yes we have a new update coming out, please be patient =]
not much longer...
the update will be 1000x better than before too!
still waiting for then next update  we all are and it's not just an ordinary update atm I hold no XVG but I hope to re-enter it because it has one of the top 3 devs of all cryptoworld. I think many will want to go all in once it releases man. I'm really monitoring this board constantly for any sign of an update. With all the orders being off of Trex, I expect it to hit pretty high numbers instantly out of the gate. 100 Satoshi will be easily attainable after this next release. Verging on greatness! |

Is Verge always in maintenance on Bittrex because of the blockchain issues we've been having or is it something else?
The other exchnges always seem to work fine. I'm really getting sick of Trex's shit.

Bittrex was a very high percentage (over 90%) of trading on the coin.
The constant chain lockups were a problem for them when people deposited or withdrew raising complaints and support tickets.
The Dev works closely with them and when they learned there was a major change coming in wallet they did the smart thing.
Sit on the side and wait for the new wallet.
The other exchanges will also have to update their wallets to work with new multi algo wallet.

i have the exchange admins in my contacts. same for pool owners. they are the first people i contact whenever an update it made.
for those of you in irc, steam, i2prc, and now slack, we have a bot that posts in the room whenever a change is made to the source code, along with a link that will take you to the commit and show you exactly what was changed, along with a description i (usually) enter..
when im done testing, the exchanges and pools will be notified (possibly within the next couple of hours)
then i will compile wallets and replace them on our website, and post them for everyone. i will also make a post here the moment after i gave the green light to the exchanges to update =]

Really looking forward to the Multi-Algo update. more people mining - Not people mining more  And for what it is worth, Bittrex did the right thing by halting trading until the new release. They know the VERGE update is worth waiting for. |
