821  Economy / Services / Re: [FULL]WeiMixer.com Ethereum Mixer | Signature Campaign | $3/post | Jr. and Above on: August 28, 2017, 09:46:34 PM
I am sure he would have thought about it and if he  hadn't something would have happen to ensure something is done around the issue of post counting someone who could build the bot and kept to his word, I think we should still trust him after all we all trusted him when others thought we were fools but he lived up to his expectation which I expect that be keeps up at.

Just confirming that first week's payment has been received.
Thanks WeiMixer

Will posts get reset to 0 or we should continue with posting as still bot has not been refreshed or may be it will get added to next week?? Can anyone please tell me what to do?
We can either wait for 2 hours for posts to refresh and see how the bot will treat new posts or the difference will be calculated to get total points...

Points are now being added to last week's total.
Exactly. So either the OP will check the last post count before payment and then add the further posts for the next payment.
Or he will update the bot soon. So I guess our posts will be counted which we post in this period
822  Economy / Economics / Re: When Bitcoin will be taxed, will it still be as in demand as it right now? on: August 28, 2017, 05:37:02 PM
Even when the transaction fees was the highest, a lot of people didn't mind the transaction fees and still carry out their transactions. It was even at this point that we witnessed quite an amount of growth in the price of bitcoin which means despite the high charges, a lot of entries was still been recorded and I don't see taxes been any different because but the issue there would be that there won't be any form of anonymous transaction again.
823  Economy / Economics / Re: A wise strategy for your bitcoin on: August 28, 2017, 05:59:00 AM
this is like trading in stock market focusing on single stock, this strategy is good but need timing and patience and controls emotion. it was a very good opportunity when you buy  750 usd  @2000/btc which is .375 then sell the half when the btc inflates @4000 usd/btc. this is what some stock traders do their trading strategy, but the best recommended strategy is you diversify your btc trading like btc-eth , btc-neo or btc-eos or other alts that has a good performance for the past couple of weeks.

Timing is a key feature in trading in short its the one important factor to be considered and its tldue to the volatility nature of the situation of things around. crypto and that is what made OP successful in his activities and tat could change with a twinkle of an eye and that profit would slump into loss.
824  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If you could ask 1 Question to Satoshi Nakamoto what would you ask? on: August 27, 2017, 09:07:08 PM
If I get to ask, I will ask him why didn't he do something that will put an end to all this confusion in bitcoin with several group of people coming with several versions of bitcoin and forks, spam attacks, activations, among all other for selfish purposes. When he do that, he has my support till forever.
825  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin & twitter on: August 27, 2017, 08:05:41 PM
Hi all,

I dont know if a similar discussion exist, bu I didn't find it.

My question is simple, what is/are your favorite twitter account ?

Everyday, new accounts are created and I have the bad reflex to follow all of them, because I'm affraid to miss information and quality isn't always present...

Is there any account that never disappointed you ?

Thanks.

Twitter has been a very good platform that I have seen to have propagated the gospel of crypto currency beyond measures but the problem is that the more your followers the more the tweets and the more the information overload you get to face in which if you want a particular information, you get to stress yourself more by going deep in clicking in other to get more information maybe they can do something to choose favorite follower to always have their tweets constant
826  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why you should focus more on saving bitcoins than selling your bitcoins on: August 27, 2017, 07:49:10 PM
Focusing alone on saving bitcoin will not turn out well in the long run if everybody should follow the same route and the market is not liquid. It then means that restricting bitcoin only to an asset forgetting the basic mechanism behind the increase in price is due to the forces of demand and supply without which price will be stagnant what is neccessay is to keep a portion as asset while other are released into the market in other not to distort the flow of events.
827  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Do you have a gun? on: August 27, 2017, 06:58:46 PM
Even though I wish to have one because of the issue of insecurity around this side of the world, I cannot have one beacuse individuals are not allowed to carry gun without some high level of scrutiny and procedures which makes it too expensive for a common man on the street like me who is faced with serious threat everyday right from the mere fact of living on this street, exposure to insecurity is even on the highest side of things.
828  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Elections, e-voting on: August 27, 2017, 05:50:05 PM
Elections in anywhere in the world cannot and will never be perfect whether via manual voting or through e-voting simply because of the fact that the moment humans are involved, its bound to have some issues and that is what we are going to continue to face. Election should not be about anonymity because that will even pose a further threat to the existing system because votes will come without knowing those who are voting. How do we hold the leaders responsible, how do we know the total number of people that voted among other questions.
829  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The SegWit activation was a joke? on: August 26, 2017, 12:03:26 PM
Hello guys, I really don't understand all the "excitement" about that SegWit thing. It already activated couple of days ago and still nothing - too many unconfirmed transactions, fees are very high, block sizes are still under 1 MB, and slow confirmations. Where is the promised lightning network? When (if at all) the current situation will change?

