It actually depends on the country as everyone have right to claim they are persecuted even in Muslims countries some Sunnis will claim they are being persecuted by the shites or the way round. So persecution is always everywhere depending on the way one is seeing it. For me, I learned the hardway when it comes to keeping my coins I had always maintained everything on an online wallet until the day the site just went down without any notification that I was kept waiting for it to come online.
