heres their immediate response:

"We have it on our list, but do not currently have any intentions of adding it. Again, we get dozens of requests a day for new additions. If we decide to add we will mention on channels. This is our company policy and consistent response to anyone who asks us to add new coins. "  -Shapeshift

How does one vote on the poll?

Click the white bullet hole next to your desired choice.  then hit submit vote.

X11 asics is already out.

I say multi.

EDIT:http://cryptomining-blog.com/page/3/

You can read the last few pages also from the blog.

Sure not a lot of people have one now but is available.

If you are going to leave your BTC on an exchange please send it to this address instead 1GH3ub3UUHbU5qDJW5u3E9jZ96ZEmzaXtG, I will at least use the money better than someone who steals it from the exchange. Thanks Wink

All,

The only real solution on that board is X11.

Cheers-

Rekt

In this case wouldn't X17 be simply a better option?

I prefer cpu miners the fact anyone can mine making it even more decentralized.

X11 asics is already out.

I say multi.

If this is true it's just  starting but it's still X11 not x15 or 17 although I may be wrong. Anyway we can't fight technology we learn to live adapt to it. Miners are also an important part of the ecosystem and when playing by the rules they help much more than cause harm.

Others will show up to compete. ShapeShift as it stands now it's mainly a playground for VC backed tokens 80% of those "coins" are premined. They chose what their buddies are "investing in" funny cause more than 50% have less than USD 5k daily volume.

Dev

Firstly congratulations on brightening up darkdoge, I love the makeover not so dreary and litrally dark  Wink

Please help me I having nightmare with both verge wallet my old dd wallet and getting my coins either lost or not being able to transfer them.

I have a whole bunch of coins that are mine as the mining pool were not aware of the change over that are sat on the block explorer with my old dd address. I have filled in the suggest an owner form but it wont send either so as im sure you can imagine, i am getting rather frustrated.

I downloaded windows wallet for verge and although the blocks are up to date it says its out of sync and I haven't received any of my coins to the wallet.  I have just signed fr the online one  tried to enable 2fa and cant as not showing a qr or anything to link the two

Huh Huh Huh ???aaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrrrrgggggggggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhh  Huh Huh Huh Huh

please tell me how to sort this jumble.  I have a suspension about the windows wallet being a local issue from my end as i seem to have a couple of newish wallets with same problem of not syncing but i have run out of ideas on that anyway. I have re-installed block chains etc.  It can see connections but all state not synced

Thank you so much

It seems rather odd after the coin finally gaining some relative (and well deserved) value that they wouldn't jump at the chance to list it.

Doesn't show for me. Very odd.

Because only jr members and above are only able to cast votes on polls to avoid cheating from creating new accounts then vote

millfs,

wait for it to sync .   sometimes it taking longer than others. (read back a few pages)

the wallet from the one works directly into the other (well it did when i did it anyhow)

so the exchange wallet, should directly send to the new one just fine.

(ofc do a test amount) then check back next day.

That is unfortunate. Reasonable, but unfortunate. Personally I'd rather continue to use scrypt, as I have already made an investment in an asic miner. Oh well.

same here,

but the multi would be favorable then.

something has to change i admit.    and it looks like the multi option is winning the votes... so far.

Is there a preferred exchange for xvg ? I am using bittrex and the confirmation time is god awful. I don't think it should take hours for a deposit to clear -_-;

I would just point out to all the people bringing up digibyte that myriadcoin was the original five algo coin that dgb forked from. Also, it seems dgb development has stalled while myriad is in the process of releasing a rebase to Bitcoin v0.11.2. So, if multi algo is chosen as the way to go, probably better to fork from myriad and bring verge up to date with a modern btc codebase.
