Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

i bought some Ghash contract. Startdate was december 2013...and still waithing From december difficulty goes 1oo times higher, and now bfl offering 2x ghash that i have been bought But startdate?  i hope irs will take them down With people still adding the scam list now it is the Ghash contracts we should keep this thread and others going so that no one is fooled again. |

You should rather mine with a cloud mining service like CEX.IOCurrent prices are 0.0094/Ghs for contracts which start mining now and 0.0083 BTC/Ghs for contracts which start mininng on 26th of April (FHA) With CEX.IO you can start mining today without any hardware running at home. Cex.io is far from the best cloud mining service out there now. |

Guys, butterfly labs BFL is nothing but a rotten stinking scam. I ordered a card in Nov of 2013 and still have not gotten out of the mess. While it took months of me chasing them down, they finally broke down and said they would refund me for the 2 cards in 30-45 days. I sent them the bank information, they kept playing games like "Losing it" and "please send again". So when I received the wire it was for only 1 card!!! I asked, where the hell is the refund for the 2nd card. Then they said I had to wait 2 months for the wire for that card. In addition the guys BFL always emailed me, so quick to get me in the " buy another customer's preorder" scam so I wouldn't be eligible. THANK GOD I DIDNT FALL FOR IT!
There is also a 2nd scam, and that is "send us 50% for a 2nd card. The problem is when you try to get refunded for that 2nd card, they will not refund the money.
BTW, I am a US Veteran who works very hard at my job. I walk down the street with my head held high in dignity. BFL is a shameful company who does not keep their word. Please spead the word on the forums that they do not keep their word, that they are dishonest, and anyone working there should leave. I am not afraid to post the truth, because there are many real victims of BFL who lost hard earned money. That is my story...
I'm glad you got a refund. I'm still extremely confused, however. It's 2014. Why are people still giving BFL money? This scam was exposed a whileeee back. Stop. Giving. Them. Money. Even if they have cards now that will ship immediately, who gives a fuck? They are a terrible company with terrible practices. Buy elsewhere. |

My order was from Nov of 2013. Then they made me an offer for 50% off a 2nd card. That was just so they could get more of my money. I really hope no one else sends them money. While I did get a refund for one card, the other card I did not get a refund for. They said they would refund me the cards "TOGETHER" but pulled a last minute thing where they said they were not sending me the money for the 2nd card.
Right, I was just talking to the general public. But what are you going to do about the second card then? |

Someone should do a huge favor, by DDos their site or do something stupid, so the ecommerce page is down.
So it stops or delays potential sales aka scams.

We need to keep telling people who are new to Bitcoin that they have to research the companies they intend to buy mining equipment from. And this place is a place where those people look for answers. Everyone who refrains from buying from scam companies because of this thread is someone we saved  |
