I really love how everyone knows what's best to the customers that feels screwed by hashfast. Expecially the guys with an activity count between 40 and 60.
I have a question for you.

Do you have any tangible proof that hashfast will delivery anything before the end of the year?
Because i don't. Like a pic of a PCB. Do we have a pic of the PCB we should have received already?

Please share if you have one.

You knew what you were getting into.  The writing was painted on the walls by more than a few members here and if you didn't do your due diligence then you have no one to blame but yourself.

Because I hate feeding the Lawyers.

HF is not outside of their October 30 shipping window yet, so I think threatening legal action at this point is a bit premature. I'll wait until Nov. 1 and then assess what my options are.

Mail or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule states you should be able to cancel your order and get a refund at any point before they shipped the product. If you want a refund, you should be able to cancel now, without having to wait until they missed their self imposed deadlines. Of course if you would rather have the product sometime in November, and you are worried you might not get it, then by all means wait, I see no reason yet to believe they will not ship at all.

I am sorry but I would agreed with cedivad. BFL as bad as they were posted PCB's hashfast has not posted anything. A stack of seasonic psus, a pic of one pcb nothing.

What, exactly, would constitute such proof for you (short of Hashfast announcing that they wouldn't)?
There is no evidence to the contrary, not even a blurry pic of a plausible PC board or a box of fans.  They openly state that they have no chips.  There's nothing tangible *at all* here, thus no "tangible evidence."

Thats the perfect example what pictures of PCB`s and other components other that ASICs are worth: NOTHING.

Crumbs, honestly, how can you expect that i take you seriously after you trolled the KNC thread for MONTHS?

There is a reason everybody has you on ignore. I estimate that after Hashfast is delivering you will just move on to the Cointerra-thread and proceed trolling there?

What's your point?  That KNC customers are going to be rich, despite my warnings?  If i have made false claims in the KNC thread, feel free to quote.

To answer your questions:
1.  I don't expect everyone to take me seriously -- certainly not you.
2.  Obviously not everyone has me on ignore -- you don't.
3.  I'm not arguing that Hashfast won't deliver -- simply that there is no evidence that they will.

If you have further questions, don't hesitate to ask.

You have to admit that crumbs is right.
Unless there's nothing shipped you never *know*.
Remember KnC 'shipping september'.

I guess the ignore btn has been pressed by those who couldn't deal with painful facts and indications wrapped in funny trolling.
And maybe by some who where wrong and got it rubbed into their faces..

Anyway, i will continue to push on that button: where are some solid proofs that hashfast has something, expect than pieces of paper from everyone?
If they can't produce a pic of PCB really soon, hey, that might not exists.
The consequence of that is that they never really tough to be shipping in october, and than, they lied to us all for all the time.

What does on their way means? That everything but the substrate (capacitor and resistors v2.0) was ready? Because it should have been, right? They have always claimed so. So, where are they?

I think it's quite clear, as stated they have one component which has let them down and this is the reason for them being late.

All this talk of HF never delivering is inflammatory given the PR.

Are you sayng that the chip being late implies the boards being late?
God, i always tough they where two different things.

HF announced that they were a bit behind but why is this thread pulling out the pitchforks?   I didn't see another HF update and they obviously don't have chips at this moment so all you can do is wait for the chips and then you may have some idea of a shipping date.   Prior to KNC receiving chips the exact conversations happened,   what changed after the HF delay post 2 days ago til now?

KNC never posted any pictures of their chips either, just cases, and here they are hashing. (I'm hashing too, feels good). But, I have faith in HashFast as well. In fact, I have more invested in HF.

@cedivad

As a hero member, you should know what the risks are in bitcoin land.  I didn't get KNC because I was uncomfortable with ordering  from another country.  I weighed the pros cons of HF and purchased a few BJ.   I am still hoping to get my bitcoins back.

I am more interested in getting these miniboards....  who cares about cases and power supplies.... I just want the miniboards. I will treat them like  the new GPU.

It is a too early to be talking law suits... jeeezz....  take a chil pill... smoke a joint.. have a drink... go get laid... something other then what you've been doing Wink
