Yes, it's gone for now... Chris said he'll make an official statement about FTC "soon"... but I will assume that if it comes back it would be in a MOD form... all the routines are there if it makes a glorious return.... so just gone, but not forgotten for now.

that new neo scrypt "MOD" could be the new product he was planning on announcing in the near future.

I doubt about this. Neoscrypt might be easy to implement by Chris, but the market might be too small for him to invest his time.

Last Friday before multiplication in front of us,the best time to buy a few packs.

Are these on scheduled moments? Or every X day of the month?

Hi Floris,

The multiplicator is scheduled every 6 weeks. Wink The next one is 5th November.

Last Friday before multiplication in front of us,the best time to buy a few packs.

I'm in the process right now to get another pack, hopefully it will be 1.20-.135

Hey sikman you still have time until 5th Nov. I would wait for BTC to rise.

Someone knows cryptomining pool owner ? Their pool is down for over 24h, stratum server still works and my miners still mining there, but no payout for over 24h.
Thanks in advance.

Seconded. The site went down right before I was go hit my payment threshold. They don't seem to have an active thread here and their twitter hasn't been updated in over a month. Any info regarding the pools status would be much appreciated.

Yes at least they stole 300k DGBs payment from me until now. Nowhere to contact them and IMHO Digibyte should remove their pool from the OP for further inspection.

So whats the deal now with FTC now its on Neo, according to ltcgearcalc its worth nearly 15btc?   Shocked

I was no longer able to set my LTC/FTC address to FTC so I do not think we can mine it anymore, to bad  Wink

Darn, better cancel my Yacht

It's a bug concerning the new diff @ FTC because of the algo change. Neoscrypt hashrate is NOT equal to scrypt, so that's why you will see you get a lot of money LOL.

I get a lot of disconnections from suprnova pool Sad
Less than 50% acceptance shares.

very strange... 100% accepted at the moment.

I was getting 100% at first but after 10 hours only 50%. No idea what happens.

how big of a chance is there that this is a ponzi scheme?
Some weeks ago I was more sceptical, but by now - as the shares are so profitable - I believe that more money flew out of
the system than was deposited into it. People reinvest, true, but I think the time to pull the plug already went by, if this was a Ponzi.
Anyway, it's all speculation. For me, LTCGear worked out great. I'm deep in the profit zone so it's easy to be relaxed Smiley

Exactly my experience. Now I'm enjoying my most profitable investment in crypto.

Do they have a paid signature campaign? If so I have not been able to find it. If they do not (or if they only pay referral commissions (as semi-implied above) then I am surprised that so many are taking the risk of never getting any referral payments, as some people may click on a referral link and then clear their cookies then buy a product (or something similar that results in you not receiving credit for your referral).

The main problem is IMHO many people consider LTCgear has a mad ROI, so they're careful and mostly think it as a scam.
My main issue at first was that their prices were well below what other reputable cloud mining companies are charging.

But the price of cloud mining services is actually the biggest illusion which the huge GAW PR campaign gives you.
How could you be sure that they're giving you the best price
?
Again, I am not discussing GAW, however there is no question that both cloud mining companies and ASIC manufacturers make a profit off of the miners they sell. IDK why anyone would ever think that a manufacturer/reseller of a product would not attempt to sell their product for more then the cost to make the product. You also need to remember that R&D is the biggest part of the cost of a miner, which is not part of the cost to actually build the miner.

Hi Eisenhower34,
ltcgear runs an affiliate campaign, so for every sale you made you get 11% from each completed referred order. It's practically a lot of money because each order is almost a few BTCs worth. That's why a lot of people, include myself have their referrals link in their signature, and offer to give some % back.
Concerning your question about price, look at Bitmain L1 miner, their price is in similar level with ltcgear Wink

Regards,

The pool stats. are way off. Seems to be stable though.

Perhaps some more folks would spin-up a free cpu cloud instance and/or start mining in the pool. Just need to find a block to know that were good.

Oh that explains why the blocks haven't been found. Would have thought at >1MHs we should be seeing blocks.

The stats is at least 100 folds off. So we need more hash to find block at suprnova pool. I have sent my rigs to suprnova to help finding block.

Can't find it on the website and not going to waste time bothering the owner with it, couldn't find it with a quick google though, is there an option to get paid out in BTC? Not that I mind moving the LTC to an exchange and putting it up for sale there, just wondering since it will save time Wink

Yes, you can put your bitcoin address for payment

Done that, but I'll probably will need to remove my LTC address too Tongue

Yes, you need to remove the LTC/FTC address if you want to get BTC payout.

no you dont want to do that.
just fill the address and select BTC on coin choice if you want BTC.

no need to remove LTC address.

That is correct. I have my LTC address there and choose BTC and I got paid in BTC.

