^^ What do you think of Musetti's chances against Stricker? Not familiar with Stricker though. The current odds is for Musetti at -3.5 at 1.90. But Stricker at +3.5 seems to be the at 1.80. So really hard to bet on this one.

I might go with Nakashima against Lehecka here, -2.5 will be a great odd at 1.80 for me.

It is very difficult match to call, both players are very good when game goes according to their plan and prone to loosing their cool and gifting opponents when things don't go as planned. Musetti sort of showed some signs of progress on mental plan recently so I think he should be able to win tonight. I don't have a feeling for handicap in this next gen rules, so I avoid them and rather play set handicaps.

I was just thinking the same about Italian tennis today while watching Passaro - Arnaldi, both Italians, both very young and promising. And then you think about all the other Italian players at the moment like Sinner, Berettini, Musetti and Sonego. All in top 50 and all still quite young.

Well I thought Musetti would win, I was thinking of a 75% chance and a close win at that
so I did that +3,5 handicap on Striker.

After taking the first 2 sets and into the third set tie break I thought he was home and dry
but Musetti came back to level it 2 sets each, I knew my bet was safe then.

But Stricker won!

@Trofo - yes both players lost their cool, Musetti got a warning for it. The pressure was
building on Stricker as he failed to take the match in the third and fourth set tie breaks but
overall to me he looked more able to deal with what was going on than Musetti who
was fairly emotional.

I' going again today with wins for Nakashima and Stricker.

Anyone following the ATP Next Gen Finals?

I'm following, although I'm new to tennis betting, I must confess that I get sleepy when I tried to watch every tennis game, so for now I prefer to bet before the game starts and I'm not doing live bets


for today's games:

Matteo Arnaldi - Francesco Passaro

I think Matteo Arnaldi will win this game, bookmakers are also giving Matteo Arnaldi as a favorite and I saw some news and tennis analysis sites giving Matteo Arnaldi as a favorite, but this odd is still low and risky and that's why reason I won't bet, if today I were to make a multibet bet with absolute certainty that I would put Matteo Arnaldi in the my parlay

Brandon Nakashima - Jiri Lehecka

I also think that the favorite by the bookmakers will win, I mean Nakashima will win this game, from what I read of the performance of the two, I believe that Nakashima has a greater chance of being victorious

Jack Draper - Tseng Chun-hsin

I don't have much to say about this game, Jack Draper will win

Lorenzo Musetti - Dominic Stricker

Lorenzo Musetti will win that game, I'll still think if making a multibet bet with those 4 teams would be a good idea, I'll still think

I watched the match last night between Draper and Striker and Striker is seriously talented,
he beat Draper in 3 sets with 3 tie breaks 5-7, 5-7, 5-7.

I have a bet on Striker for today +3.5 @ 1.86.

Also on Nakashima to beat Lehecka today.

Passaro won against Matteo Arnaldi, honestly I thought Matteo Arnaldi would win, as I didn't bet so I didn't lose anything, but the people who bet on Matteo Arnaldi had a good profit because the odd was very good

Lorenzo Musetti lost, to my surprise, the people who bet on Dominic Stricker managed to make a good profit because the odd was very good

Lehecka have won the match 4-1 4⁷-3⁴ 2-4 4-1. Stricker would've won the match if the second set have been won. Here he lost the momentum and Lehecka marked the win to reach the finals.

As said, the second match went very close and finally it was Nakashima to win the match 4⁸-3⁶ 1-4 4-2 4⁷-3⁵

Sadly you lost. Lehecka played an amazing match against Stricker and i dont know why it was such a huge odd on Lehecka but he won easily and is in the final now. Nakashima as i predicted before in the thread won easily against Draper and now is in the final and i think he will win the tournament

That was a real final. You were able to win the bet on Brandon. Every set had hard fightback and Brandon didn't leave it easier.  Finally 4⁷-3⁵ 4⁸-3⁶ 4-2 win for him to lift the Next Gen ATP Finals Trophy. The match ended in the third set, but it was a game that lasted long as four sets.

Yes that was a solid win from Brandon, I didn't watch it because there was too much Rugby
on yesterday but I kept an eye on the scoreboard.

He did really well to come back from being 3-1 down in the first set to win it. He deserves it
purely by being unbeaten throughout the tournament.

I did well with both him and Stricker.

I am looking FAA today to win against Ruud. He is in good form and I think he will even cover set handicap which has very nice odds. My other match is from doubles, Ram/Salisbury have good H2H against Granollers/Zaballos, they are playing on surface that suits them and they are in much better form. Again I think set handicap should be covered but simple ML for more security.

Really curious how Nadal will perform, not betting on him until I judge his form a bit.

Felix AA lost Trofo, hopefully the handicap was covered if he was underdog?

Nadal v Fritz later on, this could be a close one and hard to bet on IMO, Frits has
had good form lately.

TBH I find this harder to be on since all players are so capable of beating each other,
the exceptions IMO are both Djokovic and Felix AA, as in Djokovic currently isn't easily
beatable and there are a few more players Felix could have trouble with.

I've been really impressed with Fritz this season. I do admit I did not expect much from him, I don't like that type of players but he's really tough to play against and has started winning in series.
He won 3 tournaments this year, has 43-19 W/L ratio and has just thrashed Nadal at the ATP finals.

I'm really interested to see how he'll finish the tournament, I had him at last place in the group before the tournament started.

That's quite an impressive win / loss ratio for Fritz, he did well yesterday, I put a little bet
on before the match in Fritz +2.5 @ 1.83 and it was safe all the way.

I was surprised to learn that Nadal has played 10 finals and not won any!

He lost again to Djokovic via tie break in the second set, not impressive when the top 10 players can lose 4 times in a row from the same opponent, this has not counted other defeats in the previous year, with this victory Djokovic is far superior in Head To Head with Tsitsipas being 10-2, Tsitsipas has yet to find the right way to dampen Djokovic.

No one can ignore that age will always put great players down, and so far only Djokovic has been able to play at the same level, which is why young players face such challenges against him.
In today match I choose Aliassime to win, his meetings so far with Nadal have always been on clay and it's Nadal's favorite field so it's normal if Aliassime always loses but this time it will be his games
