You'd think that multi pool operators would know something about rising difficulties with really high hash rates....

yeah.. but none the less we'll power thru this and everything will be fine after implementing multi algo =]

How long will that take anyway? It sounds like alot of work.

Dev is a machine... remember!

All,

Side note:

Go to Twitter and Vote for $XVG

https://twitter.com/onemanatatime/status/711506100131004416

Cheers-

Rekt
The vote is complete - XVG has "won". Great community effort to get our coin in front. Now let's prove that the prediction of @onemanatatime and others (winner is the first to crash) is not correct!

I'm in Shanghai if I can help with anything via China. Anyway, I think we MUST keep scrypt to keep early mining investors from losing out, it would be really a shame if they invested in scrypt specifically for DOGED/VERGE then lost out because of an algo change. If SHA256 if there's a way to make it a backup in case of other algos faling or smaller reward this might be a viable concept, otherwise it could backlog tx's. I have a feeling SHA256 miners are tired of BTC and NMC not making any new features, and want an alternative to invest hashpower in.

Verge $XVG keep pushing boundaries. #Blackhole only truly untraceable crypto. #MultiAlgo most decentralized crypto.

btw sorry i wasnt around much last night or earlier today, i pinched a nerve in my back last night.. it's getting a bit easier to walk now though. should be back to normal in a day or two.

right now i'm testing some of the new updates to our codebase that myself and others made this week, and they look great! the splash screen only shows for a sec and then wallet opens immediately, instead of a lag..

the chat window now has proper spacing and help commands, and its not seperating words with .'s anymore.

after the multi algo switch, things should be alot smoother! really excited..

newest updates can be seen here:

1 - scrypt, x15, lyra2rev2, blake2s, prime (X15 or X17)) got around 34% of the votes
2 - scrypt, x11, prime, neoscrypt, groestl got around 23% of the votes

There's no reason to prolong the voting anymore basically it's between these options so please Dev let's move to last round of voting and choose between one of these two (option one you choose if it's X15 or X17 that goes for voting X15 had more votes). We need to get moving to MA asap both for further decentralization and to accomplish this major feature. Also get some rest Smiley

at least get rid of the bottom 2...

any other configurations that work?       (i know they all work, i mean..)

the top 3, keep those, reset the votes, and lets redo it, give it the 2days?

I think u said you were going to do a final vote friday... lets clear it up between 3,  then friday do the last 2?

unless we have a clear winner this round...
