1/ Pleased to present my paper on the Bitcoin Realised Value to Transfer Ratio (RVT Ratio). This supports

The RVT Ratio is a high conviction counterpart and calibration for the NVT Ratio.

2/ The RVT acts as a slower but higher conviction signal for block-space demand.

With the Realised Cap in the numerator and on-chain volume in the denominator, the RVT is more strongly tethered to the chain than NVT.

RVT is likely to retain stronger signal relevance over time.



3/ In the current market condition, the RVT + NVT pair have shown to pull back following a distinct drop in on-chain transaction volumes.

Part Tether migration.
Part exchange driven short squeeze.
Part Calm before the Bull.

The RVT dipped a toe < 10...The Bull is close...

I'm not shitting my pants yet. On the contrary, I made a few sats with a part of the short (grown a little in the meantime).
Meanwhile, pushing my long a bit and planning to buy some more physical bitcoin.

On the other hand, I would really shit my pants if were to reach 3k territory. And I would buy like there's no tomorrow, still wearing soiled pants.

Current news about Googles Quantum Computer may be weighing on Crypto.

By 2021 , it is theorized that 256 bit encryption could be cracked by quantum computing.

Although Quantum Computing has a tangential application set to classical computing, the current breakthrough by Google indicates things could change ... uncertain.  

This is worth keeping an eye on, because it could become an existential threat to encryption.

I have read some discussion about this previously, and I believe that SHA256 hashing is not affected (by quantum calculations) in the same way as 256 bit encryption.

...might just cause a dip in prices for now.
