses, and $1 Million to be given to the group.

But still some people do not think the $24 Million will cover total legal expenses. And the $1 Million is unfair. https://www.coindesk.com/business/2023/07/18/celsius-estate-settles-with-series-b-holders-over-proceeds-of-gk8-sale
715  Economy / Speculation / Re: Be patient and you will be there soon. on: July 18, 2023, 08:16:41 AM
Well yes it is important to be patient. It is like this for all investing, and Bitcoin investing is not any different. We can not listen to the fomo and fud and if we do we take the risk of missing out on large profits. It is better to just hodl and wait for the next 'bull run'.
But we do not know when this will be. I wish I could say we are in the beginning of a 'bull run' because I predicted by now that we would see it. But to be honest I think this is not even the start of our next run.
There is lots of sideways movement which does not define a 'bull market'.  Up to 31,000 then again back down to 29,500 we have been seeing. When our next 'bull run' is set to start we can only hope its soon.
716  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Binance: $BNB The Future of Exchanges. on: July 18, 2023, 08:11:34 AM
Well I do think it took them longer then a lot of people wanted to. But now Binance exchange has now finalized Lightning Network, customers can deposit and withdraw using it for less fees.

717  Economy / Economics / Re: Elon Musk and the fall of Twitter on: July 18, 2023, 07:42:28 AM
US Senator Elizabeth Warren now is going after Elon Musk. It is for the relationship with Twitter and his company Tesla.

She is telling sec to look for a conflict of interest with these 2 companies he owns. https://www.warren.senate.gov/imo/media/doc/Letter%20to%20SEC%20asking%20for%20investigation%20into%20Tesla%20-%20FINAL1.pdf

718  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: XRP - yes or no? on: July 18, 2023, 07:28:50 AM
Well now again xrp is #4 on coinmarketcap ahead of BNB at #5. It is not by much just over $1 Billion. But there is lot of liquid in just the last 24 hours.
The sec chairman is now being vocal with the decision. He is saying he is up set with the recent ruling which made xrp see big gains last week.

719  Other / Off-topic / Re: Im new here on: July 18, 2023, 07:16:08 AM
Well I did never hear about such a way to recover your coins. This is a horrible story for you, but at least there was a happy ending for you.

It is good thing your ex boyfriend was a hacker like that. I am still wondering what made this bad person give you the coins back.
720  Economy / Economics / Re: Would you prefer to own a luxury watch or invest in bitcoin or other assets? on: July 16, 2023, 10:03:45 AM
I would much rather have investments then a luxurious watch. Because I know that in the long run, my investments will have to pay me more, and later I can get a watch. Now while having luxurious watch is cool, impressive, and a sign of social status it is only limited to that because you only have it sitting around your wrist.
Whereas a investment you are surely going to see some financial returns in the long run. The other great thing about having investments is that you are not limited to one stock or asset.
Take for example someone who has recently purchased a expensive watch and someone who invested in Bitcoin. Over the course of time, the person who bought the watch will be able to see and tell what time it is.
But the other person who took their money and put it in Bitcoin is now rich while counting the investment from their return.