I don't see any Coin Choice for regular payout in my account page, only Coin Choice for DualMod. Does it apply to qASICs shares payment too ?
Thanks.

Hey guys,

We need to pool Sad Sad

I'm building one, but I need to download the whole blockchain before.. i'm on block 3300 now

Current number of blocks  134905

I'm at 35k now.. will take some time..

Nice that we have ocminer here. All my CPUs are in preparing mode. ^^.

Edit: I just recognized, that it was not the next hottest card that failed today, but the coldest Tongue

Oh my god, it froze to death Wink

looks like it ^^ no but really, it's kinda strange that two cards fail within 3 weeks. I'll keep an eye on the one that failed today, so far it's running since ~4h. EVGA might start to hate me, if I send them another card :/

It depends on the algo which you run the card. I experience some dead cards for a certain algo, otherwise they work great.

Sent my donation to bitfreak. Still mining your coin like no tomorrow. This is the only reason for me to keep my farm running at a loss now.

People, pls pipe down a bit. We ve had different opinions before here, no need to get upset about it. We all know what is currently ABSOLUTELY the best cloud mining company here.

+1 another great payout and we are already moving forward to the next Friday!  Cheesy
Yeah, i finally see light at the end of the tunnel. Wink

Congrat to people who already getting ROI. I'm on my way Wink. See you at the end of the tunnel Tongue

Account says "processing" for 3 days now.
I dont see any contact info on the site.
Anyone have an email for Chris ?

It says processing on mine as well, that is fine mine has remained in that status for 4 weeks and I get paid every week. If you need to contact chris his contact page can be accessed by clicking on the "account" tab and then selecting "contact".

Processing is ok Wink
Beside the contact page you could email him directly to chris at ltcgear dot com.
But he will ignore most of unimportant mails Wink, so only contact him if you really need him for some important tasks. Otherwise if you do have some questions just post here, people will answer. Wink

I would find it more suspicious if there are not complaints as any legit company will not run 100% perfectly or 100% the way that *all* of their customers like/want, so a company having a small/moderate number of complaints is an indication that their customers are real.

What a great point, we should be suspicious because there no complaints from customers! This is one of the weirdest arguments
I've came across lately.. Cheesy

Seriously: LTCgear has some weeknesses, for example that parts of the homepage are outdated, that certain updates/notifications are
posted with a delay etc. But these issues are so minor compared to the fact that they provide an incredibly profitable product and have
a clean rep.

I don't understand what point you try to make here.. Do you just want to tell us that LTCGear is scam and we should jump
over to GAW??
I am not sure why everyone keeps bringing up GAW when I make an inquiry about this specific site. Yes I wear their signature because they pay me to do so and I consider them to be reputable; other then that I have no affiliation with GAW (except for the fact that I am a customer who has purchased <$100 worth of cloud mining from them). Their signature campaign is very well known, however I notice that most people on this thread are either newbies or a higher ranking member who wears LTCgear's signature, but I cannot locate a paying signature campaign for them - I don't understand the economics behind everyone posting here wearing a (apparently) unpaid signature advertising the site other then the obvious shills.

On to your point about my argument. You are not going to have any legit company that has been around for a year not have complaints from their customers, this is just a part of doing business. Any reputable company will have some level of "negative" reputation from unhappy customers.

Their website being outdated is a serious concern, it is a sign of unprofessional-ism and leads people to believe that they are getting a much better deal on the cloud mining then they really are.

My point is, I am trying to determine just how legitimate this site actually is.

How do you know that the signature campaign is unpaid ? Yes we're trying to earn money from it, like almost everyone else in crypto now.
The main problem is IMHO many people consider LTCgear has a mad ROI, so they're careful and mostly think it as a scam.
But the price of cloud mining services is actually the biggest illusion which the huge GAW PR campaign gives you.
How could you be sure that they're giving you the best price ?
Look here for example, they're comparing many different mining services, home or cloud.
http://www.satoshis.guru/new-mining-gear-calc/

As you can see, while LTCgear still gives the best price, it's not superior anymore. I expect in next 1 or 2 months, more competitors will give even better price than LTCgear. I wonder GAW could continue to hold their illusion then?

Do you have some anger issues? You keep attacking the guy that came here to ask questions, and isn't this the purpose of the thread?
He asked about a plain site, you turn it into an LTCG vs GAW fight, although he told you not to bring his sig into the fight.
The site you posted can't be taken seriously. It has mining asic technologies listed, and AFAIK it's a scam company that never delivered the promised hardware.

Sorry? Read my post again and tell me which point do I  have anger and attack him, please?
I'm sharing my experiences about cloud mining. Do I call GAW a scam ? I politely call them huge company with huge budget and huge expenses. Yes the list is new and still not completed. They will update their list overtime. I said that look at this list as an example, ok ?