I am equally still waiting for the same time when we  begin to reap the benefit of all this SegWit activation and all the hypes that came with it. Maybe in the coming days we will be able to to start getting it.
830  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Poll: If god commanded you to murder homosexuals, would you? on: August 26, 2017, 08:14:07 AM
I don't know the god you serve, but mine will definitely not say something of such as what is preached is love and that is something I have learned to be part of. If I cannot cope with you livelihood, I move on to another person rather than staying for me to start harbouring hatred that would then lead to something else if care is not taken.
831  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Christians think they are the most persecuted religious group... lol on: August 26, 2017, 07:51:20 AM
It actually depends on the country as everyone have right to claim they are persecuted even in Muslims countries some Sunnis will claim they are being persecuted by the shites or the way round. So persecution is always everywhere depending on the way one is seeing it. In the US, they know what they are saying for them to agree on that position but either way what I believe is not taking laws into you own hands.
832  Other / Politics & Society / Re: who is the best president and leader this generation? on: August 26, 2017, 03:37:09 AM
I am not sure there will be an agreement on who the best president is because there is no way they will satisfy all parties of the country at the same time not because of anything but simply because they occupy the position that every of their actions will spark off reaction somewhere else and based on our different value judgement we tend to either support or against such leader. For me, I haven't seen any leader to merit that position.
833  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: High transaction fees ! on: August 25, 2017, 08:25:18 PM
Its a shame, to transfer $10 will cost me $5, this is not how bitcoin should be. very disappointed

If this is what is really going on as I have  not carry out any transaction of late then its unfortunate that after the whole news about August 1 or Segwit of the 23rd are all meant for selfish interest if it wont reduce or even abate the situation pre all this period and now we are back to the point where we started if not worse now.
834  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How can you see bitcoin in the future? on: August 25, 2017, 07:48:59 PM
With the way things are going, I am not sure to say that the future is secure for bitcoin but one sure things is that, if bitcoin magages to survive all these onslaughts against it from Miners and developers with several versions that we don't know still coming, then the future is conquered already without any iota of doubt.
835  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you keep your bitcoins? on: August 25, 2017, 07:34:38 PM
If I already have bitcoin I will not save it but I immediately sell it for the needs.

There is actually no crime in doing this as you equally helping the market grow by making it liquid.

For me, I learned the hardway when it comes to keeping my coins I had always maintained everything on an online wallet until the day the site just went down without any notification that I was kept waiting for it to come online. Those hours were the longest I could think off then immediately it came back, I moved to hardware wallet which I feel more comfortable with.
836  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Bitcoin Tax heaven. on: August 25, 2017, 07:09:54 PM
Anybody can move anywhere so far he is allowed entry and if you are from Europe, then I don't see any difficulty in movement its only people in either Middle East or Africa can have some difficulty if they  intend to move to Europe or America. But much more analysis should be done in terms of security and political tension of the environment and also be willing to contributed to the development of the community. With all this, you are sure to have good reception especially in places like Africa.
837  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BitCoin for Dummies? on: August 25, 2017, 05:31:13 PM
I think for a newbie you should try signature campaign instead, Its more profitable and much easier that trading, Mining bitcoin is so hard especially when your going to use your laptop, and your laptop might end up dead if you use it. You can only gain profit on mining if you have mining rig, and specially low electric bills.
Being a newbie is not a justification to not learn new things and even as a newbie, to join a signature campaign, would mean to have been active on the forum for not less than a month and at that you need to be be constructive in other to get a spot but for trading, you can just read about it on several threads on the forum and before long you could made decent income.
838  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin first true enemy! Not the goverment, banks or police. It's Antpool. on: August 25, 2017, 04:07:58 PM
Fees are going through the roof, block space is needed like water in desert and condoms in the red district.

And yet you have these PoS , doing this
https://blockchain.info/en/blocks/AntPool

Miners are going to play with bitcoin just like banks are destroying fiat.

The miners needs to be decentralised because it seems because they control large percentage of the activities that's why they are influencing everything but I feel they will still continue to maintain the dominance and there is no stopping on that anytime soon because individuals can no longer mine due to difficulty the other option is for another large corporation to take charge before its too late.
