After a decade of ridiculing Hinduism and actively encouraging to celebrate Christian festivals, why Virat Kohli is doing ghar vaapsi now? He doesn't look happy though (look at the last photo on lower right).

I am wondering what will be next. Maybe Hard-dick Pandya will acknowledge that Himanshu Pandya is his biological father and not some random Jamaican as he has been claiming till now? Or maybe Rohit Sharma will stop eating beef (at least publicly)... LOL.. the possibilities are endless.

What is going to happen with Asia Cup we will have all updates in next few days because there was deadline for this event, and we are expecting another meeting for the solution with most chances if Pakistan insist for this event to be held in Pakistan then most chances India is not going to participate in this event, and they have to organize this event without them which is possible even market could be having big setback with this all but this matter is sure now we are not going to have any cricketing event between these two countries in next few decades because tension is at his highest level and no one going to accept others will which is also not good here in this region most chances we will have this event in the UAE or another postponement.

I really do not think that postponing this event is an option. The way things are coming on right now I believe India is likely to win. Pakistan is likely to have to take a loss here. I don't believe Pakistan has any other option other than that. India is the biggest cricketing nation in the world. They are generating the most amount of money that ICC gets. So of course, the ICC is determined to listen to India.

Ultimately, I think the venue will be shifted. Pakistan did say that they were not willing to participate in the world cup if the Asia cup was not hosted in Pakistan. That is expected to result in Pakistan taking losses after losses. If Pakistan is clever, they are going to try to make the Asia Cup be hosted in Pakistan. But if they cannot, they should not back out of participating in the world cup.

The Asia Cup and the World Cup both are popular in cricket. However the biggest tournament of cricket is the world cup. Whatever Pakistan take the decision about the venue it must be well understood otherwise they may be in a large economic crisis. Plus and minus calculations need to be done very cautiously otherwise they may also have to give great compensation. However, If ICC , India and Pakistan Cricket Board can take reliable decision that would be good for the cricket.

In few days decision will be taken and hopefully that'll be in best interest of everyone without making any upset , ICC hopefully for once behaves like a counsel for all cricket boards not just BCCI.
If they have given hosting rights to Pakistan before they should stay on their decision and words .
Right now psl is happening In Pakistan and everything is fine.

There is going to be no issue if the BCCI says that there is no issue. After all, the ICC does everything according to the suggestion of the BCCI. The problem is BCCI is not going to let this one go. It is very clear that cricket is facing these types of problems because one country not having a good relationship with the other.

Political relation I mean.

I am not saying that Pakistan is a 100% safe country. So the security issue that India is showing right now is not absolutely baseless. 

Anyway, I think the venue will be changed. and Pakistan will not be able to do basically anything about it.

Now about Asia Cup most chances as I already posted this will be postponed or ACC will go with neutral venue option because they will never go with current venue which is Pakistan and main reason is Pakistan was not in favor of last Asia Cup held in India and due to Covid-19 issues this was moved into the UAE, so now they also want to do same thing and this all is never all about relationship or situation in Pakistan.

I am guessing that Anushka had a very big say in this. And another thing is why wouldn't Virat Kohli do this? After all, he is an Indian and also follows Hinduism. So if he wants to stay in India he will have to abide by the rules.

By the way, I honestly think that we should leave this man doing whatever he wants to do regarding his religion. I mean everyone should have that freedom. Now there are a lot of unbelievable things happening regularly, that's another story. But a person who wants to be a religious person is probably something we should not nitpick about too much.

Change of heart can happen to any person. Probably that has happened to Virat Kohli. I know it is hard to believe. But people change.
About Vamika Kohli I think they are trying to keep her away from social media and the internet. Which is obviously the smart thing to do.

Currently the BCCI is having a 5-year deal with Disney-Star for 2018-2023, which is worth ₹6,277 crore. For the next cycle (2024-2028), we can expect this amount to increase by manytimes.

This is definitely a good aspect. They are returning to the religion. Every person, irrespective of the religion he practices, if he comes out of the religion, his sense of humanity gradually diminishes. It is not possible to know if something like this happened between Virat Kohli or his family. But it is good for them that they are back. Because when people do not find their peace, then there is no condition except to reach God.

Out of the 5 participants, 3 have advanced to the regional finals: Bermuda, Cayman Islands and Panama. The two teams who couldn't qualify are Argentina and Bahamas. The three top teams will join Canada for the regional finals. The top team from the regional final will qualify for the 2024 ICC Men's T20 World Cup. Asian qualifiers will start shortly.

@Sithara007 that’s a very raw deal for Srilanka, I’m surprised that they have settled for so less and in my personal opinion they should have turned down this deal and called in for fresh bids. Furthermore I expect Pakistan will receive better bids as most of the countries are now visiting it, and obviously the highest bids will go to team India and I wonder if it’ll beat the previous records what do you think?

I think you have no idea about Sri Lankan market which is currently under pressure due to many political and financial and these media rights all depend on these factors so it's still good deal for them because they are not populated and developed like we have many other countries but if we have positive development then surely things could be changed in near future here I have feeling as mentioned in above post India and Pakistan are also going for the deals here India could be best with Pakistan is also going to suffer with their internal issues and many other factors so still a good and ideal contract for the SLCB.

Here we have few other factors are also which are not helping these subcontinent countries for having better deals and more money for their requirements due to poor structure and poor strategies which are also giving them not better deals in media rights which are currently having big impact in developed countries and now in India as well.
