I'm slightly off grid again, the weather is amazingly sweet.
Last time was in June, where I had to cut it short for a few days - because of da pumping.
Hopefully by the time I return, we'll be back @$10k levels - at least.

Keeping half an eye of course, my longs are doing just great.
Yippee ki yay motherfuckerzzz. Cool

For your longs to be healthy, you must have had them open since the 3k levels earlier this year. Is that so?

I wonder what kind of liquidity would one need in an account if they were to open a short at the 19k levels and ride it all the way down to the 3k levels, considering the swings have been pretty wild in the meanwhile.

I have a feeling we may breach $9,000 again by the end of the week. No TA, I just think the bottom is in & we’ll start to creep upwards consistently before we end the year.

Halving not too far away = Bullish

roach getting quite lyrical lately?
revealing a softer side of herself?

Roach is a she?

Does this mean she found that out after the botched PE surgery? JK

Okay now this may not sound very optimistic but similar thought process worked when people were talking about LTC halving, look what happened since.

I know BTC is a different beast and historically it has always performed well after halving, I am just saying it is just too narrow of an event to consider going bull.

I don't get it. I'd say all it takes for a long to be healthy is having been open below the current price, but maybe it's just me.

All the fiat economists who live off of government welfare financed from the devaluation of your money agree that bitcoin is bad.

With enemies like these, who needs friends!

stock to flow

That stock to flow is predicting a valuation of $100k by late spring 2020.  Shocked That isn't very far away.

We move in weekly now, so a short here might still be a good play.

Would be surprised if we don't see sub $7k before we go up.

Edit:

and I thought I was an asshole

Don't worry. You are.

Fuck you fatty!

I think you're onto something here Arriemoller.
We already have Thursday set aside for JJG appreciation day but Tuesday is wide open.   We could designate Tuesdays as "Fuck you Fatty Tuesday" and have our own weekly Mardi Gras with beads 'n shit.
Alternatively, we could designate Fridays as "Fuck You Fatty Friday" for the alliteration since that rolls of the tongue nicely.  Whatever happens, we should probably get infofront to change the OP again to reflect the new special days.  I would hate to think of what might happen if a newbie were to happen upon this thread and become confused and as we know, Fatman3001 is quite anal about accuracy in attribution while quoting others (when convenient).  Make sure you spell his name right infofront!  It has two tees.

Naaaah it isn't, but some regulars get a merit easier with a moon content post (not only for the post, but for being a long time contributor)

gentlemand for example isn't a short period moon talk poster (he does believe longterm) but you will not find some short period moon post of him, of-course there are many more like this and he will easily get merit cause people respect them...

I think merit comes for good posting, as it comes of respecting another member (with me it will come more cause people like me the way I am and respect me for being a contributing guy not for technical talk but for other things)

I think when one behave in a normal way and speak his mind, not annoying everyone else and be somewhat polite mixed with some humor and stuff, the merit will follow.

Also with new and very new members merit comes with better thinking so if I send a new member merit it could be a person with only interest to sigh campaign, if I let say send xhomerx10 some merit for making a person a HAT, then I know my merit is well spend not on BTC talk, but on creating a nice atmosphere to the place and as well I know he will recent the merit where its DUE.

So merit will come but only writing a good post isn't all (its important of-course) but being a somewhat polite and helpful person to the place is merit worthy as well....

Just live a good honest clean life, that should be merit enough my man. Just like a bitcoin wallet, you can make as many accounts as you want (as you already know).

Not every thread about Bitcoin has to be negative or "realistic". Sometimes the people just want to have fun and be positive in the one place on the internet not overrun by trolls.

Its okay to love the sat, stack the sat, the sat encourages it, rewards it.

buy or die.

Well then I should say your BTC knowledge is 0. Halving is EXTREMELY bullish and the price will start rising before the halving and will go parabolic after the halving. I'm too lazy to browse through your post history but I'm somehow sure you're a shitcoiner or a nocoiner. I've always questioned myself why shitcoiners visit this thread and spread bearish BS here and why don't bitcoiners visit shitcoin threads and spread FUD there? Because we don't need it! Shitcoins will die natural death and all shitcoiners will turn into bitcoiners or bitter nocoiners. Like take for example toknormal: they guy is balls deep into shitcoins - he's been mining, trading and hodling shitcoins from at least 2013. He has mined and traded shittiest of shitcoins I don't even know how to spell correctly and most of them are probably already dead anyway. Why he keeps coming here and spreading FUD with his bearish gibberish? I dont get it...
