For instance, if you want to transfer an ethereum's erc-20 token you need gas (priced in eth) to pay for transaction fees i.e. you need to have eth so that you can send an erc-20 token. As Saxnot said: ... BlackByte are like a Token.
Byteball is a platform and bytes are the fuel to running this platform. To transfer any asset built on byteball (blackbytes for instance), you need to pay for transaction fees in bytes. |

Next airdrop to BTC holders is planned in March, but the ratio has been much lowered and it's more a symbolic airdrop. Distribution is now supposed to be made through cashback program and another way that is not announced yet. |

If you want to send a Token there you need a little amount of ETH which is used as GAS. Nothing unusual here except your comment. |

Most of us had some really bad investment experiences in crypto and were quite upset. This might count for this guy as well. Edit: I am not saying Byteball is a bad experience, but seeing your investment shrinking is generally a bad experience  |

I recently moved some stuff around and the transition bot seems to be offline. I couldn't find any plans for the next rounds of distribution yet though, so was wondering if I need to stay on top of this.

The next airdrop is planned in March with a very low ratio (0.1GB for 16 BTC), if BTC and GB price stay the same it won't worth the time spent for linking. An empty linked address is enough to get your blackbytes. |

'Gimmie my free stuff so I can spend it, and then complain that I didn't get more free stuff to dump the other free stuff'. 'What do you mean I can't buy or sell a house without a fee?' - Yes, you need cash to sell a house. You can't use a portion of the house as payment to sell the house. Ok ok, not a great anology, but you get the point. That's said, go convert $1 of your other alt back into byteball so that you can sell off your blackbytes. And, stop complaining about your free money. |
