btw if your wallet isnt somewhere around block 307k, you might need to resync. i had two people tell me they were stuck at block ~280k.
new release should be out this week! hope you guys are as amped up about it as i am!

ok, wallet stuck on 370455 atm. this related to Sync issue then? not the normal one? lol. no worry, just if i gotta delete the block chain, i'll wait for the new wallet. I run wallet 2 times a day, both at boot up. morning for an hr or 2... then at night for 4-6hrs. depending.  Thinking RaspberryPi wallets, and / nodes. gk |

LMAO, right now it's DGB.
People on polo are all jazzed and I'm not one to be the party pooper. I have some and I'll make money on it because I know what I'm doing, but when will people in alt coins get that the idea of a COIN for a particular industry or item is a joke?
We don't need a specific currency to buy weed, or to buy games, or to buy sex toys or to buy cereal.
A currency should be robust and serve as in intermediary for the exchange of anything a person sees value in.
Oh well, noob money is as easy to take as anyone's.

Yup P75, I been riding the waves on DGB....using profits to buy XVG when its been stuck in the 30's and sometime 20's dips. Hell, I bought a million today at 28, even my 26 buy order from day before finished out.....go figure.  So it was a good trading day for me. selling into those bids is pretty dumb. Whatever..  DGB is a nice, easy mining coin though...with very fast transfers.....what I hope to see here very,very soon.  |

I understand you, they targeted gamers in the start....but are trying for a much more in users. But isn't every coin.
Except when a dev targets and names a coin to a product (potcoin, cannibis, etc for instance) that's a huge limitation to a coin.

There are some situations where I think pinpointed crypto could be interesting, like what Neucoin SAID they were doing. Replacing microtransactions and even ingame money with cryptocurrency is a really cool idea, especially once it is spread out among different platforms.
But, alas, it was just another scamcoin.
I'm still a big proponent of RDD aswell. Don't hit me.

I agree, it looks fantastic. There's the free coin vote but not sure there's any point to it really... They ask for 500USD to be 'fast tracked'. Some might criticise the ethics of that business plan, but personally I don't. I'm sure they get spammed by shitcoins asking to be listed all day every day, and 500USD is not too bad. Their biggest competitor is gourl.io. These guys have a public vote with paid votes which they do not honour (ask the neoscoin guys), and if you email them about being added, they ask for 15BTC. A smaller competitor is litepaid.com. They might have English mistakes on their website, but to be honest, they look decent. They ask for 1BTC. And there's no voting nonsense... Plus as a bonus, they'll add you to litebit.eu, which seems to be a service like Shapeshift. |
