My Trezor pretty much never connects the first time I plug it in and go to mytrezor.com. I have to unplug/plug it back in multiple times before it finally connects. It usually just freezes at the "loading" part. Anyone else have the problem?  Love the device, but this is extremely annoying.

these things seem to really push the limits of what can be powered by usb. it seems the vast majority of issues can be attributed to insufficient power supply. with me, i had to switch to a thicker usb cable because the thinner one was causing too much electrical resistance so its possible that this could be your problem.

There's no way this thing takes even 250 ma unless there's a short. I'd measure mine but I had to sell it.

I can go around the house and find thin usb cords and it wont work, then i plug in thick ones and it does. People all the time talking about how they had to buy powered usb hubs. The evidence fits very well.

Mine works flawlessly on an unpowered USB hub shared with 2 other devices (webcam and memory card reader),

I think some have a short or bad resistor. Or possible solder bridge.

I am going on 36 hours waiting to see if they are going to fix my balance, as well as if my transaction that is signed is going to be broadcasted.

This is the worst service ever, this is dealing with money! I am trying to do business with people and YOU GUYS are holding me up. Then I get bad ratings because I decided to use a web wallet that doesn't work.

The web wallet never works well, and there is always an issue. Get your stuff together and FIX THIS. Not only have I provided the exact error from my console log, I have to see if my transaction is dropped or not, so I don't send double the money.

I want some compensation not only for my patients but for my business transaction that YOU GUYS are holding up.

I have left negative trust feedback on everyone I know that is involved in this project.

I hope that the Trezor's warranty was carefully written with the help of smart lawyers, so that the company is not held responsible for damages arising from bugs, theft, mishandling by users, hardware and software failures, internet prolems, or problems in the bitcoin network.

As I said before, while keeping your private keys in the Trezor is much safer than keeping them in your laptop, your bitcoins can still be lost or stolen in a number of ways.  Since there is no limit to how much BTC one can store in a Trezor, there is no limit to the amount of BTC one can lose from it.  To forestall potentially disastrous lawsuits, the Trezor management should make sure that clients understand this fact, and that they will have to accept those risks.

Academic interest in bitcoin only. Not owner, not trader, very skeptical of its longterm success.

This is not an issue of TREZOR, no coins were lost, but myTREZOR transaction history is choking up because of some nonstandard transaction was used to pour-in coins.

Hello, firstly, please try to use another USB cable. Our choice of supplier wasn't the best decision... If it does not help, please write to support@bitcointrezor.com, they'll help you find the problem or we'll replace your unit.

Dude, send all your money to a new address. If this new transaction does confirm, the old one cannot confirm anymore. Then send BTC to your client again. If any of that fails, then it *might* be a trezor issue. If this does work then you or server had some network glitch, with no harm whatsoever and you are just retarded to scream like a child about it.

This isn't any problem of Trezor itself, rather, as stick said, mytrezor cannot deal (yet) with this specific non-standard transaction.

If you hurry with your transaction, you can give a try to Electrum, which has finally Trezor support. There's quite a good chance that the transaction will go thru there.

I believe that gweedo is able to send btc to his client via other means. He is just concerned than the original transaction may still get broadcasted (double spend), but that can be easily prevented. You just need to resend the money spent in your dangling unbroadcasted transaction. Then the dangling transaction cannot be accepted anymore thus the doublespend is avoided and everybody is happy.

Edit: It might not be so simple if the transaction history is broken because of the issue stick talks about above. I'd like to hear when and how this resolves.

there's a little bit of what looks like delaminating on the bottom of the screen on my trezor. it looks like a little bubble under the screen. is this because there is a protective sticker that i can just peel off or is it something else?

I have two, trezor classics with this issue, also one has a nick on the bubble. I just ordered a third, I am wondering if it's just a bad batch or what, but it's super disappointing.

The protective layer of plastic over the whole front was removed, it's almost like their is a screen protector on the screen, under the frame.

Sounds like waterproofing.

I see the same thing on my Trezor but honestly I don't know why people are complaining.

True, the screen does not look perfectly clear or uniform when the device is off.  But when you're using it, it does not interfere at all with the display.  It's a very very minor cosmetic issue.

I guess so...

This is not an issue of TREZOR, no coins were lost, but myTREZOR transaction history is choking up because of some nonstandard transaction was used to pour-in coins.

It isn't an issue of trezor, but it is an issue of mytrezor which you guys still run, so it is your fault.

I am going on 36 hours waiting to see if they are going to fix my balance, as well as if my transaction that is signed is going to be broadcasted.

Why should I corrupt the seed of my trezor by loading it into another wallet?

It is still an issue that it is your guy's fault... Also what if electrum picks different inputs than what mytrezor picked, then that transaction will still go thru.

Yes this, but I don't remember the inputs of the transaction, because stupid me thought it would work.

Also trezor support can't you not insult your customers... It is very rude and unprofessional.
