Even if we assume that this is true, don't you find the current state of the site strange?? What is the point of buying a popular site and not knowing what to do with it, i.e. ruin it?

Well, this question is the same I asked when I came across that speculation that someone must have bought freebitco and not know what to do, the suppose the speculator of this didn't think this idea through before posting it, but nevertheless, it's a speculation (not a statement of fact), of which we all are free to speculate, Atleast I myself have speculated that it's possible the platform is being run on auto-pilot, which may not be true but it's still something that gets the discussion here going.

And like I have said in one or some of my previous comment, until the freebitco team come out to let the community in on what has been or is going on, the community is free to assume or speculate anything.

Since the freebitco did not announce officially whether the site is sold or not and also no official wordings from them regarding the current issues the users are facing at the site. This means it gives chance to everyone to just speculate and assume whatever they feel like. Also there are number of times it has been speculated that freebitco has sold and there is no official deny to that statement too. Infact there is no official wording on anything here for quite sometime and it just give people to say whatever they think or feel like.

FBC BV is the company that owns FreeBitco.in. It was created when wetsuit and TheQuin were still with the site. There was news articles that came out recently about FBC B.V. being fined in the Netherlands and those articles indicate that they are still the owners of FreeBitco.in.

We have also seen recent BTC withdrawals coming from addresses that were used by FreeBitco.in when wetsuit was in charge. They are also still using the same wallet for FUN withdrawals since 2021. Just because they are no longer reliable doesn't mean they have changed owners. The evidence does not support that theory.

Does Freebitco really owned and operated by FB Coins Limited? I haven't seen any solid evidence about this. It was TheQuin who had said that Freebitco is owned by 'FB Coins Limited'. But you won't find any article or posts from anyone else about this. Moreover, the name FB Coins Limited was never in Freebitco terms. They had only FBC BV written as the license company in the terms. FB Coins Limited is active, but it has no connection with Freebitco.

The website has existed for a long time but owner hasn't been inactive. The owner created 2-3 casinos that were focused on Fun token. One platform was 1xfun.bet which was focused on decentralized betting but it doesn't exist anymore. Btw the rest of Freebitco's two casinos that are active today are - dplay.casino and clubriches.com
If you message both of these casinos via live chat, they'll tell you that they are only partners of freebitco but I think that they are lying. At least, you can read on dplay.casino's footer that it's operated by FBC B.V, which is the company that also operates Freebitco.in
Wetsuit left Freebitco the way it was like Stunna left primedice and instead created a Stake.com. I think that wetsuit's strategy was to keep Freebitco with its old design and functions but created another casino with lots of games and features. I don't know why he doesn't promote Dplay and Club Riches. Everything around Freebitco, wetsuit and TheQuin is strange and hard to explain.

There were plans some years ago where they announced a massive revamp and even changing the name of the site. So at one moment, they were motivated to keep changing and improving but then they created their sister sites like dplay and the revamp was off the table. That monthly traffic stat is insane and just shows how big this site is.
