vs

The lower earlier board has a different pinout to accept FPGA's to test the board.  Not a sign of trouble.

hmmm chances that phoenix and I still lost our wagered coins on bitbet with the pizzaman?  - (>98%)
ooooooh, stop!!!!    Yes!!

ewwww.....you didn't just do that right?....(some people the bigger the "chip" the more they "get off on it")

er by the by it is 10:31am in Sweden  more or less at the time of this post....so depending on how "hard" they want to "push this"

(sorry the whole chip/board thing is getting me off too)

anyway...they have more or less 13 hrs or so to "move" something out the door will be interesting...

Old Style Legacy Plug & Play BBS System. Get it from www.synchro.net. Updated 1/1/2021. It also works with Windows 10 and likely 11 and allows 16 bit DOS game doors on the same Win 10 Machine in Multi-Node! Five Minute Install! Look it over it uninstalls just as fast, if you simply want to look it over. Freeware! Full BBS System! It is a frigging hoot!:)

Judging from orama's pic they had to redo boards.

That is the same board from the vid.

It is different from the pen pic board.

One easily identifiable difference is silkscreen and mounting holes for two 6pin power connectors.
The pic of Sam with the board shows one location populated and one unpopulated. (top left unpopulated)

Populated with connector is by his thumb.

Looking at the photo's of the board something i see is missing.

The competition for a slogan on the board. Where is it Huh
I was wondering which one had won, but i can't seem to find it (looking on my ipad mini but for a slogan it should be something to notice i guess)
it was supposed to be on the mainboard, not the asic modules

On the mainboard of the Beaglebone ? Why extra costs on a standard out of the shop on stock board.
Sound's more likely to be on the board KNC designs. Maybee there stackingboard then that connects the Beagle serials to the hashing boards.

Looks like the margins on the time margins got pretty much used up, I wonder how the margins on the gigahash margins and the margins on the power usage margins have been doing...

-MarkM-

Why the sarcasm? IIRC they never stated that they had margins with their time management. It was a close call from the start, and Kudos to them for making it happen in that timeframe.
And thank you for confirming my previous post regarding GH and power trolls  Cool

Huh? All I was getting at was that the other margins might maybe have been much greater than the time margins, since as we all knew there were not a heck of a lot of time margins involved at all...

Maybe it's on the package? Can't read it except for the logo.

All,
We have one more photo for you. As you can see this is the controller board with the BeagleBone. You may notice the quote on the board in the top right hand corner "The whole world only one block apart"
We would especially like to thank D.Wolk for this quote and we think with bitcoin having such a global scope it’s very appropriate.

I can understand why KNC staff is happy about being able to deliver (unlimited amount) of stuff that brought them a nice amount of money. Failing to understand why people here are happy for being confirmed to receive a product that will no longer give a positive ROI, while being unable to cancel their orders.

That would be 50% hashing speed increase for a Jupiter. Will they cut a chip in 2 and add one half of a chip to the Mercuries? Smiley)

Has KnC ever said this is a monolithic die, or possibly 4 (or more) dies in a package?
