Yes!
Acting prime minister Yacenjuk urged the Ukrainian Parliament to introduce legal correction to make regional referendums legally possible.

I don't trust that liar Yatsenyuk. Why has he sent all those Armored Personnel Carriers and Main Battle Tanks to kill people in Donetsk? May be people in Kiev are stupid enough to trust him.

Many of the people commenting to the news don't trust him either. But it might just be that his bluff was called, and his masters advised him to de-escalate gracefully.

Well... they are stupid in a sense that they always elect corrupt leaders. Otherwise, the Ukrainians are just like any other Slavic ethnic group.

And Interpol will ignore that. The current Secretary General is Ronald Noble, an American law enforcement officer. When Americans are the main fundraisers for Yarosh, why would they brand him as an extremist?

The U-turn comes after Ukraine’s elite Alpha unit reportedly refused to obey an order to besiege protester-held buildings. At a session of law enforcement officials in Donetsk, one of the Alpha commanders said that he and his men are a force intended for rescuing hostages and fighting terrorism and will only act in accordance with the law, local media reported.

Nice comment:

Good old-fashioned 'people power' stopped Yats and his criminal gang dead in their tracks. They knew there would be a bloodbath and his bosses in the west ordered him to refrain and make some jelly-belly statements about allowing regional referendums to take place. This is not just a strategic retreat but a recognition that there are really two Ukraines, one that seems to wink at the illegal junta and the other Ukraine, which wants out. Nothing the unshaven Yats, the US, EU, NATO or the stunningly beautiful Victoria Nuland, can really do to stop it either. That train has already left the station.

That means that the Alpha commander and his subordinates are not as lunatic as Yatsenyuk and his master Tymoshenko. The Kiev regime was planning to storm the buildings today mid-night. It'll be interesting to know what will happen.

Czech's president is off his rocker:

http://www.rosbalt.ru/main/2014/04/11/1255954.html

He urges NATO secretary general Fog to conduct a pre-emptive scare action (I guess he means attack) against Russia so as to scare it away from thinking of interfering in Ukraine (and by his logic leaving the playing field in Ukraine open for NATO).

One thing that he suggests is to march NATO troops into Ukraine (um, Ukraine is not in NATO, wouldn't that be an, I don't know, invasion? Oh, wait, they have the Yugoslavian precedent).

As I said, he's off his rocker...

Well, if he is having the balls then he should conduct the pre-emptive scare action in Ukraine. Why begging with the NATO to do the same? It'll be interesting to watch the Russian army exterminating these idiots in a few days.

He should have studied Russian literature better, particularly Krylov's fables.
"Mos'ka baring on elephant." Here's a picture to give you idea what I am talking about:

It'll be interesting to watch the Russian army exterminating these idiots in a few days.

I don't think Czech or Russian people would be happy to fight each other, just like Ukrainians and Russians will ultimately not fight. We are both Slavs. Yes, there was that dark spot in the relation of our peoples during the Soviet period, but Czechs on the street don't see Russians as their enemies.
The idiot tries to serve before his NATO masters as a court jester.

Lavrov stated that Russia has no intention to annex the South-Eastern territories, saying that would contradict Russia's interests:
http://www.interfax.ru/russia/371105

In the meantime, Iceland, Chernogorija, Albanija, Norway and Ukraine "are persuaded to" join EU sanctions against Russia, even though they are not EU members.
http://1prime.ru/News/20140411/782491890.html
The sanctions are basically denying entry to some of the Russian and Crimean officials and robbing (sorry, freezing) their eventual assets in EU.

I wonder, if Ukraine imposes sanctions, should they expect gas at all?

Despite it, Russia can offer help to Ukraine on the following conditions:
Constitutional reforms, elections, forming of a legitimate government with which talks can be conducted, acceptance of Crimea's decision and normalisation in the South-Eastern territories.
http://ria.ru/politics/20140411/1003586970.html
(Hmm... those territories were for a long time known as "South-Western", but history tends to play pranks.)

Merkel (well, technically, Germany, though people there are not happy), decided to punish Russia by not selling it produce from Airbus for a total value of $973 million dollars.
http://www.bfm.ru/news/254160?doctype=news

Also, in a complete display of political schizophreny, EU confirmed that US, EU, Ukraine and Russia will conduct a summit on Ukraine in Geneve on the 17th of April:

Iceland and Norway are ruled by radical feminists, and they might join in the sanctions. Albania is a Muslim nation, and they will join too. Montenegro is having a large Muslim minority, which has good representation in the government. So I expect them to follow suit as well. But the real question is whether these sanctions will have any teeth?

Well, at least in Norway, feminism is indeed strong with the ruling class, and the Prime Minister is indeed a very strong-willed woman (http://www.regjeringen.no/en/the-government/solberg/members-of-the-government-2.html?id=543170), however I would not say feminism has much to do Norway joining the sanctions - more the fact that Norway is a founding member of NATO.

Strong willed woman doesn't mean feminist at least it isn't supposed to mean that
