the only thing that would make me a happy hashfast-customer, would be two full sierras in my house in the first half of January 2014, instead of a quasi-obsolete BabyJet with upgrade.

The one thing I can see really fucking this up is the fact that they're only sending *chips* as part of the MPP. They consider getting a rig to put them in a completely separate matter. >.<

No, they said they would be sending full boards. That aspect is covered. The problem is the shipping date of the MPP, they never said that it would be in February. They only talked about how "benefits are calculated". That's the real problem. They will stole from us as much as they can, and in this case it will be at least that.

If the network difficulty increases at an average of 70-90% per month and they ship on time we could see the majority of our money back.

However, i really don't trust them with anything... They simply won't.

I have send them questions suggesting that, but have no answers back. That is the best and simplest way of solving all this mess, but I do not think they will do so as they are so smart

So when do the lawsuits start? Over promised, promised delivery?  Promised MMP? Promised full refund in the payment that was received? They havent shippex within 90 days? They change thier tos? promised updates? now how do you have confidence in a company that cant keep thier promises?

We have received such a  positive response to the added benefit that the MPP will provide full modules for batches 2 & 3, that we have officially decided to extend this benefit to everyone covered by the HashFast Miner Protection Program™ in Batch 1.

This means that full modules will be made available to cover any MPP obligation to Batch 1 Baby Jet customers.  At that time, Hashafast will make empty rigs available for sale at competitive prices.

They could go from zero to hero by sending the MPP with the initial order.

Until the change the ToS and website to say that the MPP is only bare chips, and by bare chips the mean blank silicon. The customer is responsible for all power, cooling, PCBs and getting transistors etched onto the chip.

Back in the days, i think that there was a 300BTC bounty for such a bot. Than the BTC price exploded and the bounty was retired.

MPP with the first shipment? If it happens in January, yes, why not? Other than that i really don't see that coming...

At this points there is nothing HashFast can do to be a hero in B1 customers' eyes other than refund them for every bitcoins they paid and that's never going to happen.

And where do you think all these extra chips (4 times B1) will be coming from?  A rocket run?  If they were to do that they will have to take the B2/B3 chips away from B2/B3 to give to their B1 customers, not only will this further delay B2/B3/B4 customers, but they will piss off all of their customers by driving up the difficulty much higher and fastest than anyone expected overnight.

I hope Johns predictions are more accurate this time than the ones that were posted on reddit. I will ask for the pcb photos (remenber that they said like a month ago they were already done) and we will find out soon

He said that while they expect to ship around Jan 1-31 2014, the confirmed dates for shipping are march 2014.

Promised vs Guaranteed shipping date, maybe it's what they are talking about?

Wow. I'm happy this was not the first video I saw about bitcoins, cause I'd probably have considered it as a scam and moved forward.
So many red flags in that video, that's astoundishing, hahahaha!

They're just trying to gather some more victims for the next pre-order batch, obviously.
