Jump in the chat there and ask for captainfuture he's helpful (and overworked). I did ask there first, lots of usernames there but they didn't acknowledge me. BTW, the coins made it to the destination. I don't know if they were held up at the blockchain or what. |

I'm seeing a 503 as well, but only through my code, I can access it directly through a browser.

I too am having issues getting a resolution to a 1 month old ticket regarding a stuck balance and a negative ltc balance. Im not sure what is going on over at coinex right now, but I would seriously consider rethinking trusting them with your coins as I can't even get anyone to respond to very polite written emails to the support team. Don't get me wrong, it is an awesome exchange and the guys in the chat are great. But if you happen to be one of the unlucky people who experience a glitch like this, you are fu#@ed and have little to no chance of getting help aside from the overworked captainfuture.
I have had a similar issue on 2 other exchanges over the last 2 years and these issues were easily and painlessly resolved inside of a 48hr timeline. I don't think I am asking much just for some sort of communication regarding this.

I would also like to compliment capatainfuture for being so visible on the site and helpful towards as many people as his sanity will allow. I am however disappointed in the lack of support I get from anywhere else on the site. Aside from captain who is a front line support solider, it appears the back office is empty and has been for some time. Support tickets are building up, captain is overworked and there is seemingly noone behind him handling bigger issues.
Not sure if DEVs are gone or MIA but things are going south really quick on this exchange without any support. I mistakenly thought Horus from cryptsy in the trollbox was a staff member here and was like Thank F$%#, I might actually get some support.
To my surprise he was from cryptsy, offering to assist issues customers of his had on his site. After one month after submitting my ticket I can't even get an email back let alone personalized service from a cryptsy agent on another exchanges website. It just blows my mind. With new exchanges like cryptorush and mintpal, you guys are not the only game in town. Continuing to ignore your customers might have worked in the passed, but there is bigger and better game out there now.
You guys might want to consider stepping your game up otherwise your volume is going to go elsewhere.
