An english version is available (and probably was the original) on the coincorner site, you can change the language in the upper right corner.  It also translates automatically into french and spanish...

An english version is available (and probably was the original) on the coincorner site, you can change the language in the upper right corner.  It also translates automatically into french and spanish... 

It is difficult to know when they are interviews or advertorials since the latter is a very extended experience.

The difference is that NAV coin is a pure payment coin (or want to be) while eHealth is a project going into a specific use case. I still don't see the use for community votes here like for example in your example. This coin is not about a community as itself but is trying to build something useful instead.
