Next stop...The Apprentice!
A task on which team can make the most bitcoin by posting their referral links all over the forums.
Haha, that'd actually be a good task. I love The Apprentice and the twats on there. I wonder when the next series is?

Am I missing something?
Why does the post need to be reported?
To move it to the right forum.

yeah does anyone know why they closed the newbie section? it seemed like a great place to go if your new it was very helpful when i first signed up. too bad it's gone now. I agree. Before I joined, I would go through the newbie section and it seemed like a good starting point. Now that I joined, I'm feeling a little overwhelmed and not exactly sure where to go to post my silly newbie questions. Lol That's why I think it's still a good idea. I reckon there's gonna be a massive influx of crap posted all over the other forums now, but I must admit it hasn't been as bad as expected so far. When did they change this? Maybe just give it time and you'll be right? Lol Earlier today.

Dogecoin is so last week. Let me guess, you're mad cause you got left holding the bag, and you want to spam bitcoin discussion about dogecoin hoping more pump and dumpers will come in and save you.
I bought $8 USD worth of dogecoin 2 weeks ago and now it's valued at $35 USD. Dogecoin to the moon! And it'll probably be worth $5 or less in another two .

They do, but obviously they're not very smart.
Let's be honest here most of the scams that go on around here are done by people who aren't exactly mental giants. That being said, the most effective scams have been run primarily by long cons - people with planing and thought put into their scam. Yeah, longcons and even scams can be genius. These scams are just pathetic daylight robberies perpetrated by moronic goons who usually end up empty handed. Which came first, scam or scammers?
Idiots came first and smarter people capitalised on this.

It looks pretty easy to use. Maybe there would be reason to have both an online and offline wallet. Thanks for the suggestions!
Some people use an online wallet as their current/spending account and a offline or computer wallet as their savings.

FLUORIDE (the 'controllers' target us with Fluoride to 'dumb us down' and cause disease)
Buy a proper water filter (not your normal cheap ones, they do not remove fluoride, toxins or bacteria). Search for Reverse Osmosis Filters, or Gravity Filters such as Berkey, Pro Pur, and make sure they contain Fluoride Filters/Heavy Metal Filters/Chlorine filters and bacteria filters if possible. Also, stop using fluoride toothpaste, use natural toothpaste (fluoride-free). Kingfisher is a good brand, and Vicco. There are more. Use the most natural you can. Check the ingredients on the drinks you buy and the foods, avoid fluoride wherever you can, it is lethal.

We have so much in common! Bitcoin, Bruno, Tokio Hotel. Okay I made that last part up. Yuck. Tokio Hotel *makes the finger down throat gesture* Lol. it's funny some American guy on Call of Duty was saying how he loves the singer, how she's so hot etc. Then I broke the news to him that Bill is (as his name suggests) a bloke. Would still smash it, though haha Haha, was gonna say I'd give him a bash too. Spit roast?

There is a man, Daddy. I can't believe that it is from 2003, time flies. Maybe I'll put a pic of myself taken in an Anonymous mask with a Borat mankini with a little Bitcoin logo on the the end haha. People would probably pay to see that. Will you put a tiny top hat on too? Haha start speaking in coin and this concoction may come to life and see the light of day. Well I won't pay because I am not people, but people do occasionally pay or offer to pay for this privilege, or so I've heard.

The payments come from the operator, and yes, there is certainly a chance that he can just pack up the site and hold onto the wallet for himself. But, if he's getting steady new users there's no benefit to doing so. His greed fuels the profit of others.
How do you know that you will definitely get paid out if you reach that level 4 and the money just wont stop there? As long as there's suckers that keep paying in it doesn't really matter and he doesn't even need to disappear. Wouldn't it be a better gamble just gambling with your money other ways? The vast majority of the times these are just straight-up scams and everybody loses out except the operator. How do you know an Exchange (Cryptsy, BTC-E, Coinex) won't just shut its doors and take all of the money... you don't. I've been on the site for 3 days and have been paid every day, that's a better track record than most of the similar operations out there right now. They also have completely transparent logging so you can see every registration, deposit, and payout. Reputable exchanges are a little bit different from a pyramid scheme/scam. And a good scam will rope you along offering payouts at less than what you've put in until they get the big money. Have you actually been the site? You're saying a lot of things I don't think you would say if you did any quick research. There's nothing sneaky about it, there's even a calculator that shows you exactly how much you'll make for each level. The payouts are exactly as advertised, and if you visit the site, you can look at the live logs and see who's made money so far and who is reinvesting. I don't think it's as much of a conspiracy as you think; the operator has been honest with the users and is making a good bit of profit just by running the site (maintenance fee at every level reached). The best scams will always appear or try to appear legitimate or transparent. Maybe it's not a scam, but most pyramids are and I'd be willing to bet there will be a lot of people who end up losing out at some point. And I'm not sceptical that he's making a good bit of profit.

I think I like the idea of keeping it on my computer instead of in an online wallet. Just something about trusting other people with my money makes me uncomfortable. Lol But I have heard of the blockchain wallet before. Is that like the official blockchain? So maybe more reliable? I'll look into electrum. Thanks! It's separate from the actual Bitcoin blockchain, and not the official online wallet as there is no official one, but it's as good as. Try the demo account feature there or just create one to have a play around with.
