801  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Is it possible that cryptocurrency will be totally accepted by government? on: September 01, 2017, 10:35:25 AM
I don't think they're going to have a choice. Lips sealed
There will always be a choice to make no matter the situation that ensued. Government with accept bitcoin eventually but total acceptance is not something I see happening and if it does, its going to come after 100years when government initially accepts bitcoin in the first place and the reason is not far fetched because that would mean a completer overhauling of the existing financial system.
802  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Is violence really the key to a drug-free country? on: September 01, 2017, 06:07:51 AM
Sometimes extreme situations demand extreme measures but going beyond that there should also be some element of diplomacy and rigorous explanation of such campaign  will go a long way in clearing the mind of people by those who wants to frustrate such effort which is what is being witnessed in the Philippines hopefully it will be sorted out in due time.
803  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: RIGX Solar Powered Underground Data Center and Cloud Mining Platform on: September 01, 2017, 04:04:28 AM
Hello guys,

I'm planning to build a solar powered underground data center and cloud mining platform in the Philippines.
This will be the biggest and most powerful mining facility for cryptocurrencies.

Please like and share the Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/rigxtech

We aim to raise $250M for the project.
This will serve enough to buy at least 2 - 8 hectares of land in the Philippines, construction, hardware, security, token, software, wallet, and website development.

We have existing land to start an office and small mining facilities to kickstart the project.

We'll start a campaign soon. There will be a total of 250M Tokens to be sold.
Hardcore marketing will be implemented as well.

For the token holders, they just need to stake their amount of tokens to get revenue shares of the data center.

Stay tuned for more updates!

What a nice service you have there but this is on the wrong section of the forum but you should move it to the service announcement or the service discussion section of the forum where it will be discussed then you have your chnace to also defend beyond reasonable doubt.
804  Economy / Services / Re: [FULL]WeiMixer.com Ethereum Mixer | Signature Campaign | $3/post | Jr. and Above on: August 31, 2017, 06:08:50 PM

LOL, look who is talking. ReLieD is spamming this thread like a mad; this shameless guy is trying to teach others. If he replied someone's query then it is fine but if other users replied then look at his above reply, hypocrisy at its best. OP should take some action as there are so many users who are waiting to join this campaign. If ReLieD really wants to help the people then he should remove the signature and then also he can solve the queries. This is unfair with the other users, OP should kicked out this user and give his place to deserved one.
Firstly go understand what this forum is about.
Next , I don't want a 'Newbie' to make me understand about this Campaign and it's rules.
And you are noone to judge wheather i am deserving or not. If the  OP will have any problem then he will pm me or he will update the rules.

But @relied you really need to tone it down and stop making this thread about you but about the campaign. You are not the only one in the campaign because there are several others but every query you answer even though someone have answered which then limit you from doing the job effectively. Even though OP didn't state particular rule for the campaign, you are a Senior Member in which by default some rules need not be stated clearly and you need to work on it. Others that are complaining are not the only one seeing it. Also, don't let us take the "no rule" for granted. My advise
805  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: the best website to promote a bitcoin website? on: August 31, 2017, 12:49:50 PM
Update, my ads are now running

Its good you take the suggestions that are being given but what I would add is that you should persevere more because of the results you expected might not be coming at the moment but with time everyone will get to know and you reap the benefit of your investment but for now, don't give room for discouragement.
806  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Announcing bitdoubler.io on: August 31, 2017, 09:30:31 AM
We are announcing BitDoubler: https://www.bitdoubler.io/

BitDoubler is an open source web site for double spending bitcoins. There are a bunch of similar sites out there already. But ours is different in that, first of all, it's open source, and second we charge a fee of only 0.0001 btc (about 40 cents) per double spend. Some of the other sites charge as much as 10% of your total transaction amount!

Lots of information is on the web site FAQ, so we won't unnecessarily repeat it here.

Please let us know if you have any feedback.

