This is one significant draw back of closed source software while I don't think the open sources anti virus are better than the close source since majority tends to use the closed source Anti-Virus.
Anything close source software should not be trusted because you do not know what the code it is made up of. You do not know if the code has malware that its developers intentionally included before they are selling it or people downloading it. I do not think this should be about open or close source software but rather than not to be using or truth antivirus. Antimalware can not be trusted. The best you can do to your device is to avoid and making sure that malware will not get installed. This is better than to depend on antivirus or antimalware. What that can be done to avoid these malware are simple. Also that huge amount of coins should be stored on addresses of a cold wallet. |

This is 2024 It's seem we had some early bull which was before the halving and even gave us new ATH but we are yet to see our bull run that was too early for a bull run maybe
If you check the past halvings and bullrun, you will notice that this time is still too early for bullrun to begin. Although, we can not say it is too early because the bull run can begin at anytime but with previous ones, it is still early. Bullrun can begin after many weeks or some months after halving but it is not even yet more than a week before the last halving which occured 5 days ago. |

I have seen many complaints about Yo!Mix mixer recently and they are not solved. I have tagged the representative account red and I am also supporting the flag.
Those mixers that have active signature campaign on Altcoinstalks are better, but Yo!Mix is not among them. I think it has ended its service when mixer signature campaigns were banned on this forum last year. Any money sent to the mixer now should be considered gone.

You need to make a similar transaction of the same amount or higher than the previous amount that you sent, and you should also increase the transaction fee.
He is the receiver. What do you mean by similar transaction? Are you referring to CPFP? I will not advice that because of how the mempool is. I think the OP can tell the sender to bump the fee according to his post. That would be the best option while CPFP can be the second option. If it is me, I do not accept unconfirmed transaction and I will expect RBF instead. If the sender said it will be deducted from my money, I will accept because it is cheaper than CPFP. Deleting it will not return the BTC to the sender, because it will still be another node mempool

Sender could RBF it but I'm not sure if there's a difference in RBF a LOCAL only transaction or an UNCONFIRMED one. If deleting it returns the BTC to the sender perhaps that's a better option?
The coin is not sent to the sender if you are able to delete it. Some node's mempool will still have it. If the sender can bump the fee using RBF, then tell him to do so. If the sender bump the fee, you will see it again on your wallet as unconfirmed and if the fee is enough for high priority, the transaction will get confirmed earlier. |

I am referring to the rumour that that the CBN directed all banks and financial institutions to identify individuals or entities engaging in transactions with cryptocurrency exchanges and to ensure that such accounts are put on Post No Debit (PND) instruction for six months. PND which means that the account owner will not be able to make transaction on the account for six month according to what I read on Cointelegraph. This is the fake circular:  It was not even signed. But people were believing it? It was on the news that CBN first denied it on X but later deleted the denial. We have solved this already. If what I said is true about the free accelerator, telling people not to trust it is right if the accelerator is only using the free accelerator to promote the paid accelerator while not giving free acceleration. My theory is, maybe I needed to submit once the free slots refreshes on viabtc and not as soon as the hour resets on my clock? will have to test this next time.
After getting the error from the website, there were still 9 remaining free hourly transactions and I tried it again. This time, I managed to submit the transaction successfully.
I could remember that I tried it just once like this but I was unable to submit it but no captcha error than what I quoted above. But after then, I did not refresh before I wanted to submit it. I will also try it and see if it would work but as two people have tried it and it worked already, definitely there is truth in that. Edit: I tried it just now and it worked. Although, after more than 5 minutes now, there is still 5 txids remaining to be submitted. |

I do not have option than to be using PoS. They are saying cashless economy but which is a suffering for us. When Dangote started selling AGO (diesel), the price fell from around 1650 naira to 940/980 naira now from those buying from his refinery. There was a time diesel price was 1900 naira. But now 940 naira for those buying over 5 million liters while 980 naira for those buying between 1 million and 5 million liters. But there is still inflation. Meat that was sold at 5000 naira just few days ago is now 6000 naira. Meat that was 2000 naira before early last year. |

I used it some few days back, my TX ID was submitted and also the TX was in the block confirmed by ViaBTC.
That should be before block 840000. Few days or weeks ago, the mempool was also not that congested. Right now due to very high Transaction fees and reduced slots. You will be very lucky to get one of those slots within seconds. As soon as the slots are done, they will tell you to use the paid version or wait for the next hour. The same thing used to happened before they reduced the limit, introduced captcha challenge and needed users to register.
By the way, at one point I also thought it doesn't work.
Yes, if the mempool become very congested before, we can have such issue not to be able to submit the txid. But I was still about to submit it at times until recently that I was unable to submit it but when I supposed to submit it, it will display captcha incorrect but which I am very certain about that it is correct. I do it several times to confirm this. What really pissed me off is that no registration required for the free accelerator before, but you have to register now. 'Your free accelerator quota has run out, please choose the paid service if you need acceleration' is not displaying before but they are using it to market their paid accelerator now. Also know that the free accelerator will not ask you to wait for the next hour. I quoted what was displayed which is only about their paid accelerator. |
