Cloudbet,
I made a withdrawal of 1.46 btc on April 15th. My withdrawal is pending still... a month later. I emailed support and was told I would receive an email but never did. I have replied multiple times with no response.
At this point, I would consider Cloudbet a scam and would be more than hesitant to send them any btc.
Cloudbet, If you can change my mind, prove it here... Still waiting for MY money...
Hi Ryan, All withdrawals are processed within 24h, so there must be a specific issue with your account. Could you PM me your email address and I'll look into it for you immediately. Cheers, Cloudbet

Cloudbet has minors bugs but.... is the best ...Guys lets be fair in ours complains!! okay?
I am fair mate. As said, payments were fast and instant. But it's a shame they limit players after 18 bets, most of them flat stakes with 0.50 BTC. Here is the printscreen of almost all bets i took with them. http://postimg.org/image/rtmlbtnep/Wouldn't have problem if they didn't claim that they have the biggest pre and live limits in the market. For me they are the same category as marathon, betvictor etc. If you loose, limits are fine. If you win, you are kicked (and i haven't won more than 0.51 BTC lol) The only reason i still visited this thread even though i am not planning to use any other bitcoin book in the future, is that i wait for cloudbet support to explain the reason of limitation, nothing more Hi spy, I'm looking into your account and will be in touch with you via email. Cheers! Cloudbet

Cloudbet, nice to see you're back here....but why are you ignoring my post now? It's only a few posts above this one so please have a look, read it and reply on it.
Hi Gee, Our pre-live limits are extremely high. As for in-play, we are about to launch something special, with extremely high limits -- the highest around. Stay tuned! Cheers, Cloudbet What you mean your pre-live limits are extremely high?? Registered about a week ago, actually my first ever bitcoin bookie that i use. I bet mostly soccer games with flat stakes 0.5BTC Today you limited me to 0.20BTC max bet. Why?? I didn't even won lol. I don't care that you limited me, but please do not say that your limits are extremely high pre or live. Limits are extremely high if someone is a looser. If he is at least break even, limits will be cut to 0.20BTC max bet and propably after a week down to 0.01BTC Hi Gee, Could you send us a message with your email address? I'll look into it for you. Cheers, Cloudbet

Any problems with a book?
Yeah, cloudbet limits are now in ridiculous category. (NBA under 0.3 BTC , all other between : 0.01-0.05 BTC) I think cloudbet is D now. I can give access to my account. Feel free to test it. (with an account balance 0.3 BTC) I believe you and those limits are awful. Our limits are much, much higher than that. Can you pop me your email address so I can look into your account? Cheers Cloudbet

Hello cloudbet! I have a question about bonus of 0,5 BTC by loyalty points. I had reached 40 000 loyalty points and received 0.5 btc bonus in total for it. After that I did continued to make bets and my loyalty points was raised in my balance to 80 000 but I did not received another 0,5 BTC bonus for it. Is bonus provided only for first 40 000 loyalty points or users must receive it for each 40 000 loyalty points? For example on directbet.com I receive a BTC bonus by each fixed amount of loyalty points.....not only for first amount.
Hi there Our deposit bonus is for your first deposit only. However, pop an email to our support and they'll see if they can do something special for you. Cheers, Cloudbet

Adding another update. They finally cleared my btc from the craps game. At first the cleared btc did not show up in my balance. It was added after I sent a followup email to their support. I still do not know if the craps game works properly and I am not trying to find out unless they tell me it is working.
I have been trying out their live blackjack. If I come out of it with a profit, I'll update if my withdrawal come through or not.
Hi drahgon, raysofrosa I'm glad the issue was resolved. In these cases we need to coordinate with third-party game providers so unfortunately they can take some time. We always require customers to contact us from their registered email addresses as we highly value customer privacy and customer security. Cheers, Cloudbet

Hello, I have been trying to get an issue taken care of with you support. It only has ended in horrid pain for me. So basically here is what happened: I withdrew BTC to the wrong address. I did what I thought was best and contacted cloudbet support as fast as I could. They told me that my issue would be sorted out shortly. This is when the user "Cloudbet Support" was replying to me. Since they told me it would get taken care of, I did not think to take any other measures to ensure that my BTC would be sent to the correct address. I should not have trusted the support and taken extra measures to ensure it would get taken care of. The support told me that all transactions that were of high amounts (in my case it was 3.0 BTC) are manually reviewed by the team before being sent out. About 18 hours later I check and they sent out the bitcoins. So not only did the support lie to me, I just lost 3 BTC. Now here is the catch. Another support person contacted me trying to explain that I sent the coins to the wrong address. I got that. I don't need to be told what I already know. The support person then started to lie to me. You can see what they said in the last screenshot. This person refused to refund because of their support lying. I look forward to seeing your reply on this now public issue. I really don't want to handle this privately anymore. I am not going to take the chance of being lied to even more.
Proof of them saying it would get sorted out shortly Proof of them saying that each transaction is reviewed Now here is the best part. This is the support telling me the above two things were never said (different person) Proof is in order: http://imgur.com/a/3WeSbYou can also view this here: https://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/comments/4bsonv/cloudbet_blatant_support_lies/Hi there Thanks for your messages. We do not manually review bitcoin withdrawal address (nor do we ever claim to do this), as correct practice is to use each wallet address for a single transaction. In your case, you requested a withdrawal to a valid bitcoin address, which we processed instantly. You only contacted our support after your withdrawal had already been broadcasted to the blockchain. I appreciate our support staff said they would look into it, but the transaction was already broadcast and funds already sent and therefore unfortunately we were not able to help you at all. Furthermore, we see that the funds have now been spent from the address it was sent to. I can also see that the address was only used for the first time 24 hours prior. Additionally, I can see that you have made successful deposits and withdrawals to your Cloudbet account since then. Therefore, I suggest you contact your wallet service provider to see if they can help you. I am sorry we cannot be of more help to you. Thanks you for your understanding. Best regards, Cloudbet

Cloudbet, I do appreciate your service since it has the biggest market and bet options available in tennis betting (especially ITF's) of all sportsbooks (even non bitcoin books), your tennis odds are even better than bet365s. But on the other hand your customer support is the worst I have ever witnessed. I haven't received one proper answer from your support team, it's all the same automatic generated bs you get, even if you send a blank e-mail to support@cloudbet.com. To be fair, this delay of grading is the first time I am having issues with your service. Every other transaction has been A+ and i never had a reason to contact your CS. But since I had to contact you, your support wasn't able to respond to an issue that could have been solved in less than a minute, that is just terrible. I do understand that the grading of bets may take some time, but anything above 6 hours after the official result has been posted on the event page on YOUR WEBSITE is just ridiculous. Your book has the potential to become a big player in the betting industry, but if you don't improve the way to communicate properly with your customers i don't see this happening. Hi sirvish, Thanks for your message! We'll be in touch with you about this issue via email. Cheers, Cloudbet