The only feedback I have fortoh is that the site smells scam because there is nothing like bitcoin doubler the only one I know is when you engage in gambling activities and in that, you know what you are putting your money into even before you start. But this is not anywhere practicable and I wish those who wants to get double try it out and lose the little you have.
807  Economy / Services / Re: BarterDEX Signature Campaign | Help us spread the word on: August 30, 2017, 10:05:48 PM
This is one of the most "interesting" campaign I have ever seen. Even if the amount you offering is that amount put together, do it the right way and not a way to encourage spamming where participants will engage in a form of rat race to outdo each other on the basis of posts and not quality. This is somethind that should be discouraged
808  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: best thing to do for the current situation ? on: August 30, 2017, 08:50:23 PM
What is the best thing to do with the current situation of bitcoin? By current situation, I mean the price of transactions getting high, the upcoming fork, miners switching to Bitcoin Cash ... etc. How should I overcome this situation? or should I simply switch to other Cryptos?

Bothering yourself over the future won't change any  thing especially one which you cannot even influenced no matter how you wish to and that is the situation we are now. I have learned that, we will always be faced with situations after situations but what is key is do we allow this events influence our  decision or not. For me, I live my life and do my things when it suits me and not because of the current challenges so do same and you realize you will have peace.
809  Economy / Economics / Re: Government & Bitcoin on: August 30, 2017, 07:42:25 PM
Governments and Bitcoin to me are at variance with each other because Bitcoin is a decentralized currency without the direct control of a government or a central body and so it doesn't have any correlation with any central body or government.

In my opinion I don't want to have any relation on government and bitcoin, because if it is happen they have a possibility to take the government the leadership on bitcoin. Also they had a chance that bitcoin was use in corruption.

Of course through Bitcoin governments/head of states can enhance corruption by moving state resources overseas and stocking them up in their private banks and so it's right for governments not to have any direct control of Bitcoin.

Bitcoin is decentralized no matter what so if any government have an intention to penetrate it to at least regulate a piece of it and I think it is impossible because the main essence of bitcoin is decentralization.

We all know that bitcoin as this day still no tax in terms of paying different kinds of transactions in the internet because it is virtual and governments in the whole world need to make a system to analyze every single transactions that is happening then that is not impossible but it takes a lot of work so good luck to them.
Thanks for ensuring me that government have no power to regulate bitcoins. I read few post about tracking down bitcoin transactions so was bit worried.
Indeed the main characteristics that made bitcoins famous within few days were their decentralized nature. People badly want freedom and bitcoin is providing them it.

Government have the power to regulate anything they want to and they can equally do that without any form of apology to anyone all they will need is to issue some form of policies and assume its part of their discretionary power to use as expounded in the law that set up the relevant agencies pursuing that course of action and they dont even need to go after individuals but exchange sites that makes it possible.
810  Economy / Economics / Re: Philippine Central Bank approves licenses for 2 cryptocurrency exchanges? on: August 30, 2017, 07:08:49 PM
I have read from ETH News that the Central Bank approves licenses for two cryptocurrency exchanges. Do you think it is true? They said the implementing rules are still to come out. Is it really true?

How will it affect the Philippine banking system?

News like this should always come with link in other to properly analyse and even verify the source of the information whether its true or not. Or else, its going to be just an hearsay which does not hold water and cannot be relied on. If it shoulder happen, its good news but with choking regulations that might not be the right thing for the crypto world now.
811  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin as Ransom on: August 30, 2017, 06:50:26 PM
What if you had, let's say....5000 Bitcoins in your custody and suddenly someone demanded it as a ransom in exchange for someone very important to you, would you make the exchange?
Asking for ransom in bitcoin is not something new as in the case of ransom ware and its because they have the premonition that they cannot be tracked down by law enforcement agencies. For me, if I have that amount of btc although I don't think that its possible but I have that to save someone dear to me, I would do it without thinking twice because the moment the life is gone nothing else can be done.
812  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Can we stop calling all coins pump and dump? on: August 29, 2017, 10:17:52 PM
Lets just stick to the terms rising and correcting. Getting so sick of every time a coin is in the red everyone's yelling dump and vise versa. A pump and dump should be a instant rise and the fall back to even or less then it was in a span of like 10 minutes. Just because a coin has 3x in the last 2 weeks and is now down 20% from the high doesn't mean its a pump and dump. Fucking newbs i tell ya. Corrections are a healthy thing. Crying dump every time a coins red just makes you look like a giant knob IMO

What you have suggested is good but its just a change of name without any change in the way we others view it and this happen the moment you see either price rising or crashing without understand the basis for that. So, we look for Answers ourselves and gave it that name that is appropriate at the time.
813  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is another storm coming? on: August 29, 2017, 08:13:47 PM
Hello guys, been relatively new to the game.

