At times when I am able to login (and load 1 or 2 pages, before I get a server error), I notice that my 30 day USD volume is reset to 0$, and the commission rate is also reset to 0.50%

And the 30 days BTC volume is not listed anymore

Anybody else noticed something similar?

Over the past months I was a huge Bitstamp supporter/fan, I hope they can sort this out asap.

Wow... well spotted. I finally managed to see my account page and I am also at 0.50% -- something it up, I was waaaay lower than that.
Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.

I was able to get a withdraw requst out waiting on email confirmation now...

Me too but I don´t have high hopes about
I used to like and supported Bitstamp in the past but their attitude in this moment is the worst a business can do with their clients.

If they don't give quickly any explanation or news probalbly loose the trust and their users in future.

I had kept some BTC in Bitstamp just in case, but I was mistaken. I should have moved everything to Bitfinex. They have good service and they communicate when they have problems. I know it's hard to be perfect in this space, but good customer service makes all the difference. I do not trust Bitstamp now - something very shady is going on.

Some people can still do API trading. I suspect this is how Coinbase gets their coin from Bitstamp.

Well I usually exclusively trade by API, and I get timeouts most of the time...

API is how I trade too and it has been timed out for hours at this point. Thats why I am trying to get my coins out now, hopefully.

I think people trade a little when the site comes up. the API is completely crappy at the moment.. and I think there is probably activity triggered on the orderbooks too.

Something fishy is going on with no communications.... they surely know about this thread and they surely get the angry tweets to http://twitter.com/bitstamp

Anyone experienced withdrawal delays lately? (EUR/SEPA) They used to be (consistently) processed in the middle of the day (1-2pm EET) if I'd order a withdrawal the night before. This time it is over 5pm already but my withdrawal is still "Waiting to be processed".

Same.

Took a bit longer this time, but the withdrawal came through today.

I sent 1 BTC to my Bitstamp address and after 12 confirmations it still hasn't been added to my balance. Has anyone else had this issue?

It seems there is a BTC transfer problem. I ordered a BTC withdrawal when bitstamp got back online half an hour ago. It's still 'Waiting to be processed'

So their site seems to be up again, and API, although it's still spotty. Things are clearly wrong still

1. On their front page it show:
        Last Price: $502.02
        Daily Change: 502.02 Infinity.00%
2. My 30 transaction shows $0
3. My fee shows 0.5% and it should be 0.2%
4. Bought 0.01 BTC and went to withdraw, I got the confirmation email but so far no BTC have been sent.
