Thank you for the link. As I can see there is an appointed trustee and this would explain why there is no court fee to pay in advance.

However, I did not see anything about a 33,3% deal. In Curacao, an appointed trustee can not make a percentage deal with claimants and can only claim his hourly rate and costs.

If you want to compare, Game Protect currently prepare the Full Flush Poker Litigation 70:30 case in Curacao. The lawyer is not appointed and therefore can make a percentage deal, but court fees has to be paid in advance, depending on the height of the claim.
