most traders hold bitcoin because the price is not as expected, each trader has a prediction for the expected price so the reasons are different but the point is equally looking for profit.

Simply because the person who keeps holding the bitcoin knows and believes that our future is bitcoin ,because we all know that there is a possibility to increase the price. if you buy bitcoin and the price will double this maybe our way to be rich. |

People who knows about bitcoin I think will choose holding it's money in Bitcoin form instead of stacking up your money in a bank. Why? Obviously because of the fast growth regardless of its volatility, and people are quite confident and sure that whenever dips are coming there would always be a rise that would come. With the past performance of bitcoin with just almost ten years, we are seeing it's ability to make our money grow with just simply HODL'ing. It is not all about simply by being rich instantly, people are just taking advantage to buy more and hold for the incoming growths, and get their profits.

This is why many trader is expert becuase they dont want to lose any money so tht's why they are always hold their bitcoin becuase they know that the value of bitcoin have a potential to increase so i think they want a high profit that's why they'll holding their bitcoins. |

Simply because the person who keeps holding the bitcoin knows and believes that our future is bitcoin ,because we all know that there is a possibility to increase the price. if you buy bitcoin and the price will double this maybe our way to be rich. Yes of course the only reason to hold bitcoin is that they want to use it for future and I also want to do it because I have also hold a lot of bitcoin with myself and I am waiting for right time once if come to high price then I will sell and because I want to start my own business in future and I am sure bitcoin is the only source which can help me. |

Peolple oftenly hold bitcoin because of their hope that bitcoin price will always rise as time goes by. This is just their strategy to gain more profit out of their investment in bitcoin. They are just waiting for the right time. Buying and selling of bitcoin is an effective way of gaining bitcoin. So holding bitcoin when you think it is not the right time is the best thing to do.

Most probably those people are investors who do the long term goal. They do not care how low would the value of bitcoin decrease because they are aiming for the long term and they knew that the decrease would be temporary and it will recover in the coming years. |

People holding bitcoin because of volatility value of bitcoin.It quite good to hold for a while then sell it on price increase.of bitcoin.Especially to those only hoping for bitcoin earnings only.Some are joining bitcoin for just an extra income or just exact for their needs.Some are bitcoin savers which have a lot of money can hold bitcoin until the price is very expensive.Bitcoin is a sleeping giant,theres a time that you can sold it for a high value. i am agree with this and because of volatility, we can make a nice profit. if we see in the market, the up and down is happen too often and i think there will be a good chance for us if we can follow the price and i am sure that we can found any of gap price so we can trying to buy and sell when its high. but my advice is we need to hold if we want to make a big profit and once the price is increase, it will increase higher than the price before and will break the barrier so it will up too high. |

There are really investors here who put a lot of money in bitcoin for the long haul. Those investors care for the value of bitcoin, but they are not scared if the price of bitcoin goes down. They don't panic. And they understand that it is part of the system. Bitcoin will not be bullish everytime and even it would decrease they still hold and hope that bitcoin can recover and will go further than the previous price. That is their mindset. Their investment is like 1 or more years in bitcoin. |

People are holding bitcoins because there is a continuous change in its value. Like last month bitcoin's value was decreasing and it was the good time to hold and buy bitcoins because now their value has increased. Which means if they sell their coins today they will earn profit, and it may happen that in coming days the value may rise more and they earn morr profit.

Most of us believe that Bitcoin's price will increase in the long term. But how long is long-term? Is a holding period of 2 years sufficient or is 10 years required? Eventually, all of us have to cash out if we want to enjoy the appreciation in Bitcoin's price. |

Probably they are just waiting for a right time to sell their bitcoins. Because they believe that 5years from now bitcoin price probably twice or triple as of today's price. Anyway, holding bitcoins isn't good enough because it can't multiply if you are just holding it, using it for some areas just like trading it might get big profit also rather than waiting for the best strike of bitcoin price. |

Why people are holding bitcoin....like traders people who doing bitcoin buy bitcoin in low price and sell at the highest price in that way you can earn lot...but you must have a dicipline and patient in terms of bitcoin trading
