Finally Sri lanka is going to win test match after long time. Technically match has slipped away from the grip of Australia. As in test match 118 runs in last day of game is too much specially when you don't have wickets in hands. I think Sri Lanka did good work from the start and made its position stronger from 1st inning.

New Zealand already has a lead of 195 runs with 5 wickets in hands. Zimbabwe is going to loose this match by an innings margin. At this stage another 100 runs will be sufficient for New Zealand to declare its inning. Zimbabwe can not face Kiwi bowlers and will not be able to show any kind of resistance. New Zealand is in winning position before the completion of match.

It isn't over until the last wicket has fallen.  Two more wickets for Sri Lanka to get in three hours. |

I have feel pity on Zimbabwe as they are going to have another lost match in their portfolio. New Zealand has 379 runs lead if it finishes its inning now then too easily will win by an innings. They just want to be sure as there is still time so they will keep playing before invite Zimbabwe to start them 2nd innings. Sri lanka needed one victory and against Australia is huge thing to defeat it.

Zimbabwe really didn't stand a chance against a major team like New Zealand. They should schedule matches with Bangladesh and possibly West Indies. Zimbabwe is a prime example of associate teams being a better contestant of test matches rather than a group's tradition. |

Zimbabwe has no comparison with New Zealand which have more talented players and most are specialist in their fields, so that is the reason now its into very big trouble to defend on its own home ground, as I feel New Zealand will win this by an innings easily.

This is a good come back from Sri Lankan Players. When the game started the first day everyone (including me) blaming them like they are not fit for test cricket and they are showing very poor performance. But what is the result now they won the match by 100+ runs. Seriously all credit goes to Kusal Mendis because of his batting today Sri Lanka won this test match. Congratulation SL. |

It was a great come back from SL. Everyone was thinking Australia will win this match after watching the first innings, but SL pulled this match in the second innings. In second innings both batting and bowling was superb from SL team. They proved again at home they are a strong team to beat. India are in a really strong position now,west indies are no match with the indian team right now in both batting and bowling india is looking a really strong team as compared to west indies.
West Indies has to do something for their test team because they were not able to survive just two seasons today and look at india now they almost coverd the lead in very first day looking forward to another easy win.
Again all WI top order batsman failed build partnership, and Indian bowlers did an excellent job to all of them in less than 200 runs. Now India is trailing by 70 runs and still nine wickets are remaining in this 1st innings. It looks like Inda again going win this match win huge margin. |

WI batsman looks like they are playing T20 matches not a test match. No one wants to spend some time on the pitch to build a decent score. Everyone seems in a hurry to hit and go. I thought at least in this second test they may give a tough time to India to win this second match also, but it looks like India can win this match also very comfortably. |

I didn't expect this performance from SL team because of their recent test performance was quite bad. But in this match, they again proved that they are not a weak team while playing in home pitches. Australia failed to face the spin bowling. India are in a really strong position now,west indies are no match with the indian team right now in both batting and bowling india is looking a really strong team as compared to west indies.

Zimbabwe will not be able to resist till lunch time after what today's play will start. In my rough guess is in first couple of hours New Zealand may have won the match. All Zimbabwean top batsmen are out and remaining one can't face. New Zealand will celebrate great victory though it is against Zimbabwe but a win by innings is something.
