We just made an update the master and develop branch with a hardfork at block 23000.
It increases the amount EXP's difficulty adjust which means the diff will drop 4x faster. Everyone must update or risk losing your EXP.

I see the update on the branch, but none for the binaries. So, only way to update this via Linux only for now? |

We have created a patch to address the block time adjustment issue that is currently ongoing. It has been pushed to the master git, and precompiled binaries will be made available shortly. The fork takes place on block #23000, and is essential users update their clients prior to then.
It is important that everyone updates their client. This is a hard fork -- failure to upgrade your client will result in you ending up on a chain outside of the main network. If you do not update, everything your client does from after block 23000 will be on an unofficial chain.
If you are reading this post after block 23,000 Coins you already have will not be lost, but any new coins you mine or receive on that client/chain after block 23000 will not exist on the main chain so it is vital you update immediately.
Update instructions and links will be posted here and in an update to the opening post momentarily.

I believe you are right its atleast a few days from now and then it will still take a few more days after that to get to where we need to be. Thanks for being patient. |
