If you are asking about the withdrawal fees, there is no fees to withdraw in cloudbet and you can use any wallet you own or you control and there is no limitation as far as i know and never faced any issues withdrawing my funds and it is instant withdrawal.

Probably just a problem on his phone. I research if there's an app and I have not found any, so I guess just like other sportsbook and casinos, we only use a browser to access the site, of course it's also accessible through our cellular phone.
