Have you guys seen why QKR price has risen to 0.05 $? It's because one guy has bought about 7 QRK for the meager price of $6.56 ...It's crazy how easy it is to manipulate coinmarketcap.... $47 to push QRK from #10 to #7 ... The admins of coinmarketcap should fix their algorithm.

During the last Bitcoin bubble Quarkcoin rised to 30k Satoshi, that was about 0.3$ at the peak. Considering next already incoming Bitcoin bubble, BTC price may rise up to 5-7k$ dollars so if Quark would come back to the 30k Satoshis it would be worth about 2 dollars then.
Could be.... many people have a target price of 1-2 $ .... me too. For older coins like worldcoin, digitalcoin, quarkcoin, zetacoin, feathercoin it is very possible to reach 1-2$ or even more if next Bitcoin boom will come and most probably it will come this year.

Yes, coins work like wine, they need to "age"... before they start tasting good.

The admins of coinmarketcap should fix their algorithm. With 47$ the guy has increased the market cap of quark by 6 millions. This and the minimal value of 1 satoshi for coins with hundred of billions of coins issued are the things why you shouldn't take into account coinmarketcap when doing trades.

Exactly, or coinmarketcap should adjust their algorithm, to account for this

For the above book called Cryptocurrency "The Alt-ernative" I am currently writing the history section for QRK. I am reading through the entire 310 pages of this thread. Hopefully I will be finished tonight

I have decided to display all 4 pages for Quarkcoin. I have skim read the first 250 pages of this thread in order to gather main historical events. I will finish reading it all tomorrow. Please say if anything is incorrect or missing at the moment. Does the first page approximately detail when the blocks were generated?
Much of the third page is written down on paper for the time being. Researching a coin is a very long and time consuming process indeed lol
You've been writing this book like you're writing the bible or you're doing hercules 12 tasks. I'm starting to believe you're more interested in donations that in actually wrting something.

I am very devoted to my project. I have finished many sections such as ANC, IFC, HBN, IFC, RDD and so on. Most of the sections I have finished have not been displayed on forums. I enjoy every hour of it

Are the dates in the table correct? I thought the block reward halved approx every 3 weeks. On the forum, however, the block rewards seem to halve on different dates. If they are incorrect in the table, can someone please say when the block reward halved each time.

If they are incorrect in the table, can someone please say when the block reward halved each time. As you've stated, the having is only approx. every 3 weeks. It is actually entirely dependent on the block number. When the hashrate on the network increases substantially, due to more miners joining or a more efficient miner being released, blocks are solved a lot faster until the next retarget calculation, so the reward halves faster than expected. When a lot of miners drop off, it may take longer for the same number of blocks to be found until a retarget, so the reward would halve more slowly in this case. Taking all of that in to account, do the periods of quicker or slower reward adjustment still seem strange?

There are currently 3 things going on with this coin.
1. Suppress any negative information regardless if it's factual. Insult and avoid debaters. People who respond to this post calling me a "troll" or "spreading FUD" will be further proving my point. 2. Make claims to features and future development, but provide no actual details and most of these features and developments never actually materialize. 3. The rationale of the people who defend Quark reeks of naivete or devotion to some sort of religion, rather than sober a cost/benefit analysis.
This is a coin you really don't want to get into with the current group of people behind it. I think you will see a sub $0.01 Quark very soon.

I think i know who you are, weren't you banned from reddit or at least i heard lots a negative things that you deliberately tried to spread fud, you must be kaihau.
Also it's better for a development to be 100% certain it will deliver, then made public or else it would be a false promise. So i disagree with all of your points.
Also the current team is much more professional than many other coins, the fact that they managed to have quark as the first crypto to get accepted for the game of a worldstar celebrity which goes console and pc sais enough.

I think if you will hold long enought you will see $1 per quark.
