I might starting mining Expanse as soon as the difficulty is fixed. I'm waiting for the perfect moment to mine for profit  Cheesy

AND this is exactly the problem that I outlined 3 post ago.

What if everyone decides to do that? Then who is mining to lower the difficulty?  Shocked Paradox.

nobody will mine for  800 coins a day, versus 11520 coins/day (or more) 7 days ago.

Except when the price will rise due to a low supply of new coins. Am I the only one around here that sees this as a coin hype stabilizing? The difficulty will adjust and the price will rise. Just give it some time.

i dont think it will rise the price, because network slow as shit. 100 blocks/day instead of 1440, 14 times slower Sad
Iam a SAD PANDA now Sad

I remember when the hype finally came off of doge and hashpower dropped rapidly it messed with their block times big time for a bit while it slowly adjusted...

it's just "growing pains" and from the sounds of it ETH had/has the same issue with the dagger algo when an extreme amount of hashpower is put on or taken away.

I have a chance to win something by solomining with 10-20 MH/s ? What time would I have to wait to earn something ? Since the difficulty and the hashrate and gone down really quickly these past days, I should be able to do something, right ?

Not much with 10MHs, with a 3Ghs and 100 blocks per day, you may not mine a block in more than 24 hours.

Depends, if the pool uses PPS its cool, if they use PPLNS i would switch to ETH ( coinotron Profitability show better performance for ETH than EXP). It may take several days to adjust the diff.

You can switch your miner on Shiftcoin. It's more profitable than exp.

longer than that because.. if everyone thinks "ill just come back when the difficulty is lower" who is going to lower the difficulty?

A lot of people don't read the OP's and/or the links. People want things to be easy and lazy, money to come out of thin air. lol
