Avalon needs guarantees in the future, Instant refunds when asked, and 2-4 day shipping, no wait time. And to clear Avalon's name they must compensate us with future chips.
Are you high? Yes :-)

I am tired of this toxic community malformed by greed.
Can't believe what this person just wrote, after collecting 10-15 mil. US$ and keeping them for months, while leaving us hanging out here, he has a nerve to post something like that. It's almost like he has no sense of marketing and sales and customer service at all! edit: V I just said that!

Man, you've got quite some nerve for posting this. A full refund will not solve the issue. Please explain the 1+ million chips delivery that showed up in pictures from June? So, where did they end up? Seriously. The guy rakes in over 10million dollars while defrauding thousands of customers with false shipment times and calls the victims, greedy. If the NY Attorney General can sue D.Trump for $40million in fraud, he just might be interested in this case.

Personally if I was yifu, I'd take what profits were made off these chips and use those profits to either a. Return to customers with chips. B. Use profits from chips to compensate buyers with gen2 chips. Break even restore their name and make all customers happy. C. Refunds would be lastly considered after exhausting all ways to satisfy customer complaints by compensation.

I've worked in customer retention for 5+ years, this is standard business practice of fortune 500 companies, customers need to be satisfied or the company will go under. Mark my words, if he proceeds with just refunds and not compensation, this is the end of Avalon, and other companies will move quicker to take its place. Yifu needs to be very mindful of his actions.

Now lets see if Yifu actually issues any of those refunds, this is starting to sound like nefario to me.
He hasn't refunded Batch 3 customers yet, what makes anyone think he'll honour chips refunds? ?? I'm pretty sure batch 3 customers got their refunds. LOL - "pretty sure" Is that a "I better go check what someone else said coz we better make sure our lies match up" or "I don't know what is going on ..." LOL

The only thing Avalon can really do at this point is send chips AND refunds.
Sending out pure refunds isn't going to help that much because people have already ordered boards, etc.
Sending out chips won't help because the difficulty is through the roof and the chips aren't even worth what they paid for them.
The only way customers can hope to see all their btc is to send refunds, and chips, and hope that they'll be able to recoup the costs of the PCBs/Cases/etc through mining for a while.
On the other hand if they don't ship I guess my B2 will still be profitable for a while longer.

It depends on how cheep their gen2 chips are. If they are cheap enough compared to the competition, people will be willing to take a risk and buy them since the reward will be higher. But it definitely means they'll have to charge far less then they otherwise would have. You can see how the credibility they gained shipping B1 and B2 (plus the spike in bitcoin price) allowed them to charge more for B3. Now that credibility is gone, and they'll have to go back to crazy cheap prices, even with chips on hand.

So, where did they end up? batch 3? the amount was never 1+ million chips. if one 1+ million chips did show up in june, none of this would be happening and difficulty would NOT be this low, do some math. also people seem to not make the connect to sudden raise of difficulty to us shipping batch 3 and bitfury's http://ghash.io pool coming online... brb making refund form, I'm done with this. It's about time! Please hurry so we can get BTC out of the hands of complete amatuer companies like Avalon so it can be put to better use by professional bitcoin mining hardware companies who know a thing or two about communication with customers and meeting self imposed deadlines! If history is any indication, it will take weeks just to get the refunds out!

Lol, basically openly admitting he's running a scam. He's run the scam to perfection. He collected $10million from the group buy community, then screws them over by first delivering 2.1 million chips to resellers in early July. Nice for him to turn his back on the community that rallied around him. Finally when the community began to get angry, he cries "stuck customs" unfortunately none of the date codes on recent chip shipments support that, they were only produced recently. Apparently $14million for 135 boxes from resellers was too hard to turn down. If there's the rancid stink of greed anywhere, it's coming from him.
