Why are some people being so paranoid?  You see how many orders they have and how little they are sleeping.  Do you really want them to rush while soldering your system?

I dont expect them to rush with the assembly. Its just not nice to give the impression that they had the miners in stock and ready to ship within 2-3 days after payment.
When I first ordered, OP states "500 units instock" now edited, it still says In stock in title.

Not very impressed with this guy. I ordered one of these 5 days ago. Was promised it would ship within 2 days, still no tracking number. Wonder if they are using are machines to mine bitcoin for themselves before they ship?

i would feel much safer, if they would change from "will be shipped 1/11/2014" to "shipped 1/11/2014"

 

I specifically asked BTMine about this issue over chat and he said the status wont be updated until Monday (I assume local time for him) because either they couldn't get tracking numbers over weekend or no work.. I forgot the exact reason, but I was assured I would get my tracking number Monday, and perhaps my package in the mail just as fast due to their delay on getting tracking numbers out.

I would also feel better though if the thread was kept up to date better and more response/explanations for the delays and changes in schedule as originally advertised. On the other hand, I am please with his communication and prompt answers and updates when I have inquired.

Jan 6th order was officially pick up by DHL a few minutes ago. There is progress!  

Hopefully, the rest of the orders will be moving more quickly and this thread can quiet down some.

Edit: I will be leaving positive trust feedback once it arrives. I hope others will do the same to help btmine build up some trust in this community.

yea i agree.  once units start reaching buyers it will quiet down.

it just sucks that the turnaround time is so extended now.  i bought one unit as a "test".  but even if i get it within ten days after order, which right now is a stretch, it doesnt make sense to by 10 units like i planned.  might have to buy 2 at a time at best.  hopefully he will stop taking orders so by the time i get mine he wont be 2 weeks backlogged

i might try to find another supplier via another avenue.

I purchased 13 units on Jan 8th (though the OP says Jan 9th - must be from time diff) and just received word that they may ship in 5 days  . Also, they confirmed that they will be in smaller cases than the dimensions given in the OP. I'm starting to get a little nervous here!

@ BTmine your communication has not been bad but do everyone here a favor and be honest.

1. Change your in stock to built to order. (This is just a lie you never had 500 units ready to ship) Wold you buy ASIC chips from people that lied to you.

2. Change your shipping dates to 1.5 weeks. (Telling everyone that it will ship today means nothing) Once again will you buy from people that lie and deliver late?

3. Be honest with your shipping dates if there is a delay tell us why. (Your excuses are getting old and I no longer believe them. Americans are use to getting things the day they were told it would ship. Specially something that cost $2000)

4. Set up a way to get our refund. (I am real close at wanting to get my money back not that I don't believe in your product but because I can use that money towards someone who will not lie about their services. 5. If I do not hear anything productive from you guys I will demand my money back and will purchase from your competitor. I have said before that $2000 is a lot of money to me.

Saying we are doing our best and sorry for the delay does not inform me where my product is. You people have mad over $100,000 in orders in one week I am pretty sure that I am not the only one that feels this way. If I do not get any information with in the next 24 hours I will demand a chargeback.

I run a small business and I to sell products on this forum. People only order items that cost $15 from me and I feel that I have the responsibility to let them know about their orders.

If you do  not change I am 100% sure that you will be loosing money very quickly. Trust is the only thing running this forum. Good luck with future sales