Recently been watching price fairly closely. While BTC is able to trade above $4K, most of other coins are showing signs of weaknesses in the past 1 / 2 weeks.

My thoughts:

  • Is the current BTC strength sustained by investors calling back investment from altcoins into BTC - which could soon be turned into fiat - hence leading to a potential big correction in BTC?
  • Although BTC was able to recover from the quick dip below $4K three days ago - the support might have come from existing orders to buy BTC below $4K. Strength might disappear at the next coming dip as this earlier dip has wiped out enough bullish around high $3K areas.
  • After all, BTC has risen a lot in a very short period of time - looks like any pullback is needed to show it is actually a healthy investment instead of a mega-bubble.

Please share your thoughts!  Grin

Happy trading!
What is being witnessed now is not out of the ordinary as it has been predicted several times because of the last few weeks that stagnancy was witnessed, the next thing to expect is a surge in price couple with no effect felt concerning the SegWit activation. For the correction, not every time that happens although its a possibility but at this time there is a basis to rely upon and several interest in bitcoin are increasing on a daily basis.
814  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC Pumping 5000$ ? on: August 29, 2017, 05:04:17 PM
Hello all !
I'm new trade alt. I have a question here and I need your help.
BTC prices are rising strongly, we can invest at this time with co-BTC ? or you can tell me what altcoin should invest ?
Thanks All Trader  Cry

If you are really new to bitcoin, I don't think this is the first thing you need to be concerned about because a lot of learning needs to be done to understand how the market works, if you just jump in as I see you are doing, then you might be one of the people that will return to blame the money bags or cabals for your losses so the best now is to understand how the market works.
815  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Is the BTC-e shut down legal? on: August 29, 2017, 04:14:33 PM
Government institutions can do anything via the power and laws that set them up the only thing that serves as a form of restriction to their power is to get a warrant which is mostly the cheapest thing to obtain when it comes to crack down of any organisation or individual as most of the time they have the judge to grant their request at their call in that even if they need it in the middle of the night, they will always get it.
816  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Is religion necessary for humans? on: August 29, 2017, 02:29:47 PM
Everybody have the right to believe in whatever they chose to believe but what I am always concerned about is the atheist who does not believe in anything trying to make other see the light from their own point of view believing they are not blind, calling other people foolish beliving they are the most intelligent ones, also putting everything to logical test and still believing that every other person practicing religion does not have the ability to think and equally lack common sense at that.
817  Other / Politics & Society / Re: KIDNAPPING is LEGAL as long as you dont harm them ?? on: August 29, 2017, 11:12:02 AM
WTF i just heard the news with a fcking SENATOR in the philippines ..
SHE get the 3 witnesses ( MINOR ) with out the consent of the parents and  now shes saying that kidnapping is LEGAL as long as you didnt harm them WTF !!! she is ONE of THE MOST CORRUPT person!! GANDANG PHILHEALT Smiley
Then she does not know the real definition of kidnapping in some parts of the world. And for that reason I would free her comment because over here kidnapping is not the same to the extent that any convicted fellow for kidnapping, the punishment is death without remedy whether it done with the intention to hurt the victim or its a mild one. Kidnapping is kidnapping and its against the law to keep anyone against his or her will.
818  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Transgenders are not allowed to serve the military. on: August 29, 2017, 09:19:32 AM
I don't understand how rigorous the training of the military is but if their body can take it, I don't see reason they should be denied to serve their country aside the issue of health because as a result of the medical conversion of their bodies, it might caused them some things to sustain them then they should be disallowed. However, its not necessary that they face combat so they can be deployed to other administrative units of the military instead of shutting them out.
819  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Dividing your salary. on: August 29, 2017, 05:39:57 AM
I don't see any reason why anyone should even divide his salary on bitcoin investment where what  you need is the initial capital and with the right information and strategy, engaging in trading you are quick to double the amount and even make more than the entire salary itself depending on how much you earning though because it seems a lot of people who want more aside their day job engage in cryto-currency.
820  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How does everyone trade? on: August 29, 2017, 04:48:37 AM
If anyone is smart and you using a large platform the issues of fees as a result of transferring will be minimum and also when you sell and make profit, you care less about the fees. Imagine putting an amount in trade and you make 100% profit with the hour, then there is no point in being concerned about the fees and this issue of fees always discourage people from moving funds out of exchange sites but one should not be concerned with that better lose some than all.
