This doesn't talk much about the prospects for bitcoin were Paypal to actually begin allowing bitcoin to be purchased over Paypal, and/or were eBay to begin allowing people to buy and sell over eBay using bitcoin. That's what I'm looking for... There's not really any prospects for Paypal and eBay to begin allowing buying/selling Bitcoin yet. I've bought bitcoin on ebay. If you get on at the quiet times you can often pick it up for below market price. Do your sums before bidding and you can come away with savings on exchange fees etc. People often ignore ebay because they think it is all over priced, a lot of it is but there are great deals to be found if you look. I've never seen them cheaper than marketprice. Doesn't even make sense to do this with ebays fees and risks of being scammed. |

I remember liking the first Pitch Black when I saw it in theaters and I might've caught it once or twice since.
I watched Chronicles of Riddick when it came out on DVD on a train ride and was utterly bored. I found myself staring at the scenery outside more than the film.
I've not seen Chronicles. I'll give the trilogy a go when I've got time. No time at the moment though for any films or TV  |

depends on which city even - Berlin starts at 60 eurocents per kg, goes to 2euro per kg for vegan potatoes, peed upon at fullmoon by pink fluffy nightowls. other cities more expensive - richer and stupider clientele what about where you live? acutaly when emigrating, growing patas on Tenerife could be the thing for me! ever been there?  here in Hamburg we have these lovely fullmoon-nightowl- peed upon potatoes as well - never gopt to try them tho. prices for the lower potatoe tier seem to be similar here so i can rest in peace knowing i didnt get ripped off at my last potatoe buy. It's not apparently. Somebody was quoted as saying he's out of the danger zone, but apparently it was misinformation. I thought it was too early to be stating that. Although, I think in the next 1-2 weeks will be critical and hopefully we'll have some good news. Well, it depends. Some people can come out of comas pretty quickly, and as long as the swelling in the brain goes down and brain activity starts to recover they can announce that the patient is out of danger of death, but obviously it all depends on circumstances. |

I don't see the point of spam bots either but good spot op.
I'm sure there must be some point to them less why bother? Maybe getting their post count up then they are going to sell them? That, and maybe they'll be used in other ways once they get out of newbie jail. Who knows. Maybe they'll just spam links or PMs after a while. |

I honestly think the staff need to seriously think about what they are going to allow. Because, I've seen people with 50 odd activity and 2000-2500 posts. It's getting ridiculous. Before, it wasn't so bad but it seems it's ust getting out of hand I don't know if it's because they have switched to pay per post or not. We are currently thinking about what needs to be done, we have been discussing it since the latest influx of paid advertising spammers. The question is, do we just get more strict on spammers, or do we go as far as to disallow paid advertising, or even remove signatures. Hopefully just having more defined rules and being more strict on spammers will be enough, however no one has come to a decision on anything, those are just ideas that are being tossed around. When I became a Global Mod, the other Global mods were teaching me standard banhammer protocol, we used you for example hilariousandco. You were what we defined as being OK despite the huge post volume. Aww, well that warms my heart haha. It'd be such a shame for these deals to get banned. As I and others have mentioned, I think policing them and making the rules stricter would cut down spam and I'd be more than happy to help out with that in any way. These deals are a great way for newbs to get a bit of Bitcoin and for those who are willing to put in a bit of extra work can actually get a decent amount of coin. I hope some workaround or compromise can be achieved without an outright ban. |
