It depends upon the person on how they will use bitcoins but i dont think that this is being developed in the bad side.

It's because bitcoin is convenient to use, it's easy to pay or send money through bitcoin compared when sending or paying with fiat money. Not just that bitcoin is convenient, it is also profitable because it's price is volatile, it can multiply multiple times depending on it's market demand.

Because they all know that expiry time of cash has arrived and bitcoin will take over the current currency method soon and those who say this are the true believer of bitcoin and they earned a lot of profit through this coin and most probably they want that everyone use bitcoin and get maximum benefits from it and the best thing of bitcoin is that it can be used as investment then why we support a piece of paper to use.

I agree with you. It is always depend on the person or to the people if how they will use bitcoin because bitcoin is a total freedom so there will be no problem for them on where they are going to use it but for almost of the people in the bitcoin community, they are using it for good and the future of bitcoin will be good because the bad side of bitcoin is just so low and for me, it will be solved in the future with the right regulation of the authorities.

Let me enlighten you guys. Satoshi don't have a single intention for Bitcoin to be used in such manner. Its just that, the concept of Bitcoin itself dragged it down to this lewd and illegal contents. You see, porn sites and the 'black market' are all illegal, therefore if a currency (let's say Dollar) is being used in this kind of platform, it will easily going to be tracked by that government (those transactions) and eventually caught these people that are behind all of these.

But, what if they use a currency that are free to its utilization? Free from crime, and free from recognition. Here comes the concept of cryptocurrency, decentralization. By this people who're using this kind of currency to that platform will just going to easily slip through any illegal acts. They can pay for the Porn, buy weapons, drugs etc. and won't be caught by the government, because they are incognito.

Also this is one of the reasons why some country bans cryptocurrencies.

Yes that was right if the person are think that bitcoin can help by him in the future then he will you use it for the best not for something that cant help by him so if some are choose bitcoin over fiat may he has some personal reason why. For me i may choose bitcoin over fiat cause i know that bitcoin are more good than fiat because of its ability to have the huge of profit.

Some people prefer bitcoin over fiat because on some places bitcoin is tax free. I guess it's not bad to use bitcoin for something as long as you're not breaking any law/rules from your place. There's much more misuses of btc but if we continue this discussion it's getting kinda off topic when the title is about bitcoin and fiat.

Well yes I think it is, in fiat the money that you have will stay in its amount no matter what happened, unlike in bitcoin the chances of having a double amount of profit more than you hold is feasible , you can expect that sooner your money will be more than what its amount today, well this is one of the reason I think.

I'm not really surprised that some people prefer to use Bitcoin over fiat. Bitcoin is much faster, safer and more anonymous when it comes to international transfers and the most important: such transactions are available 24 hours a day unlike conventional banking in my country. I wouldn't use Bitcoin for small payments because they are too slow for that.

Yes, don't use bitcoin for small payment because the fee is still the same whether small or big transaction. Better hold and invest only to accumulate more bitcoin than use it to pay for your little errands and stuff like that that fiat money can handle.

I don't think so, you don't need to possess a college degree to use Bitcoin. You just need to be technically inclined to be able to transact using your Bitcoin pocket book. Also when it comes to buying and selling even educated people generate losses with Bitcoin, understanding is not enough that you should revenue in trading occasionally you need other things such as persistence to have the profit you want.

Actually nobody really 100% use Bitcoin and never use Flat. You imagine, in this world not all places of sale and purchase know Bitcoin and if you shop at traditional markets, you still have to use Flat. For some people who have a lot of money, aka the rich, choose to use Bitcoin as a transaction tool because it is easy and only need to scan the existing QR-code. For example like in restaurants, hotels, supermarkets, and even now there is Bitcoin ATM.

Hi there malekbaba! Indeed some people use the bitcoin as a currency for purchasing illegal stuff. But I think that market fuel the bitcoin which bring it to the people and government spotlight, I’m referring to the Silk Road marketplace. Based on my readings, Satoshi aim to make the currency uncontrollable by the government or private company thus freedom to use it in an unlawful way takes its place. This is the curse of freedom just like what happen to the internet, it is also developed for the good and advancement of humanity, but evil works always take their place.

because it is a better form of savings.
despite being volatile bitcoin is very beneficial if you will invest on it for a long time.
