I don't care if China is the size of Jupiter, Paul Vernon still had to register his visa upon entering the country, with the authorities knowing exactly where he should be. If he's not there, then in their eyes he's a danger to the state and is on their wanted list.

I have been sort of advocating some form of regulation for ages but..
I have always said that because i think it's a losing battle to resist it pretty much..
I have just been trying to be practical and realistic about the matter.

EDIT: But if reliable and secure tech can over come regulation with a new coin then great.
