There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

^ Friendly reminder of what is happening Bought all the way down. Buying all the fucking way up too Edit - mic, did you know you have the 5th highest received Merit rank on the entire forum? I probably have been replicating what you did after the Gox crash in 2014, since 2018. I've been buying since 2016 but all of my big serious buys came after 2018/January. I went completely berserk after the last bull run happened. I am pretty sure that's what you did after the gox pump. Just like you, bought while it was $15k and $6k, bought when it was $3.5k too. Still buying while it is $5.5k. Look at that clever fuck: A pullback to $6k ( $3k would be better than ever would be more than awesome to be honest. I still got many papers in the bank account waiting for the right time. I am already getting in from the whatever price I get at that time with my newly earned money but I need a cheap price to let my old money go. Just created this gif for only this post. I really did put %100 but only once or twice. While it was above $6k. I am glad I didn't continue like that for long. I'll be holding and even buying more till the next halvening at least. I was making purchases with %10 of my monthly income and starting from last month I increased it to %100. I'll be throwing every bit I get from my work to Bitcoin for the next 2 years. (Not touching the papers in the bank already unless bitcoin goes below $3k) Max Keiser who has been holding since $3, says it won't stop till It breaks $100k. I'll take that bet.
Why teh fuck I was still buying If I knew we were going way lower? I bought his goddamn stash from him today probably. Don't get me wrong, I too think we might go lower. A lot lower. But every goddamn month I have do make a decision. I'll either buy FIAT, Gold or BTC. I already bought a lot from the first 2 and goddamit they ain't fucking moving. Gold (physical) is a pain to cash out and papers are just papers.
There is simply not a better buy than bitcoin no matter the what the price is. From now on I am going %100 btc with my monthly income. (was %10 before, yeah I was a pussy) Let's see how I'll end up.
See?? The answer was in the same post, there wasn't anything else to buy!! (there still isn't) Some history... sorry about that. A bit drunk too. Cheers. edit: I didn't buy enough (just regular buys) when it was the right time. $3k. FUCKKKKKKKK >:[

Trading has a learning curve that pretty much looks like this: < It's gritty, stressful, takes forever to get anywhere, and some >90% of people burn their accounts within a year. And of the remainder not many are really successful enough to make a living. If you want to do it only use play money and don't increase your trading pool until you've been successful for years. Keep in mind that if you see a strategy online that claims to work it either doesn't or it won't for very long because of everybody jumping on it.

Hey guys, I just landed at Haneda airport in Tokyo. It's already late here and I'm f... tired so I'm not gonna do anything tonight. I just wanted to post a cool thing I saw at the airport. Some of you probably heard about a store called Bic Camera. There are many of them here. They sell electronics but also some other stuff. Well they accept Bitcoin as a payment. How cool is it that one of the first things I see here is Bitcoin related ? I hope I can post more, much more tomorrow. Thank you!! It's great to have someone to do our travel reconnaissance; that should it easier for us old farts to find our way around the world with less stress once Bitcoin moons again... and again... and oh, WTF ̅a̅g̅a̅i̅n̅

How did you actually end up so early in BTC?? I told my luckbox story already numerous of times..... A $3 billion market cap was not so long ago in bitcoin. We were there in late 2014 and a couple of times in 2015 - as late as September/October 2015. That is quite remarkable, when you ponder upon it.

Very nice! Looks delicious, healthy and romantic. One of my favourite snacks is hummus, garlic stuffed olives and brown rice crackers (Mary's for me)

Are there any WO snooker fan members?
I don't claim to have any special skill at the game, but I quite enjoy playing pool. Really enjoy the "actual physics" involved with the game. I used to be very competitive around 20 years ago (8-ball, 9-ball). Hell, even my girlfriend at the time ranked up nicely. Then drug abuse really kicked in. Now it's a passion to watch snooker. I do very well commentating, figuring out what's on the player's minds - so friends tell me. Still play a few times within a year. Higgins is off to the final after a little drama. One of the best performing players under pressure. Probably against Trump.

Out of smerits so I owe U. Made me chuckle. Nice edit :-)
What's also funny is if there is someone working their way through that thread and comes across your post. They will be like WTF?
Good point. I'd better add a disclaimer at some point or my existence will go full Life Of Brian. thats a shame the edit can be seen.. otherwise a great story building a rudimentary time machine that goes wrong, a bold escape from the time cops, saved by stealing a TARDIS thats later destroyed etc.. pffft. so now you can tell it edited. you just crushed a future readers dreams.
