Different views/perspectives that is all.
I don't know why anyone would not like fair launch POW. To me it is the only way you can launch a trustless decentralised project. If at any stage trust is required it seems then impossible for it to attain trustless decentralised status without a reset. With an annouced ahead of time fair launch POW and a block explorer it is provable that nobody can gain unfair advantage or rather it would be far more difficult and likely detectable.
But i know this is a byteball thread and no POW here so no point to talk about it now I guess.
Best of luck to byteball anyway. Will hold until 1BN cap anway so we'll see.
There is no way this is not going to be a top 10 project on technical merit eventually.
100% agree with you cryptohunter. A lot of criticism can be said about the distribution method and the airdrops and you should always try and remain objective about crypto projects but with such limited supply of byteballs if tony ends airdrops plus the consistent development its only a matter of time before byteball really takes off. I dont say that as a bagholder but as a believer....look at any amazing project in the cryptospace (monero, eth, btc) it took years before they took off and all of them lost 90% of their value at some point. One thing you can;t question is tony's commitment to trying to improve byteball and the fact that other people are developing cool stuff right now. Will byteball survive in 2019 I don't know but I'm willing to take that gamble to see if it will pay off. |

i received the exspected amount of bytes in the last drop but i didn't get any blackbytes.
does anybody have the same problem?
what can i do to receive the amount of blackbytes which was exspected by the chat bot?
(sorry if this problem was already discussed in this thread.)

I'm talking about exchange where you have public addresses. Gbb is private asset. There is no blockchain to track it. So therefore gbb is different than public assets/tokens or gbytes. |

Anybody have similar problem?  What`s wrong with witness? Thanks for reporting. This error is already known and a fix is underway! I am also getting this issue. Is there any estimate as to when this fix will be released? This issue happened before I was able to backup after the most recent distribution so I am getting nervous - I really want to backup. |

I guess if someone wants to do some serious discussion about some technical features of Byteball it is better to wait that all the smalltalk about Byteball free distribution makes a pause - whatever you are posting here these days gets immediately eclipsed by the tons of words of those who argue on their preferred distribution models...
