Are you using 2 PSUs for 1 Rig? 1 server psu for GPUs and 1 standard PSU for Mobo's? If yes then there is timing issue. Do change your risers and use USB Power risers with big capacitor. For RX 480 use 16.9.2 and for 390 use 15.12. Thats it you will be fine  EDIT: There is no issue in your RAM neither in SSD, Windows10 and in Antivirus. Just do what i said above and keep your rig shutdown atleast for 1hour or so. Then you are good to go. That is also a good point.What are the differences between 16.9.2 and 15.12.x ? Do they have a manual? 15.12 has no series 400 support , other wise not really much different then 16.9.2 that supports all there cards but some older out dated stuff they no longer support and no one really uses for much . http://support.amd.com/en-us/downloadthe latest driver from amd is Crimson Edition 16.11.5 Hotfix. i use it with out issue my suggestion is try after burner only to see whats on and off and turn off sync setting between cards once it loaded then hit reset for each card it may take time but it might give you a better idea of whats going on .. and don't use extend over clocking limits, if your mixing cards. |

Need a Master control unit aka MCU that the PI plugs into for my Avalon 6, No cables are needed i have two sets, i bricked the MCU I have,I tried to get some help from Avalon , they want 80 bucks shipped for a used one . all I'm willing to pay is 30 bucks Shipped for a used one if it's new which I'm sure it won't be 45 shipped.I don't need the Avalon 6, if i can't get the unit, I may sell if off as parts it does hash or did Till i update the MCU with the Wrong MM update.I would rather have the Avalon 6 working for my use .

What you're not taking in account, as unfortunately so many newbies, is that you'll earn less and less each day, so any calculation over one week is very hard  . not always true, if(and i can assure you that it will, like zcash has come, when there was only etheruem that was delivering profit) something else like zcash will come then the profit will be again the same or higher before zcash there was libry actually... They all ways seem to forget that or try to say your wrong for whatever reason . !!! who knows hate maybe.. |

With Zcash and asic you would need to have a lot of ram and buses communicating with that ram, so asic would be hard to design and build, no near as BTC and LTC, and speed would not be so drastic better then GPU can do

look at this way i know what the paper says but any good programmer can hack any thing and do what they want if the money is there.
IF it becomes that profitable it won't mater the big guys will convert it to fpga/asic and Abuse the hell out of it like they do BTC and LTC aka altcooins mining with fpga/asic miners, so it gonna happens either way if it becomes worth it to them. so it's doom to happen, if so.

Luckily I have willing neighbors who allow me to ship to them, pays to be military! i have two neighbors i can trust who don't care I'll even give them a few bucks for doing if they would take it, but they won't take it . and agree rebates shouldn't be limited one per house hold or one per person the company is not losing anything. they offer it . or don't offer it . |

Last version of miner raised temperature to ETH level for 290 cards. Perhaps if new version will increase speed then temperature may become critical for me.
Perhaps this is the problem with cooling.
try Afterburner for fan speeds and heat control for eth miinig this is Zcash mining the heat is much lower and the cards uses less power . |

Do not like the sound of this words. So is there a chance that some major parts of equihash can be shifted to fpga/asic for speed up? There is al ways that chance with any algorithm , but i don't think he means bad by potential repercussions. |

right now coin base iis fighting the US GOV over handing over three years of record , a court order may force them to , i not sure who doing it, it may trumps people starting up or the Demo for other reason i read some place but as far i know coinbase is keeping the law and following the laws for US customer . send out the right papers as they need to . so i don't think you can use coin base for illegal purposes for long if you try i do agree some of the stuff they use US cash in the US for is very question able but it been that way for years or as long i can remember or my whole life before bitcoins, I'm 60 now .

it would be like it was before there was a fast Web !! but a lot have no idea what that was like i do you actually had to leave you house to do some thing or find something out. PC were hard to use what web there was was all most use less what takes a few second now to down load could take hours if not days, all there was was dial up and T 1 lines and T1 lines cost to much for the every day user or something like that .

That's about to change in the US we may see new laws in 2017 and in way there is other taxes on BTC or altcoins then just property tax if you mine or sell it or give it as a form of payment in the US . that's a tax.

really I sell bitcoins all the time to Paypal with my coinbase account and it's less a hassle then with my bank in fact i did a instant sell to paypal a few hours ago . my paypal account is a business account i don't use it that way. Go thu coin base that might work .!!! https://www.coinbase.comdespite what some say about coin base i don't have any issue with them once i set up my account and proved who i was . I have more hassle with my Bank on how i get my cash or deposit it ,with just cash or checks because of that I sell it to paypal then transfer the money to my bank and get it faster. checks on my bank with money in the account to another account can take days to clear with my bank they started getting real crappy lately just doing normal business with them . I would change banks but that's can be even worse with direct deposit so I work around there issue for now . |
