Why people are holding Bitcoin?

when bitcoin hit higher price, they will sell it. they believe bitcoin price will more grow than now.
for me, better sell bitcoin when the price increase than hold in too much longer.

Well you are to the extent you are bound to miners and devs, but there are plenty of other coins that get closer to your system of thought or you can launch your own.

i am also planning to hold bitcoins because it's value is rising up frequently. And this can convert my money to a higher value but with the same price that i deposited for the past days, this can be a good source of income if you think that it is higher enough to convert the bitcoins in to money, but the sad part about this is if the bitcoin value drops very low and you didn't have a chance or take the chance to withdraw it when it is very high.

Simple answer here is that they believe in the value of bitcoin and they are confident that its value will keep soaring in the future. There are so many reasons to support their confidence like the supply and demand logic, positive opinion regarding bitcoin by majority of the world etc. I too share this same opinion.

honestly i sometimes hate to hear people keep talking about value only in bitcoin. where actually there's a lot more benefit inside bitcoin invention , for example it's planned as the revolutionary money , revolutionary financial sytem that gives you completely freedom to hold and spend your money easily anywhere anytime with its blockchain technology. even though i admit that value are an important thing too. that's a promising investment when it comes to long period business.

Yep, bitcoins has large of benefits than other instrument of investment like gold although the process to get bitcoins almost is same with mining, but on bitcoins we can take it on every where, we can put the bitcoins on smart phone and full control, bitcoins is more easy to be sent to around the world be compared with gold, also bitcoins has chance to become new currency in the world be used for all of the people around the world too.

People are holding bitcoin because they are still waiting for the time that the value of the bitcoin becomes higher and they are waiting so that their investment will grow and they can get the return on investment.

I feel you on this. I started my interest in Bitcoin when it was still at $800 and that was last year or two years ago but look at its price today. You will really feel sad if you didn't bought atleast one or didn't bought a lot. But don't worry it isn't late yet since I am sure it will still increase its value every year.

For them it has a good reason. And one of the reason or the main reason, is the VOLATILITY of bitcoin. Volatility is the sudden increase and decrease on the value on that one thing. A sudden increasing or decreasing of the value or price. That's the volatility. Some retailers or investors hold bitcoin for so long period of time, because that is their technique to earn and gain fiats. For example, I have .09125 BTC on my acc. I know that the price of bitcoin as of now is so low, so, I buy bitcoins to other seller with the low price. And when the time that my bitcoin or the bitcoin increase its value, i sell my bitcoins, for higher price. That's the cycle. And that's why some investors keeping them on a long period of time. That's only one of the reason

one of the reason being volatility and mostly upward volatility. the bitcoin is touching new highs every year month week and now days. current value is 4750$ and its going to go wayy higher than this , this is what people (including me ) believe in bitcoin and they are holding and trying to accumulate more and more.

Because many people want a high profit. Or maybe waiting for a much better high value of the bitcoin fo them to do not regret someday becuase bitcoin is volatile .becuase many people want to become a rich .

That's why a lot of people now are holding their bitcoins, because there are a story of a 12 years old boy who became rich because of holding bitcoin, and maybe if we hold our bitcoin for a long time, there is also a possibility that we can be rich in the future.
